My 1st time today with family. Greeted upon entry and ordered Rocky Road Sundae, Chocolate Explosion and 1 scoop of Chocolate Chip. Lonely night thank goodness I had time to choose my order. Never experienced this and we enjoyed the show. It was made with labor of love. Thank you we will return again.

I give it a 4 out of five only because in my personal preference I feel like their ice cream is way too sweet and a bit pricey. But they are a clean and organized place with plenty parking and nice staff. They have a fair amount of options on their menu.

Have been here a few times. The ice cream is delicious ever time. Sometimes it does get very busy so orders make take a minute but has been worth the wait every time!

The workers there are very helpfup and patient for you to pick what you want. Really clean. The item I got was delicious. 😋

The best ice cream rolls I’ve ever tasted so far! We love to try new food and we’ve been trying many different ice cream stores, it was kind of okay, we took a chance to drive further from our home to Lawndale, and we were not disappointed at all, we love it so much, now we always have to come back every once in a while, I hope they can have a chain store near our home, I would come visit more often 😬

First time trying ice cream this way. It is very fun and very good. They offer a lot of different flavors it is truly hard to pick. I got the Rocky road flavor which is on chocolate base and they add mini marshmallows. For the toppings they add a fire roasted marshmallow on top, chocolate syrup, and whip creme. It is 6.99 each and I believe theres only one size.

Where do I start!!! Clean, staff is friendly and professional and when they are finished w the amazing product it is the best! The flavors and toppings and they have a variety to choose from.

This is the cotton candy mix but it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! You must try this ice cream, even heath bar or English toffee is different and light to be milk based. Place is not so pretty but definitely worth it

My family and I go often ! But this Sunday 6/6/21 there was two girls and one of them was tall and does not wear glasses .. she had a bad Attitude and did not do my ice cream right .. the taro comes with a wafer, whipped and a strawberry.. when I got my icream there was no wafer and I had order 3 and none of them had it I had to ask for it .. when I got home they didn’t have a strawberry!!!

Its real good rolled ice cream, they just need to do better cleaning up the area where they make the icecream and cut the strawberries. Having a clean work area is ideal, when customers are watching.

Service was really good and ice cream was fresh. I love this new way of making ice cream. It makes it a lot easier to personalize what you want. Like Coldstone but easier for the workers to make your creations.

Best ice cream creations in South Bay!!! Ive been to other nitro or other fancy ice cream shops and the rolled ice cream here with all the extras is by far the tastiest and most generous portions! Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for! I live right across the street so Ive been here probably a dozen times.Staff has always been really friendly and Ive never been disappointed!

One of my favorite ice cream shops around. The wait time is never too long even when they are busy. Reasonable prices. My niblings and siblings love when I take them there for the hand rolled ice cream experience. My favorite is the banana foster with cookie butter and i forget the name of the shake i get but its fire, i think its pitaya. I think Im about to go there in a sec Lolol

I can only share my experience about the mint ice cream. i asked if it was homemade, they said yes. i tried it. and wow. i pretended to throw half of it away my friend wasnt looking (because he bought it for me). and then it just fell off. wasnt disappointed because it was the worst mint chocolate chip ice cream i have ever had in the history of my life.

Great customer service. The ice cream tasted like it came from the grocery freezer section. You are really just coming here for the rolling ice cream concept thats not as crowded as some of the the others.

Really liked the coconut milk substitution. I really enjoyed the treat and the service was great. They have added more menu items from the last time.

My kids really enjoyed their ice cream, but thought it was not hygienic to have the cashier handle the cups with their bare hands. The ice cream scooper/preparer had her mask on, but it only covered her mouth. Did not feel too confident when she handed us our order.

Comes with its own ready set toppings. option to substitute your own or pile it on for .50 cents extra per topping.One person who was making the ice cream was just going to town. He Clearly was passionate about making it look fun for the kids watching. But sitting inside listening the really loud banging got annoying after a few minutes since the place is small and the sound resonates.Maybe if they put chairs outside, it would be nice.Enjoy and Stay Wild!

I normally receive great service at this place, but today it was different. I noticed the cashier not wearing gloves and grabbing the ice cream cups from the inside... which is totally not ok right now with Covid-19 pandemic. I asked for my cups to be changed and they were but the attitude felt negative and honestly I won’t be back for a while, all a customer wants is service with a smile and reasonable hygiene...

First time visit the staff wasnt very nice and the ice cream was really bad. I got the mango rolled ice cream and I wont return, it wasnt good ice cream.

For rolled ice cream this place is great. I dont know why this place doesnt have a line out the door like some of the other places in the area. Ive been to the other places and Rolling Zone has them beat.....especially when it comes to not having to wait 30 minutes for your order. Highly recommend this place.

Their ice cream is amazing!! They only offer one size but its definitely enough for two people. My favorite so far are rocky road and cookie butter! The cookies and cream was okay. The great thing about this ice cream is the unique flavor of the organic base, and its not overly sweetened like most ice cream places where you feel sick after, it is perfectly smooth and sweetened!

Ice cream is delicious and you get to watch them make your order. Nice experience. Even greater service. Place should be featured on the news for greater exposure.

Today Sunday, January the 12th of 2020 was my first time in this ice cream roll location and I gladly can finally say that Ive finally found the one that is for me and that Ill keep visiting since now specially in summer of course lol, the lady that received me was super kind and what else could I expect from a place where the people that work there give you the welcome with a HONEST SMILE on the face. I gotta say too that my bad experience was in a similar store but in Gardena city where the ice cream tasted like paperboard; I dont remember the name of that place, but whatever. 5 Stars for Rolling Zone Creamery and I highly recommend it to anyone that wish to taste a creamy, tasty and refreshing ice cream roll.

Its pretty cool to see them make the ice cream into rolls but it ends up being the same as a scoop of regular ice cream when you scoop it. The rolls get mashed into a regular bite. Ice cream quality is good though.

The customer attention here is amazing. My cousins and I came here for dessert and not only did they generously allow us to use multiple check ins but when we told them that my cousin was allergic to chocolate, they really went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of.- The cashier made sure to write on the cup allergic to chocolate- the guy making our rolls double checked with the cashier after reading the note and then double checked with us- he offered to defrost and clean the frozen top to make sure it was chocolate free (we were appreciative but declined)- he made sure to clean the spatulas- he got clean tongs to pick up the rollsWe got the strawberry and graham cracker rolls. They were delicious! The texture was creamy and the flavor was really good - very strawberry. I was surprised at how good this place is overall (I thought rolls would just be cool but that the flavor would be meh- not the case).Would definitely recommend for both ice cream and customer service. $7 for a cup of rolls but its a shareable size and delicious. Check in on Yelp for 2 free toppings.
