This small shop is nimble and fast to get my requests done with great communication along the way! I dont have time to sit and wait to watch someone do the work (required by some shops) so they are my new #1 option!

Ive had the same unfortunate experience as Rebecca on more than one occasion now. Our company has used Pro-Print for years. I called asking how quickly we could get our usual order of 200 NCR forms (Pro-Print has art on file), explaining that we had a crazy week and overlooked our dwindling number of contracts. The woman who answered the phone was short, vague, and unhelpful. Her tone screamed, Im having a bad day, dont want to be here, and certainly dont have time to be talking to you. Having worked at a printing/sign company, I know rush orders can be a hassle and arent always feasible. I would have been more than understanding had the woman told me they couldnt get them done before Tuesday. It was the attitude I didnt appreciate.
