Good collection of books based on various topics. Appreciate the ways they have arranged books. A good store for buying books. Great customer service.

Its nice to go to a bookstore and just browse. You can do that here. But if you need to find something the staff is helpful. Besides books they have a large magazine rack. Plus they have a small but nice coffee shop inside

I actually visited the great new African Store next to this store called Zeecraft. I did not visit Books A Million. The African Store IS AMAZING and the owner is great. Beautiful items from wall to wall.

I always love going to this store at any location. They have such a wide variety of reading material for most any avenue of interest! Also like most book stores if you have something specific in mind and cant find it They are more than willing to order it for you. The stores stay well organized so it isnt hard to seek a book by name as well!

I have been in a Books-A-Million before in my old stomping ground of Augusta. That store became a Second and Charles location for good used books. The store here, at the mall was well organized and easy to navigate to find sections. I will enjoy going back again!!

This is actually a good place to buy books. I mean the selection was good, it was very well orgainzed, and the prices were reasonable. Theres a tendency for book stores to be used as libraries, but this one worked well as a book store for me.

Always a great place to shop. The stock, the displays are always in great condition making it easy to shop and find what you need.

Huge store with so much to offer! Love that its like a BAM and 2nd n Charles put together, complete with a whole section of CDs and DVDs. We werent greeted or asked if we needed anything like were used to from BAM, the associates just passed us by, and most sections were a mess, but considering it was a busy Friday evening, I can understand. Would still highly recommend visiting and we hope to go back again soon.

Go there, look around. Lots of neat stuff, and some truly odd books on the discount rack! Support your local bookstore -- especially one with as much random weirdness as this one has in it.

The people who work here have always been very friendly and helpful towards me, even when it was during busier hours. Their selection isnt as large as some other chain bookstores, but Im usually able to find what Im looking for when I come here. This place is great for finding some pre owned or used books. Great deals.

Wow, such a pleasant bookstore! Unfortunately, Ron Douglas cookbooks lack luster-no photos and inaccurate recipes. Methods To Millions book contains a bunch of fluff from a copycat whose wife worked over 20 years in corporate America. Ron Douglas is not an authentic millionaire (in my opinion) compared to wealthy online marketers!

Quite a store. Vast new and used book and music selections. Got to chat up the sweet little angel who rang my stuff up, which was icing on the cake.

Large store, but like most bookstores, they devote a lot of space to toys and miscellaneous items. We went looking for graphic novels (after seeing an ad about a sale) and were disappointed by the fine print and the selection. While we went looking for some specific items, we did find a lot of other titles. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Plenty of books, movies, music, crafts, and toys for everyone. It is clean and spacious. These big chains carry a heavy price tag on most items, so its -1 star for that. Overall, a nice shopping experience.

Their selection was great and the people working there were helpful and nice as always. The sake were great too. The only problem was that the air conditioning wasnt on and it was very hot and stuffy in the store.

I love all the new books coming out and enjoy reading a lot. Alfred was a big help in solving a mystery of what to get my boss for his birthday. The classics are still available along with new comebacks like Dungeons and Dragons and other fantasy role playing games I grew up as a teenager.

If my daughter and I can set up a tent and live there wed be in heaven. Had to almost drag her out the store 😆🤣. They have amazing selections and great staff.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out they buy used books. My book collection has changed drastically over the past few years and I had books on the self that have never been read or barely used. They dont pay much, but it was great being able to get rid of the books and get a little money. I think they donate books that dont sell which is great too!

This store is uncomfortably hot and has a pretty lackluster selection. Not really worth a visit.

Absolutely love coming here. Such a huge selection of books, games, collectables, etc. You can find used books for a great price. Original book was $17, found a used book, that was basically new, for $6. Its a book store, how can you not like it?! Lol.

I recently searched and visited this place to find books that were not in the bookstores around me. The bookstore was fine, but no one was checking the mask at the entrance. So, people who didnt wear masks were going in and out of this mall regardless. There were many people in the mall without masks, so I only visited the bookstore and left this place. 4 stars is not this bookstores problem, but 1 star is subtracted due to the mall status.

Best selection of Occult books, and Tarot Cards, as well as toys and childrens books. Masks are mandatory upon entry. I wish the mall had dedicated security though. Most people dont wear masks in the mall. I guess they think droplets dont travel.🤷🤦😷

Nice store, with lots of fun items, other than books, good atmosphere, with a place for Coffee. However, their Computer-books section has been significantly downsized to a little nook in the farthest corner of the store, as if they are averse to computer stuff, and sadly offering X-For-Dummies titles primarily.

Its a very good store, but extremely expensive.Im talking extremely!A book the size of your hand, you could wond up paying over 30 or 40 dollars (the size of your hand.)Selection seems large, but they dont carry textbooks, so dont look to gwt anything too factual or concrete.A lot of overpriced anime stuff as well.

The store offers a wide range of reading material at a high quality. It even offers cds and dvds! The only complaint I can find is that some books, like manga, are rearranged too often and cost just a bit over what feels comfortable for a weekly issue. Otherwise, everything is good.

Always great service the customer service ate always great. Never once i ran into somebody that wasnt helpful. I dont know what the starting play rate is but they definitely need to get pay more and people should bring in their babies to reach the children out to read more books. The prince are great and they have many choice to pick from. Dont forget to take a look around by the cashier area for some treats or some great bookmarks and lights

Whenever I go to a Mall or Outlet I usually judge whether or not its good based off a handful of things. First is if the food court is good. At Sugarloaf Mills Outlet the only good thing they have is Panda so thats a no. The second thing I usually look for is the type of stores they hold and the default options are there just like in any other outlet. You know, Hot Topic, Old Navy, American Eagle, Gamestop, Ross, and maybe one Anime themed store with a unique name. This Outlet has that but not much more. Its the third thing that really makes a location stand out. What kind of Bookstores do they have. This book store is amazing. You want books? Sure they got loads of them and if you cant find it, they will have it delivered to the store or your house. You like Manga and Comic books? They got tons of that too! Some are even on sale at times. You want anime shirts, toys, plushies? They got all that in this place too. Seriously this store is the only reason I find the Sugar Mills Outlet tolerable. I wouldnt even enjoy going to this outlet if not for this bookstore or maybe Earthbound but thats pretty much it. I dont go to this outlet for any other reason.

Its a book store and more! Lots of cute little office/collectable toys... We spent a good hour or two looking through all their fun stuff for sale and books, while enjoying some yummy coffee.

I enjoyed this store alot. Its located in the sugarloaf mall and it is HUGE. I only went to look for funko pops and not only was I surprised with how much they had. They had lots of other things like manga or their books and the selection was huge! I absolutely loved this store and recently have been ordering alot from them. Would recommend anyone who is into collectibles,books or manga as for that matter to give it a try.

Really appreciate the staff helping when your lost, but giving space when your browsing. Love the more cultural options that are being added for the little ones. They do not put their clearance books all in one sections so really look because the title you are looking for may have been returned and on clearance.

Books a million is a great place if you need a coffee or some of the latest mainstream books or magazines. they also have toys for kids and games. the prices are good.

You can get the same material at Half Priced Books for less money. Prices were pretty ridiculous

I had a positive experience at this location, the employees I encountered were very professional and kind. I couldnt find a item and the employee was very helpful in locating it, nice (low crime) part of town.
