Looks like they had a really good selection, but I couldnt get anyone in the store to assist me. I stood around for half an hour, but the staff was too busy chatting with the other customers. Guess Ill buy online.

Amazing experience, i would recommend them to anyone. they had a shoe i couldnt find anywhere else and the customer service was wonderful. Mick was a huge help!!

The employee who helped me was patient, answered a ton of questions, and was very helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and met that need. He didnt try to pressure or upsell. Its a really cool shop, prices are no more than a big store like Cabelas, and the personable service was great.

I called from Kansas City with a question regarding repair of an older Birkenstock dress shoe. They looked into it & called me back later with good info about a shop in IL. Ultimately the shoe couldnt be fixed but they cared enough to seriously look into it for me. Excellent customer service.

Very enjoyable visit due to wall murals, natural wood settings for items on sale. I always make sure someone with me check out the bathroom thats a comedy place even to just wash your hands. Products are very good quality, therefore high costs are proper though likely affect purchases. I never see advertisement for sales.

I love this store. It is my go to place for all my Birkenstocks. You can buy online or in the store. The people there are knowledgeable and friendly. It is worth the 30 minute drive for me.

Exceptional helpfulness. I needed the complete comfort of birkenstocks that covered my feet without buckles or ties (I have RA). They found me a pair they remembered upstairs. It was a very positive experience. Birkenstocks prevent my RA foot pain.

Mick and the staff are very helpful. Mick is able to come up with out of the box solutions to fixing my shoes. He is also willing to order what you need uf he doesnt have it in stock. I buy all my Birkenstocks here.

Mic is the birken-deity. Anyone can now sell birks but trust only Mic/Footprints to repair your treasured footwear.

Wonderful! Went for a new pair of birkenstock sandals....had to wait a little bit, at first..but got what i needed!

Excellent customer service and an awesome selection! I walked in 20 minutes prior to closing and really wanted to shop their Birkenstocks collection. Having worked retail in my teen years I avoid being the customer that walks in around closing time so as soon as I walked into the store I promised Id be out by 6. The clerk was relaxed, told me to take my time and asked me what I was looking for. He pulled out any style I wanted, fit the Birkenstocks to my feet, and was able to find my size (I wear a womens 11, so I often have a hard time finding a good selection). His demeanor and willingness to help was so incredibly refreshing! I left purchasing my first pair of Birkenstocks, and will only be purchasing that brand from Footprints from now on.

Dont buy shoes here unless youre from Lawrence forget to Lawrence on a regular basis! If you do be sure and call the day you make the trip there to Lawrence if you have any problem with your shoes because only one person can make a decision to help you.
