Bob and his crew at Startech are the best. Dave saved me thousands when my ABC Suspension system failed, and the dealership wanted $10,000+ to repair it. He installed a hydraulic elimination system, and now I never have to worry about ABC failure again. My vehicle handles great, especially around corners. It’s steady when I take off—does not dip. I could not be happier. I have referred several friends, and they are now loyal, and regular customers. When it comes to “Black Beauty,” I go for knowledge and honesty, and Startech always exceeds my expectations. I’m a customer for life.

My Moms car brake indicator came on in her car and I called up and made an appointment. Roy figured out the problem over the phone and said to drop off the car. He called me a few hours later with a detailed summary and options to fix the brake issue. His pricing is very fair and good for pricing. I felt that they are definitely experts. I highly recommend their service.

I absolutely love this place! Roy is so nice and educates me on how to take care of my car. He is not out for money he genuinely wants to make sure he gets you in good shape. He diagnosed my check engine light and fixed the issue on a few hours. He kept me updated on everything and explained that he wasn’t going to fix anything aside from what needed to be done. I am used to having my family members work on my car but we recently moved pretty far away so it’s really comforting knowing that I can go to someone consistent and they deliver. I went back today to check the fuse for my cigarette lighter port and he discovered it was just something stuck in it (who knew) but he was so kind to look at it regardless . If I have any issues I will always go here.

I want to commend Startech for being an excellent destination for Mercedes repair and maintenance work. Roy treated me like I really mattered and he took the time to explain what they were going to do and how they were going to do it efficiently and without busting the bank. Now I know why they have so many great reviews and so many returning customers to their garage. The best Mercedes service techs in North Atlanta. Robert and Roy have years of experience with the three different mbs we have owned. Their service is fast, reliable and reasonable. We have several friends who bring their cars to them for scheduled maintenance too.

These guys really know the product and will take great care of your car. Also very aware of what the dealership does on particular maintenance cycles and WILL save you money by not charging you for things that are “just part of an oil change!”

I recently took my car to Star Tech because it was making a funny noise. The mechanic was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, and they fixed it without charging me an arm and a leg. I will definitely go back to them next time.

Startech is number one in my book fixed a hard start problem i had on a 88 560sel for 8 years after taking the car to 3 other so called repair shops,the techs at Startech fixed the problem in no time and it didnt cost a arm or leg thank you so much James R.

These guys worked on my MB quickly and didnt charge and arm and leg.

These guys are great, I have been taking my 97E320 there for all my benz repairs and they do everything possible to keep my mb running like its supposed to, I recommend startech to every mb owner as an alternative to the dealership.
