Weve purchased doors and windows from Pella Windows and Doors of Lawrence for many years. We are currently renovating our home and Reta Foley has been instrumental in assisting us with our order of windows and doors. Their prices are competitive but more importantly their level of service is unsurpassed. I highly recommend utilizing Pella of Lawrence. John Bannister, outside sales, has also been incredibly helpful from meeting with us on a weekend evening to helping us configure a customer window for our kitchen. Also, the turnaround time for the custom windows/doors was half the time of some of their competitors.

Pella Windows measure up against theyre strong reputation. And the service was very professional. Due to a broken window, I received great help from Reta in the Lawrence showroom. The original installation was quite a few years back, but Reta was able to locate it and order the new parts. The replacement installation by Josh was also professional, both in terms of skill and customer relationship. Thumbs up to them both.

We have purchased our first Pella patio door in 1998. Our first impression of the customer service was that of a very nice, friendly, helpful customer service rep, Reta Foley at the Lawrence Pella office. She was the person that motivated us to make our purchase at Pella. We bought the door and the screen and had Pella installer installed the door. But due to our hectic family schedule, we never stain our screen to put it in the door until 2019! Little do we know that when we tried to put the screen in, the installer person put the 2 large screws in the screen track carriage but one of the carriage was stripped and unable to hold the screw. I contacted Pella. To my surprise, Reta answered the phone. I was so relieved to find her still working there. She came to my rescue and found the record of our purchase and found the new part and helped me order the replacement. That’s incredible that Reta is so knowledgeable and still have the purchase record from 1998. Reta told me she has worked for Pella for 21 years! She is such a valuable employee for Pella as well as for us as a customer!! So I want to give Pella a 5 Star ⭐️ rating because of Reta!!

I didn’t have a great experience when I went to the show room. I came in with measurements and with what I wanted to purchase but was told I had to go through a sales rep. The window we received is the wrong size and not what we discussed. I miss the Topeka store and am very frustrated with the whole process I had to go through to not get what I wanted at the Lawrence store.

I went to the store to get a new lock mechanism for my sliding glass door and they were beyond helpful. Overall I would say that our expectations were exceeded. Griffin was able to meet us at our house the same day that we called. He was courteous, knowledgeable and worked to build us a package that was within our budget. If you are thinking about buying new windows, I highly recommend calling Griffin.

The best part of the Lawrence store is Reta! She is knowledgeable, efficient, personable and the only one we at CWRS go to when ordering windows. We gladly install Pella windows/doors for our customers and appreciate the staff there but weve known and trusted Reta for many years.

Rita wrangled appointments for me and helped me replace a screen using Pellas warranty which saved me 70% of the replacement cost. The technician they sent called before driving over and was promptly on time. Josh knows the product and made adjustments to the plumb of my Pella sliding doors and windows, as well as adjusting a three point lock that I could not figure out on my own. While Pella may be more expensive, their value is clear and the support provided by the store reduced my work to a few phone calls. They retained records on all of the windows and doors at our house (even though I am not the original owner) including date of installation and serial numbers. That is a lot easier than a big box store that only supplies the item but provides little to no support years after the point of sale.

For years we have worked with Pella Windows for their superior products and services. Reta Foley has been a mainstay at Pella and have always had exceptional service followed by a laugh and great conversation. We look forward to many more years of continued above the line service.-Nick Berger

Rita is an excellent communicator as our issue is not simple. Our house we moved in has Pella steel doors which should not warp, but one is and it is causing problems. Sad news is they no longer make our door, so it is not an easy warranty swap. Rita is working to figure out the details and keeping me updated on the progress this far.

Rhetta is full of helpful information, she help me and my wife figure out what windows would be best in our new addition. I would go back to Rhetta the next time I need to replace any windows or doors.
