Basically stole $20 from me. Paid cash and went to pump. This is right before close their now closed and tell me they cant get my $20 and I cant get gas. Have my info to a manager. Who I had to call and they said theyd talk to accounting. This was over a month ago. Havent even got a call back.

They didnt have the type of cigarettes I buy. But the associations are always friendly and helpful. And the store manager is always willing to go out her way to assist/correct any errors on purchases.

Used to be good. They closed their gas station on the ither side of town and then pushed out the people that ran this station like clockwork. Very little gets restocked regularly and the staff are now rude.

Great place to shop. Very friendly staff. The bathrooms are still nasty. I dont think they mop the floors, or take out the trash regularly.

Staff are nice. Prices of things are nice as well. Other Hy-Vee Gas Stations do not exist to me.

I came in 12/28/2019 for a fountain drink returned less than 5 minutes later because the flavor was missing from the drink and was charged for a refill! No discount no nothing, cup still full to the brim! Never going back!

Food is old dryed out . I have found mold in sliced pepper bowls. I know people have gotten sick eating sandwiches. About a year ago food was good. Now you have to know when to pass.

Always came here for energy drinks 2 for 4 Bang drinks. Most caffeine content for your dollar.

Ive lived in Lawrence for about two years now, yet today was the first time I visited this Hyvee gas station. Every Hyvee store/station Ive visited has had top-notch employees who are amazing and very friendly. The cashiers at this store are not. The one that was helping the other customer was on the phone the entire time and didnt even talk to the customer. The one who helped me said nothing but do yu want a receipt? And he wouldnt even look at me as though I was an inconvenience. I dont know if theyre just having a bad day but the customer service makes me not want to revisit herw. Havent missed anything by not going here the last two years...

Gas is more expensive than elsewhere if you do not have a Hy-Vee card but they have ethanol free gas which is great for my motorcycle. They also have a clean store and a FREE air pump outside. Just do not go right after 5 as EVERYONE seems to be trying to get gas and you will usally have to wait.

Great food choices off the grill. Also open for good hours.

Awesome staff. Definetly the best gas station in Lawrence!

Honestly my favorite station. Better than the quicktrip. Other Hy-Vee Gas stops that Ive been to dont meet the standard of this one though.

Cant beat the fuel deals if you use your rewards card.

You can get 87 Octane no ethanol gas here.
