Had my screen repaired here a month ago. Had a small issue with the phone not charging and I brought it back hoping they can help me. Well thats exactly what they did. They didnt charge me anything and they were very nice about helping me. Definitely a company who stands behind their work and customer service.

I bought a computer here, the first time I came to buy it, I didnt need any appointment, at all, but apparently, NOW I need an appointment to have my computer fix.Im a busy mom, wife, business women, and my computer had three times problems. Apparently, he was able to FIXED online, but problems persisted.I have to go and hope that this time when he fix it, (if he does, cuz he is not replying to my text), hopping I have no more problems with the computer.I feel that I waisted too much time in this computer. I bought it in September and havent had the change to use it since then. I ask him to give me my money back, and he said the only think he can do it fixed it, but of course, its not fix every time he tried.He said my computer has a hiccup, not sure what that is. I texted him so I can go With an appointment but he is not answering my texts.SO DISAPPOINTED I TRUST THESE GOOD REVIEWSI never do reviews cuz I dont feel confident with my English but this time, I had too. Im really sad I trust this place. Maybe I was the 1 out of 10, but I hope this doesnt happens to more people that are trusting too.

Says they work on cellphones but when I called to fix my note 8 with a cracked back, first said yes then said no and immediately hung up on me. Kinda shady. I advise you to call ahead

Great, fast, friendly, affordable service. My phone wasnt working at all, I asked other phone repairs stores and couldnt fix it and on top of that they were giving ridiculous prices. So I came in 5 star computer and they detected the issue with my phone. Definitely coming here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wendy was awesome. Very polite and helpful. I have always had trouble putting on a screen protector without leaving air bubbles but she was able to professionally put one on for me after they repaired my broken scree. Her patience deserves a 5star rating and a raise. For your computer and phone needs this is the place to go.

Came in due to my six year old laptop acting sluggish and freezing any time I tried to do something.Owner Adrian was a sweet guy who was able to help figure out the problem (a drive failure) and was able to help set up a new hard drive and installation of W10 into it. He also provided a few good tips to help the computer still work.Great place!

My PC was really slow and I didnt think that was right being that it was a 2014 MACBOOK Pro. I spoke with Adrian and he said he could clean it up and make it feel new. While I was finishing my presentation late one evening my laptop crashed. And of course I was working late the night before it was due since I always procrastinate!!! I frantically searched for a location that would be able to retrieve my work and get my computer working! The tech Adrian was extremely professional and he worked quick and efficiently! I will definitely be coming back to this place!!!

Adrian was super helpful. He was able to log in to my computer virtually to fix all of the bugs in it. He also set me up with a new computer tower with all software included. I will definitely be using him in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone with IT needs.

Its says open at 10:00 AM on Fridays. There was no one answering the door, or answering the phone number listed, or responding to text messages via Google Maps. At 10:20 AM I left. My time is not something I like wasting.

My computer crashed this morning and I called them before they opened. I texted them as their voicemail suggested and they got back to me right at 10am when they opened. They logged in remotely and assisted me until my computer was fixed. Fast, easy, knowledgeable.

Brought my laptop in because it kept freezing. After about 30 minutes he had fixed the problem and even installed free anti-virus for me. He saw my phone was broken and gave me a price to repair it. This place was such a lifesaver! My computer screen broke and I thought it was going to take a least a week for them to look at it, find a part, and then fix it. Luckily, they actually already had a part that fit my computer and installed it in like 25 minutes. The lady on the phone, Wendy was super sweet and the technician Adrian was nice and professional. I definitely recommend this place. And the price was pretty good. Cheaper than some of the other quotes I got online. (But FYI this is the only branch open so dont get lost trying to find the Gardena one like I did, lol.)

The screen repair lasted a few weeks before the glue stopped working and the screen fell out. I lived far away, so I waited until I was in the area to bring it by. He told me the warranty is only a month so its now a $30 repair, but that he would do it for $20. I decided to look up how much the glue is because lets be honest, its probably an easy DIY. Before I could finish, he dropped it again to $10. At this point, $10 was worth not hassling with it anymore, but I was still shocked that a business with so many 5-star ratings wouldnt stand behind their workmanship. If it was a faulty screen, I would understand, but the glue coming undone seems like a no brainer. So I come back at my appointed time, and hes not ready. 2 minutes he says. 10 minutes later he gives me the phone and I give him a 20. When he sent me on my way, I asked to make sure it was $10 because he never gave me my change. He said he thought I gave him a 10, even though he was still holding the 20 I gave him... Anyway, apologies for the long review, I hope this is helpful and lets the reader know what to watch for with these guys.

Whats the name of this computer store? Well, YES, you said it. Either you read it or I say, 5 Star... because that is what they deserve, great staff.Took my Dell E Series, upgraded it to Windows 10 and also, Adrian recommended me a SSD and more RAM if I was seeking for faster internals, so he guided me and gave me a great deal on a SSD with 1TB of storage plus RAM upgrade. Also, installed all necessary software and best believe, he hook me up with a Microsoft Office installation. Thumbs up to you guys, what do you prefer, 1 or 5 star? Visit them! You will not be disappointed.

I *not* a novice at fixing a PC but I did messed up my PC permissions when installing Perl. I messed it up so bad that I couldn’t figure out why the D Drive was reset as the master drive or why I couldn’t reinstall operating system. Normal I would just switch to my Mac until I had time to fix my PC but I blew out power port with a *paper clip*. Lucky me, right. With no time to spare I had no other choice but to drop them off and let someone else figure it out/fix it. In searching online I found 5 Star and they fixed both computers SUPER fast and affordably. I got everything repaired and corrected for BOTH problems fixed under 150.00! Which might seem a lot to people but when you know how much it would have taken for me to fix it both for turnaround time, parts and labor it was a totally fair price and well worth it. Now, am now good as new! HIGHLY recommend them!Thank you, ever sooooooo MUCH 5 STAR!

Update: the actual owner Adrian contacted me to rectify the situation which i greatly appreciated. He was very understanding and took the time to listen to the feedback for further growth of the business. I truly do wish the business the best and have already referred friends because at the end of the day they did do good workPro: Apple store in Manhattan Beach claimed my logic board was done and needed to be replaced which would cost me $475. After they attempted to upsell me a new machine I decided to get a 2nd opinions! 5 star to the rescue! $60 plus tax later my MacBook is back to life! Guess the logic board was fine! Shame on Apple!Con: I returned days later because my girlfriends apple issued charger for the same laptop would not charge my computer after the owner continued to question me and tell me that the Apple charger was probably not Apple issued and he upsell me on a $50 used charger (which was only $40 two days ago) I kindly declined and asked him to please address the concern of the computer not charging after I had attempted to reset the SMC and get it to charge. He continued to try to sell me a charger as when I said it was too expensive he said then dont buy it and hung up on me, while I was in his store in front of his wife.

Went there to have my i7 laptop fixed. Great customer service. It was an emergency so they had it fixed in less than an hr. Plus while I was there I found a great deal on another laptop. I got this i5 laptop with all the necessary programs I need in my college such as photoshop and office for $150. Normally it would have cost me well over $600. I just got it as a back up so if my other laptop gives me problem, I have this one. Thank you 5 STAR ELECTRONIX.
