I used to go to CVS for my photos. I never felt like an appreciated, customer.. my photos wouldn’t come out right and they weren’t very welcoming. When I tried this Walgreens location, I was so thrilled with all the online options, great customer service and amazingly helpful staff! I am always, greeted with a smile and feel welcomed. I’m a regular customer, now! Brent, is my favorite staff member. He’s very nice and helpful to the customers who aren’t familiar with the photo machine. I’ve seen him take time and have such courtesy with people! Helping them understand their options and how to resize the photos. That’s so nice!! What a clean and tidy, store! I will always shop at this location! This is the best Walgreens, I’ve ever been to! The management is the best, I’ve seen! A+ Couldn’t ask for better service!! I love Walgreens photo! They are the best for quick, last minute photo prints. I love that you can order online at home and wait to pay until you get in store. So convenient. They were so helpful for me at this location. So friendly and kind! Im also glad they had a coupon for me to use when I ordered online.

The worker named Maggie deserves a raise. she was amazing, had the best customer service skills, and made my Walgreens experience immaculate.

My boyfriend and I used the photo service this afternoon. We needed to scan pictures and transfer them onto a flash drive or CD. When we arrived, the man working said we could each sit at a kiosk and scan pictures because it would be faster that way. He did not mention that if we used two kiosks, we had to pay for 2 of their walgreens flash drives instead of just 1. If I was not in a hurry (my fault), I would have re-scanned all of the photos. I had no choice but to buy the 2 flash drives. I am very disappointed that I was not informed of this before starting and a little upset that I still had to pay for both of the flash drives. Luckily there are other places in town to help with photos next time!

Went to get my passport photo taken. After waiting around for 30+ minutes (the man on the phone told me 10 minutes maximum) I finally received two photos that I thought were suitable for a passport. Wrong. The photos were too dark and not acceptable quality for passports. All in all I wasted my time and money to essentially get nothing done.

This Walgreens is very slow you can go through the drive thru to get your drugs you dont even have to get out of your car. the parking lot is usually pretty busy as well.

Attempted to get a prescription filled. due to the fact that they only had one pharmacist on, it took them 90 minutes to tell me that preauth was needed. needless to say, I dont think ill be using the pharmacy again. Rest of the store was fine

Pharmacy staff mislead me, telling me that there was a problem with one of my prescriptions but that they would work on it and contact my doctor about getting it filled and then call me and let me know the status. They were made aware that I only had 4 days left of the prescription at the time. 4 days later and I called to find out what was going on and they hadnt bothered to contact the doctor at all or me to let me know they werent doing anything. The pharmacist denied that they told me they would work on getting the problem taken care of and denied that they had resolved the exact same problem a month prior when filling the prescription. This may be putting me at medical risk, because the med in question is not supposed to be abruptly stopped. Had they not mislead me into thinking they were doing their jobs I would have been able to contact my doctor prior to my meds running out. Instead my health is at risk because of being mislead by the pharmacy staff. If you value your health, dont use the Walgreens pharmacy.

The line to pick up prescriptions is crazy at this location sometimes. One lane only and covid tests also done through the only lane you can pick up prescriptions. Currently stuck in the line, 20 minutes and counting. If I could get out of the line, I would. Line is out to 23rd street. No one else could join if they wanted to. No apologies for the wait.
