The service was great. They checked everything for me. I was able to put my Car on the road with no problems. Highway bound.

Would not honor conventional oil and filter change price on sign. They did honor the synthetic price.The service attendant said that whoever put the $20 conventional OC used screws and he could not remove that price. its still there but I was told it had expired. Its o.k. though. The service was good and as I said they did honor the synthetic oil change price on the sign.

Been going here for years, Joey and the team have always been polite and attentive. They have never tried to push service I didnt need. As a matter of fact I was in recently for brake noise, they inspected them and said they were fine! That could have been an expensive day, so I was very happy with the outcome!

This place is the pits now. It was good but I think management changed . I tried to do a check engine light repair ( 4 attempts) couldnt be fixed after they said they did. Oil change, they couldnt even effect it after they gave me an affirmative.Dont go there it isnt worth your time No I didnt make a mistake or have the incorrect place of business. We took our Infinity in, winter of 2019 . I took my vehicle in, 01/ 9 / 2021 (ie. 6th January, 2021 ) Dont make false claims that your records indicate our last visit was 2015, thats false and you know it.

At approximately 3:40pm on 12/19, stopped in for an oil change (their site says they close at 5pm). The man quickly said to me... We actually close early for Christmas and were closing right about now. No sign on the door, no sorry, just rude and unprofessional.

If there was a negative rating I would give it but I guess 1 star has to do. I went to take my car to get looked at and they told me my pump and belt in my car needs to be replaced. It will cost over $900. It was way over priced. Than what ever they taken out to check it. Prevented it from starting. Than they starting quoting prices for every little thing. After making them fix what they did to make my car start, I eventually taken it to my mechanic down the road. My mechanic told me that it wasnt my timing belt nor was it my pump. All it was that I had low transmission oil.So I am writing this review to make you aware how these mechanics will ripe you off. And they are rude and unprofessional.

I had used this Precision Tune location before and when I went there to have my car door latch replaced, I hadnt any reason to believe I would be led astray. I promptly told Joey that I would be leaving the area of Lawrenceville the next day and needed to know if they could do the repair or should I go elsewhere to have it done, as I was leaving the area the very next day. I was assured they could do the job and was quoted 50 bucks for the replacement of the door latch that which I had purchased myself and provided for them. Once my vehicle was taken in for the work, I then was told the work couldnt be done for 50 bucks and now would be 100 bucks. Since the door was already taken apart I agreed on the work to be done. Even after paying double for the job to get done, the car door never would lock again after the work was completed when I tried the following day and in a matter of 2-3 days the door would no longer open. Eventually after I had already moved to Florida I found the new door latch in the trunk of my car and was never ever put on my car;in the box and wrapped in plastic just how if was received. I filed a report with BBB and Precision Tune never even responded to the matter. They notified the business 4 times of the pending complaint. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Took my car to figure out why it wouldnt connect to emissions. Apparently nothing was wrong with it (which was weird but great news). They didnt charge me anything cuz they said they didnt do anything to it so I think that shows how honest and professional they are. Ill take my car there for any future maintenance needed.

FIRST OFF LET ME SAY I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS SO THIS IS THE FIRST OUT OF 21 YEARS OF MY LIFE. It took me 3 months to finally write my review. Because I’m highly upset about the fact that one of the workers stole my 24k gold necklace. It’s beyond crazy because I went there two weeks before my necklace was stolen and I recommended them to my boyfriend. So my boyfriend decided to go because I said they had great service. I saw the necklace right before he had got his oil changed and once we got the car back the necklace was GONE. Once I noticed that I couldn’t stop crying.One of the other workers mentioned “ why would I leave a gold necklace in the car?” . Doesn’t matter what I had in the car; don’t touch it. Police were also involved but I knew that was the last time I’d ever see that necklace. They sat and watch my boyfriend and I search for my necklace in his car that he only had for 3 days . Wouldn’t you think the necklace wouldn’t be far?...The owner also is very disrespectful he claims he’s been knowing his workers for a year and KNOWS that they’ll NEVER steal. TIME doesn’t change the fact that someone can steal tomorrow. That necklace meant so much to me, I don’t understand why the worker would steal it. It was personalized with my name on it also with a gold Mickey Mouse. If I could rate them 0 I would. Their actions were unacceptable, they had no mercy for me as I bawled my eyes out. That necklace was in my life for 11 years. Whoever took the necklace karma will be coming for you...REAL TRUE THIEVES .

I took my 2001 Nissan truck to them to do a break install. Keep in mind I had my own breaks. I Was quoted $100 on the phone. Once I arrived he looked at my truck and came and told me itll be an extra $20 because of a few extra screws the had to remove. I said ok thats fine. When I got the bill he charged me $245. Just to install breaks !!! Joey was very rude and ready to argue instead of fixing the issue. I felt like I was talking to a child . Very unprofessional when they make a mistake. Seems like he avoids admitting hes wrong at any cost. I will never go back to this place again.P.S. ---- Beware: Bait & SwitchThey will tell you one price over the phone to get you in there then switch to some other price once your there.

I havent had an experience THIS good at a car spot in years. Amazing customer service, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FAST, comfortable with 20 year old cars (cant say the same for the Pep Boys down the street!!!!), and affordable!! As a woman, I DREAD going to the car shop, and both Tommy and Joey took good, good care of my baby. I have an old car that needs a lot of care, so I will defintely be back the next time I need someone to pop the hood!!! MUST go if youre in the area!!!

This place is amazing. As a woman Im used to being taken advantage of. However, Josh and Micheal were very helpful and they walked me through the entire process. They inform you of any problems with your car and fix it for you at low and reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back for all of car needs.

My car started smoking and leaking coolant the day after the oil was changed. I had no issues prior to that. I usually get a basic package, but they decided to get me a premium without even asking. I was just told after it was done. Whatever, I paid for it, but that is not what I requested. Also, I get full sinthetic oil, and they have this info in the computer. When I got my receipt, it said semi-sinthetic. My in laws had issues with their cars after taking their cars there as well. I shouldve listened to them and not go there.

After 10 years of bringing my car to this company, they are the worst and the price they were trying to guage me with was ridiculous! First, I bring my car to them asking to fix multiply issues that needs to be fixed on my car. I asked them if they will have my car fixed before the end of the day, they said they would, only to call me back later and say it will not be fixed in the morning. So I said OK.. Ill get it tomorrow. By morning they are calling me and telling me that I needed to pay them over $725 to fix my problem which was over my budget. Speaking with the tech, he decided that he was going to try to charge me for the diagnostic fee and if I wanted to do the work I will have to pay 1/2 the diagnostic fee, which is pure bullshit and when I let him know that I have NEVER paid for diagnostic if I decided to get the work done. These guys really thought I was stupid or something. Finally I get the manager (John) on the phone, he brings the bill down to $598 which was right at my budget, but it only let me know that jerk of a tech was trying to take all I had.So, they call me back and let me know my car was ready. I went to pay them and got in my car only to find out that the car was not turning on. The manager (John) says, Oh yea, your battery was dead when you dropped it off. I told him that no one told me that the car was dead this morning when I spoke to you guys in several conversations. So, he suggest that I get a new battery, I went and stopped home and when I went to start the car again the battery dies on me again. So, had to go get another battery myself and install the battery, only the find out that the car was still not starting up. Now, at this point, I was getting upset that no one from the shop decided to call me and let me know that the car battery was dying, now I have to figure out now Im going to get my car fixed if I can start it. I think if I was told about this earlier in the morning, I would have had a chance to ask them to look into it and fix the problem. Instead, Im home after paying them $600 for a car that I cant move. Now I have to pay for towing to get my car fixed. I called to speak with the Manager John who I told knew good customer service and would extend himself for the sake of the customer and help me out. He was outright rude and non-engaging. I was also treated VERY RUDELY by the staff who wanted to argue with me about the issues they have with their business. Ive patronized this company longer than I should have. There is a racial tone in that place that I always over looked and the only reason why I decided to bring my car there for 10 years cause I told it would be more convenient because its closer to my home. But no one deserves treatment like this and I will NO LONGER GIVE THEM MY PATRONAGE.

How do you specialize in AC repair and your workers dont even know what an AC orfice tube is??? Its part of an component inside the AC compressor kit. The guy said theres no such thing. You think Im going to let you guys work on my car. Hump, I took it right on next door to Express Oil Change & Service who has 4.9 stars and the best reviews in town! Fixed the problem with no questions or hesitations and with a smile!!

Do NOT take your car here for anything. I went to get my oil changed, i drive off after its done and notice my brakes which were perfectly fine before oil change are now making a loud grinding noise. They are crooks and they are lucky im a changed man, to say the least. I will never go back there.

Went here to get oil changed talking to another customer and left billfold on counter to get business card. didnt realize it til next morning when I went to pay bill online. call them they said yeah its in the white box which I found an unusual statment. went there got wallet and over hundred dollars was missing but everything else was there. all the storys they told me did not add up.... supposedly security cameras didnt work! isnt that convenient...wont go back!

Super fast service, pleasant staff, I quit doing my own oil changes because this is so convenient, they also tell you what needs to be done to your car, and how long you may be able to wait before it HAS to be done.

The were efficient and affordsble with great customer service.

I went to this location, because I used another Precision Tunes location and trusted that all Precision Tunes were the same with their customer service but I was wrong. I went to have my cars coolant flushed. Well on friday Aug. 29 2014, I went and had it serviced at this location. After the service was completed I came home and the next day I noticed there was a crack in my radiator. A few days later, on that following tuesday, on my day off, I took my cracked radiator up to the center and showed the manager who was also the mechanic who worked on my car and he was very rude, arrogant, and kept trying to change the subject at hand. My trust was broken and the customer service from him was horrible. I will be contacting corporate office with a email and also will be calling.

The experience I have with Precision Tune is great. Thats why I have been a loyal customer for five years.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, they are a rip off!!! I took my car in & just for a diagnosis they charged me $97 when I had already told them what Ik thee prob was. Then thee guy at thee front desk & thee mechanic tried to make a big deal out of my coolant being clogged so I would fall for what they were telling me...they basically said since it was clogged, I needed my whole coolant system replaced for $2500 ! Ik that didnt sound right at all so I took it to my dealership & they said all I basically need is a coolant flush & a new thermostat, that shouldnt cost anymore than $150😒ohh & while I was in there a lady was also complaining that she would never go back because they kept finding little things to charge her for & all she wanted was an oil change. 0 stars👎👎👎

This place is a rip off.stay clear.Real clear.after repairs of 835.00 the check engine light is still on.also charging system failure.I showed my coupon for 15 off .manager said should of showed it be for repair.they have a sign on wall.if you have repair done.we waive diagnostic fee.I only got half off.even after I showed him the sign.I feel like the vacuum leak was cause by shotty work.when you take your vehicle in for repair.you expect to get it back with no check engine light on.....
