Good Morning how are you and have a nice day. Manager needs to revisit her customer service skills she lacks.

Claudia, the manager, was so helpful and amazing to work with! I host an annual event and usually shop at the Redondo Beach location - unfortunately the RB store no longer sells mylar/helium balloons so I called the Lawndale store. So I wouldnt waste a trip, Claudia took the time to go through her inventory over the phone, even sent pictures of the colors available. I placed a huge order and the balloons were ready even before the deadline - thank you, Claudia!

Theres so much variety I went there for shipping supplies and they got all your basic needs tons of party supplies, crafting,season decor, food, kitchen needs, balloons, toiletries, teacher supplies etc...

Fully stocked, but they need more emplyees the lines are way to big and they almost never helium.

I had a much better experience today.When the got long the cashier called for help. Someone came right away. It has improved 👏 👌 👍 (oops should be when the line)

This dollar tree is always stocked up on the makeup acrylic storage bins. Just like every dollar tree it runs with long lines and 1 cashier. I love buying my bqthroom cleaning products from this particular location. Now that i moved closer to this area it is perfect!!

I am so lucky to live so close to Dollar Tree. I could spend hours here looking at the art, cool buyable pieces, and eating some pie. This is a great spot for gifts, new jewelry, and neat stuff for the home. Make sure to support local artists and hit this place up!

$ tree has a nice number of stock. I get almost everything that I need. There was only one time I didnt get a notebook that I wanted for my boy.

That the helium is in short supply if you want to blow up balloons. But, the overall experience was great. Isles were stocked employees were knowledgeable 👍🏾

This is one of the better Dollar Tree stores around. They carry more items well the shelves are well-stocked. The store is clean and the employees are helpful.

I like Dollar Tree a lot but this is the worst possible location. Consistently rude staff and doesnt honor their own newly posted holiday hours. Have only had poor experiences here, I recommend you go to a different location.

I found what I was looking for But wish it was for a variety of phones. They Only had clear protectors for the iPhones. And the 1st one I bought was already cracked an broken. I had to go back inside for another one.

Its an ok store with ok customer service but its super annoying that its 8:45am its still closed ! Where is management ?! They open at 8:00 btw.

Bought motor oil but it was only 2 pints instead of 1 quart so I had to buy 2. Not a problem but good to know for the future.

I really enjoyed the Dollar Tree stores a little different from the regular 99 but not a lot of food items only in the freezer seasoning good variety and always confined little gadgets in there just dont like taking the kids theyre always going to the toy section and say I want that I want that but always get it from this granny

Didnt have somethings that I wanted not did the bathroom smell nice but all in all it was good and got most of the stuff I needed

The sales person Vicky is simply terrible to deal not only is she very rude, she had no customer service skills. Clearly the management does not care. I am not the only one saying this, see some of the other reviews. I would rather take my business to the 99 cent store than shopping here. All employees had a tag saying model store. If this is a model store I am afraid how bad the other locations of dollar tree stores would be.

I love their selection of items, from cleaning, birthday, arts and crafts supplies to home goods and frozen selections. Staff is friendly, very helpful and patient at the end of the day.

I called to ask if they had something there because my mom didn’t want to drive all the way there if they didn’t have it. After being on the phone for 5 minutes my mom decided to go anyways. I stayed on the phone for over 15 minutes and then got hung up on. I called back talked to the same lady she said sorry they were busy and that they didn’t have what I was looking for. I told her that it was no excuse she shouldn’t of hung up in my face after I had been waiting over 15 minutes! I called my mom right after and told her what happened my mom said that what I needed was there and there was lots of it and the store was empty!!! I called back got her name and told her what my mom told me she just laughed!! Her name is Vicky!

This is my neighborhood dollar tree, there are never any long limes, easy to get in and out. Street parking is preferred.

Just your basic Dollar Tree. The staff is always very nice.

You get what you pay for. But there are some things I always come here for. Greeting cards are one. Cant beat it. 50 cents for some cards that would be 4 dollars other places. I also come here for seasonal decoration stuff and cheap office supplies.
