They went above and beyond for me. I was in Lawrence for the day helping my son out, when the motor quit working on my pressure washer. These guys came through for me and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding customer service, After leaving countryside mower repair because he quote “didn’t have time to help me”. I came straight to fleetwood and he was able to get all the parts I needed and helped me the whole time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, these guys are awesome!

Very helpful staff/owner. It was almost closing time but I didnt think what I needed would be difficult lol well it was . Both of the people looked up and tried to find a part for a lawnmower from the 1990s in the end we didnt find it but got some good take away ifo and they tried all options to find it for me. Thank you both. We will be returning customers!

My husband Bill & I purchased a used self propelled walk behind and are very pleased with it and the price. It came with a 60 day warranty which is pretty much unheared of. Small businesses are being phased out...UNLESS you support them.May you find strength in these very difficult times.

Fleetwood keeps my equipment running by having,/getting the parts and fluids I need. LOVE my small Echo chainsaw, brick and mortar still is best....I walked in and BOUGHT it. Chris at counter always pleasant.

Great small engine shop.

They dont get in any hurry to fix anything and alibi it is someone elses or the customers fault. Didnt get that noise with previous owner. Really arrogant as well. Given that few other places in town will work on lawn equipment they think they can afford to be that way .

I went to this shop looking for an exhaust gadget 1 1/4 inch inner diameter. They talked it over then refused to look for one even though the had shelves full of exhaust gaskets. I guess it wasnt worth their time to look for a $2 part. I gave them 2 instead of 1 stars because they were at least polite about it.

We bought a lawn mower off of Craigslist and the lady said she bought the lawnmower from Fleetwood and thats where we took it to for a complete overhaul.

Poor customer service. Mower was picked up a month ago for a cable replacement. No calls, no estimate. Hard to get them on the phone, left a message but no call back.I was told 2 weeks for repair. I understand the busy season, but why take more work if you cant get them done in a timely fashion?

I worked for this shop for 2 years and it was one of the best places I have ever worked. The owner would do anything to help his employees. Great guy. Great shop!

I guess I should have read the reviews before I went here. Im sure I will get the same response from the owners that everyone gets-that they fell behind during their busy season. I took my weed eater here and told them I thought it needed a new carburetor. I was told I would have it back it 2 weeks. After about 3 weeks, I started calling every other day trying to get an answer and was told the tech was working on it and will call me later that day. Well 5 weeks later, I finally heard from the tech and guess what? After 5 weeks, he finally figured out that it needed a new carburetor, like I said from day 1. They were wanting to charge me over $100 for a $15 part, so I told them to forget it. I ended up eating my deposit ($28) and being without a weed eater for 5 weeks and not getting anything fixed. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

These guys have always been amazing to us. We bought a grandstand from them a couple of years ago and they have helped us a ton since purchase. Looking forward to buying another one from them soon.

Took a New Honda Generator in that was brand New (Not purchased from Fleetwood) in Early April I had installed Oil & Fresh Non alcohol gas & Generator would not start. After over 21/2 months they told me nothing was wrong other than bad gas. Contacted Honda told them the situation they said they would warranty the service I had to pay another $8.00 over the $50.00 They initially required before they would let me pick up the Generator due to not knowing how much Honda would pay. Told me they would refund money when Honda paid them, nearly 2 months still have not received refund.

Chris and family are the best! He does all the work on my equipment, and advises me when Im doing my own even. Wont go anyplace else since moving to this area and finding Fleetwood!

Our county has a mask mandate. They have signs at the counter saying they will not wear masks. Also, cigarette smoke is very heavy in store. I have bought products and services here for over 20 years. I am now no longer a customer.

Top notch sales and repair staff. Expect a long wait on repairs, but my stuff always comes back in working order and clean. Never had them try to up sale or be dishonest with me.

Chris really went above and beyond. We bought a used husqvarna riding mower. After the 2nd time using it, it started smoking real bad. He came to ottawa to pick it up to see about fixing it. It needed a new motor to fix it right; He thought he had one, but it would not fit. In the meantime he brought us mower we could use until ours got fixed. Well, we really liked the loaner and so we bought it. It actually was lower in price and he gave us the difference back. We really appreciate the way we were treated through all of this. He made at least 6 trips to Ottawa. That is what you call service. Thanks Chris for all you did

I have been working with folks from Fleetwood for more than 20 years. I have found them honest, knowledgeable, forthcoming, trustworthy and dependable. I dont understand why or how others can say otherwise. Whether I need help with equipment Ive purchased from them (mowers, chainsaws, weed wackers) or things Ive gotten elsewhere (snowblower), they help. I am hard on equipment but they dont criticize and have done wonders getting things back in shape making it totally possible for me to do the work I keep trying to put off. Best of all, when I think I need something new, Neil reviews the situation and finds a way to get my abused stuff working again saving me a bundle.

They will cheat you and sabotage you if you dont agree to their demands. My family dealt with Fleetwood and I was with them when they gave rude customer service. They break your lawn mower and tell you that you cant come back to them.

Helped me get the right part for my mower. Quick, Easy, and Helpful.

Fixee my lawnmower and gave me great advice to keep the problem from recurring. I had it repaired by someone else twice before. After fleetwood i havent had that problem or any problems woth my mower.

Less than one star if I could give it...first a 3 week wait..ok was told it may be that long...first call from service manager giving me wrong information of what needed to be done with my Cub Cadet mower...second call after I called and said this information can not be correct...sorry we had two cub cadets back to back had wrong service ticket...ok I can see that? Service manager..what is really wrong with yours is worn idler puller brackets, bolts etc. that is causing deck belt not to stay on....$270 to fix...ok fix...call to pick up...get it home unload go to yard start blades belt jumps off immediatly....load up back to shop...3-4 more days pass I call...now I get all kinds of we thinks your machine is not worth fixing...spindles MAY be bent, pulleys should be replaced, motor shaft MAY even be bent and THINK you have the wrong belt....at least they did gave me a complete refund probably just to get rid of me...brought it home talking to engineer neighbor that had gauge to check shaft and pulley wooble...no shafts or pulleys bad enough to cause problem...started looking at new brackets and belt alignment and were not running straight...5 minutes flipped the brackets around and mowes like a new one...not sure what their problem was ..maybe they do not like cub cadets or do not have a clue how to work on them..very flustrating experience..Frankensteined together... what does that mean...the only thing changed on this machine is a new engine like I told you...if you would look at a service manual you could tell everything is the way it should be...the part that bothers me the most is being told it was done...picking it up driving home and obviously no one even tried it once it was worked on...same problem immediately when engaged..

Quality service, reasonable prices, Knowledgeable owners.

I have not rented equipment from this facility, but I did visit the facility multiple times to pay rent for an apartment that the owner (Neil) also owned, during my senior year at KU. During each visit, I was constantly made to feel uncomfortable by an older gentleman who never failed to mention that he would be happy to pick up my rent in person from my unit.

Very poor customer service, was told that I should go somewhere else by Neil (owner) because he did not like that I was asking questions about a zero turn. He needs to stick to charging a kings ransom for changing a spark plug on tune-ups, lol. Go somewhere else for sure, anywhere else.
