Called and inquired about getting a hose replaced on our vacuum cleaner and it seemed to be a common issue with our specific vacuum cleaner. Stated a price it would cost for the repair and seemed very fair. I work during the day and my wife is a stay at home mother of three so it’s difficult for her to take it in for repairs with three kids. Jon met her outside and brought the vacuum in without being asked. One business day later vacuum cleaner repaired and guess what? Jon brought it out to the van so my wife did not have to unload kids. Vacuum cleaner repaired and working great! Can’t thank Jon and his service and will definitely be using them for any future vacuum service or sales.

My grandmother took my vacuum here for repair and it was ready in a few days cost about 80.00 but the vacuum works better than it did brand new out the box! It was well worth it over buying another 200.00 vacuum id recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Needed some parts for my Kirby and some new bags. When I walked in and told the man what I needed he didnt have to look it up in a book or on a computer, he knew what I was talking about and picked the parts off the shelf. I didnt have to wait for weeks to get the parts, and got them at a great price.

Waited 3 weeks for rug doctor to be repaired. Still not repaired. Screws missing from screen tank. Poor service. Not recommended from my experience.

Number 1 there prices are expensive your better off going to wal mart are somewhere i bought abelt from there guy gave me the wrong size brought it back and he was very rude told me that my roller roke the belt were you could clearly see that the belt was to small
