I have purchased over 15 new vehicles in my 64 years and this is the first time I actually was asked to pay for a vehicle before I signed the bill of sale. Also, a major dealership in the post covid world should offered e-signing documents instead of sending document ups next day saver where the documents arrived too late for the customer to send back the same day since certain documents had to be notarized and no notary was available at night. The 3 days delay could have been avoided if on out of state transactions, the customer should be offer the opportunity to pay his sale tax to his state or residence.
First time at dealership and despite me being the only customer at the time I was not greeted with a Good Morning or can I help you. Everyone just standing or siting at the desk until spoke and ask if anyone available. Keep in mind none were on the phone and each one gave me contact. They were all so in thought and conversation of ordering Philly Connection. Still no excitement or conversation. I had to pick one of the nonchalant adviser to help me with my appointed service.Not one advisor had on any mask as a courtesy to their customers. Someone like myself with multiple diseases including blood disorder after many appointments with my 7 specialty drs I can’t get my vaccine right now. You don’t know your customer’s status but common courtesy is right thing to do.Once I went into the enclosed cashiers room to pay (4 customers inside) one male customer coughing without covering his mouth and to right of me the female employee coughing using her exact hand I had to give my payment to. No covering mouth with inside elbow or even sanitizing gel. I truly believe the this department needs customer service 101 and Covid safety 101.

My last experience was great!!However, I visited your dealership when I was ready to purchase another vehicle about one year ago and treated very disrespectful. I knew that the dealership was closing, but the gate was still open and I asked the guy that was about to lock the gate a question and he literally snapped at me with WHAT???!!!!!. I asked him who are you talking to, with that tone?...I immediately left the lot and went to Jim Ellis the next day and purchased the vehicle that I had serviced at your dealership, Friday. I will consider getting my vehicle serviced there, but I will NEVER make a purchase at Nash.
Chad Martin was my Sales Rep and he was fantastic. I was very specific about what I wanted to order. He walked me through the order process and did not try to sell me something that I didnt want. When my vehicle arrived, he was very thorough in walking me through all the features.

My check engine light came on the day before I was going out of town. I called and the dealership was booked solid. I spoke to Shedrik and told him my situation and he said “Bring it in…We’ll see what we can do”. I brought the car in and they were able to fix my issue before my out of town trip. Sales were great. Very very easy to buy long distance. Finance was pushy as expected. Two week before I could get too the vehicle into the next month the price changed $500. The dealership should have honored the price given.Overall everything was very good. Sales(Jeff C) was my buying factor.
Traditionally, Nash has done well. However, there were 2 issues with my service last week:1 -- I set the appointment for 10:30 AM. I received multiple confirmation texts that were for 11:00 and several for 10:30. I responded to the texts --- and was very unclear when to be at the appointment.2 --- When I set the appointment, the price for an oil change and tire rotation was $59.95. However -- the next day, I was informed via text that the price had changed to $69.95. I understand increasing prices. However, once confirmed, my price should not have changed. Bad business. I complained to no avail.

Bought a 2016 Chevy Trax from this dealership. It had less than 50,000 miles and seemed like an incredible deal. Unfortunately the vehicle was only a facade. Its literally been in the shop or sitting in the driveway since. Our local repair person concluded its a defect with the manufacturing. It seemed to be a very obvious problem that shouldve been spotted by dealer inspection. The dealership didnt even clean the vehicle, it was extremely dirty on purchase. Disappointed with the manufacturer, but also very sad to have experienced the classic car salesman trap of being sold a lemon. Unfortunately Georgia haslittle to no laws regarding the sales of a used vehicle, even if the automobile is clearly a lemon.
Easy to set a service appointment. Traffic is easy around Nash Chevrolet and the service department works as a team to get the car in and work done. Nash Chevrolet Service and Body shop works hard to keep my family on the road.
Frankly, I have never experienced in my 50 years of purchasing automobiles a dealership like this. Salesperson who have worked at same dealership for 20 Years and the newest salesperson closing on three years at dealership. Usually the sales person who sold me my car is gone before my first oil change. If a dealership treats their employees this good you certainly would expect the customer to be treated equally well. Your expectations as a customer would be totally pleased with your experience.

Took my truck in under warranty as the infotainment center was giving problems. Was met by Adan Ravnjak in the Service area. He gathered my information and Ieft the truck with him. Since the problems were very intermittent, I had made up my mind that the issue would not arise when they had the vehicle and I would get a call saying they could not find anything. To my amazement, I got a call 2 hours later that the Tech had found the problem, a new system had been overnighted, and would be installed next day. Adan stayed in contact with me the next day and even worked in a tire rotation/balance on a fully booked schedule.I have never had a more pleasant experience when dealing with a car dealership. Communication, professionalism, and integrity were nothing less than perfect.Great experience!!!
With the exception of ONE visit in 3 years, the service, and wait time are always great for me. The service, and management has more than made up for it since then. I can get and appointment on short notice and they make it convenient as well. I drive a few miles further to Nash, even though a dealership is literally 5 minutes from my house. Thats how much great service means to me.

Saturday evening my wife and I purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe Z71 from Nash Chevrolet. I have never been a fan on buying cars, new or used but our salesman, Jeff Campbell changed that for me.We stopped in right before the dealership was about to close, 9 minutes before to be exact. We didnt intend on working a deal, but just wanted to stop in and see what they had on the lot since car dealerships have had limited inventory due to the chip shortage. We saw something we liked, so I went in just to ask a few questions. Jeff made it clear that he was willing to work a deal right then and there, if we were. We hesitated because we didnt want to be rude and keep them there late, but the Nash team insisted it was ok.I told Jeff that I was a no BS kind of guy, and I wanted to get a few thing out there before we even started running credit etc.. Everything that I had concerns about, he put to rest and honored his word the whole way through the process. I told him we didnt want my credit run more than once, and I wanted to know up front if we were going to be paying more because of the vehicle shortage. He assured me the online price was the price, and by the time we signed the papers, it was. Our credit was also only ran one time as promised. There were no hidden fees, and nobody pushing anything that we didnt want pushed on us.We also were financing the vehicle under our business. I thought it might be a problem to do this being that it was after hours and Saturday, but it wasnt. Even though commercial financing costs a little more, we were still very pleased with our rate.Because the dealership was technically closed, there was nobody there to detail it, but Jeff promised that we could schedule something the following week and they would get it cleaned up for us.The pandemic has been tough on dealerships. There are fewer cars to sell, and employees that still need to be paid. Many dealerships have been marking up their vehicles 10 or 15k over the MSRP to help offset that. Im so grateful to Nash Chevrolet for not taking advantage of us.As I told Jeff before we left, he has gained a customer for a life and I will be happy to refer anybody that I know to him.

Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire sensor. Also to be checked for vibration while siting idle. Got my truck back, and the oil read 92% full. My truck now has a hesitation when shifting automatic trans. I will not be bringing my truck back, for any further work. I never had a hesitation when it shifts until I got it back from Nash Chevy. I will be finding another mechanic to fix what ever is the problem. Thanks, please take me off all mailers and emails.

Went to the service department on Saturday..The Salesman was nice but the services I needed were extremely highly priced in the thousands..Said I needed a Orifice replacement because it was faulty.. Took my services to a a reputable mechanic and charged me much less and told me exactly what was wrong with my car..Car drives so much better no thanks to Nash.Not sure why these dealerships charge so much for labor because car parts cost so much lessNot a happy camper with Nash Chevrolet

I went to many dealers and drove what seems like two dozen vehicles. I had to have the right vehicle at the right price. I had just about given up when I decided to give the inventory at Nash one last look.I am so glad I did!Mike Rutherford had already contacted me to see if my needs had changed and to inform me of some vehicles I may not have noticed in the couple of weeks since we first talked. He was friendly and understanding from the beginning. He knew I was not in a hurry and that I was taking my time, so he was patient, but remained in touch. When I finally met him for a test drive, he did not put any pressure on me to make a decision or to decide.After the test drive, I told Mike the price I needed, including my trade, and he and the finance team made it work. It was a perfect agreement.

Called to get scheduled maintenance done on my car. Got an appointment for the next day. I was told exactly how much it would cost.When I arrived I my service person was busy with another client so someone else took care of me immediately. I waited a solid hour hour for the work to be completed. I was told on the phone 1 to 2 hours. The waiting room. Was clean an well stocked with snacks. My. Service person gave me the option to do additional work on my car without pressure. It was a great experience.
We had the best experience with Nash Chevrolet! Antwann was extremely efficient and helpful from our first test drive through purchase. Since the Tahoe is hard to come by right now, we spoke with several other dealerships to try and find one available big dealing with Antwann and Nash were leagues above the rest! He was extremely responsive to all requests and questions and had all of the paperwork set up and ready to go on the day of purchase. Shedrick was very helpful with setting my appointment to have the a/c checked. The air blowing was not cool. I was told it was low on freon. Freon was added and now the a/c is blowing cold air. Thank you Shedrick for taking care of this situation.

After going to two different dealerships with no luck of finding a Blazer and one location trying to pressure me into buying a used one, I finally went to Nash. I should have just went there from the very beginning. We always used to buy at Rick Hendrick but the service has been terrible lately. I had been emailing with Donovan and after calling him he told me they did in fact have Blazers. I was a bit hesitant as another location told me he checked inventory and it said that they didn’t have any there. I arrived and they had 3 Blazers. I felt bad because I arrived at almost 5pm and that’s when Donovan was supposed to go home. He was extremely patient with me as I’m very indecisive and he never pressured me or rushed me. I really appreciated that. I ended up buying a Blazer RS and the next day my husband went straight to Nash and purchased a Silverado. I 100% recommend Nash.
