Very professional and install in a timely manner. You will pay a little extra, but your paying for their experience, not just the product.

I have been a customer for 26 years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the owner and his different installers. I’m bummed to read there were a couple of negative reviews. Paul, the owner, couldn’t be a nicer man. He will do everything in his power to make sure you leave happy. *There does seem to be a sense of customer entitlement these days and Amazon always has something cheaper than the small business owner. It can be hard to compete sometimes but for the couple of dollars you might save on Amazon you will definitely make it up with their expertise. I have built 2 show cars with them and I have had them install full systems in 9 of my cars over the years. For the last couple years they have expanded into window tint and did a wonderful job on my Honda. I highly recommend them to my friends and family and have for over 25 years!

Called about purchasing a part/availability--store owner simply said $20 bucks. Brought up the fact I saw it online for $10-15 (just to make sure we were talking about the right part before I make a trip to pick it up)--he says good luck and hangs up.TLDR: poor and unfriendly customer service.Thanks for the good luck because Al & Eds ordered the part for me for $11

Their employee took my advice as a joke, like literally laughed when I mentioned about connecting my iPad Mini as a display unit and instead wanted me to put some old crap radio that was $100 more than its on Amazon plus service! Horrible place, I got mine down in a shop like 2 miles from here and they were so kind and added a cool way to remove an put in my iPad mini in my car.This place is a joke.

Mechanic referred me to them to get trailer wiring done. They installed the wiring and when we went to UHaul to rent the trailer we found out they installed the wrong connector. Took it back to New Wave Sound and they rewired it. When we left the shop and applied our brakes all the lights in the car went out. Had to turn around and return to the shop to have them fix that. Finally when we got to UHaul and they hooked up the trailer the brake lights were not working. We couldnt rent the trailer again. Called Danny at the shop and told him what happened and that we would not be returning to the shop for the third time. Had UHaul install all new wiring and they said the way it was wired never would have worked. The wiring installation was also cheaper at UHaul. WE DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING. WE WASTED $160 OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
