I was looking to purchase a handbag when the sales associate said “are you almost done looking because I have to go to the bathroom” and basically kicked me out of the store. It was rude and a bit strange. I would have been happy to leave and come back had the associate not behaved so rudely.
Gorgeous quilts. Bought one for my daughters bed, and plan to go back for more! Theyre supposed to be handquilted in India, I have never been to India so I can not speak to whether thats 100% accurate or not. I can say they definitely appear to be authentic. The patchwork appears to possibly be machine sewn, while the topstitching appears to be handsewn. Either way, I love the quilt we chose. Beautiful stitching and colors. The lady working there was very friendly and had no issue with me wanting to basically look at all of them. I loved all of the colors patterns, so it was a hard decision to make!
I love their collection and the price is so reasonable. Very ethnic and traditional stuff. Good customer service and also they have layaway . Will definitely recommend The Roots at sugarloaf Mills Mall.
I wont call it antique what they sell but its quite unique. Mostly cultural stuff from less known places around. Worth having few.
Very nice store with knowledgeable staff. Unique products and friendly sales people.
Best place for ethnic Indian Home decor and garments.
