We had two issues with the project. First, there was a a cancellation on the morning of the install appointment. My husband had taken the day off of work to be home. We then had to take a second day off of work. In response we were told they would be sending an Amazon gift card for the trouble. Upon install, the installer left a huge gap in our baseboard and damaged the wall. When we discussed this second issue it was our understanding they were sending another gift card to rectify this second issue. We were very pleased with this response and believed they really took care of customers when any issues popped up. However, after much back and forth, the representatives said the first gift card was the only gift card they were sending. It seems like they put a lot of effort into obtaining the business and we were happy with our salesperson but we left this transaction not being happy with the work of California Closets.

Working with Melody to design my space was such a wonderful experience! She is extremely knowledgeable, shows passion for her work, very consultative and a joy to work with!! The products are top quality and I love the technology that allows virtual consult to design the space. Makes it so much easier to have a better visual of the final product design.

California installed my closet for my master bedroom. It looks great and Im very satisfied. Marshall the installer was awesome and Randa my sales rep did a fabulous job with the design,

Yall are awesome! Maddie nailed the design, I absolutely love the finishes on everything; and Jeff rocked the install out of the park. The whole closet system went up easy peasy lemon squeezey. I like that he didnt have to rush off to another installation, and could take his time. When the install was complete, my closet was just as clean as when he arrived...just a bit fancier lol. I have used California Closets for many years, and many projects, and am never disappointed. Lynn is an exceptional designer and installations are well thought out and performed with precision. So, we decided to have Lynn design a potting shed organizer in a small space that would include room to wall hang 3 bikes. It came together really well. It is hard to figure out which type of hooks you need but Lynn is working with us on that, too. We have started with an assortment and will assess our needs once everything is back in place. I know I will be using them again but am running out of space to organize in our home of 20 years!

Customer service is everything to me when looking for a company to work with. For this reason, after meeting with my designer, I decided to throw all the other quotes away. Elizabeth was beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. She was early to the appointment. She was polite and kind. She was efficient and thorough and never made my wife and I feel uncomfortable about money. We did not know what we wanted to spend on the closet, so our designer helped explain how pricing is all determined by us and she needed a range to do her job. She was never pushy and made sense the entire time. After some details on what you provide, my wife and I gave a budget. We got exactly what we wanted within our budget and couldn’t be any happier. We are looking forward to the install of our his and hers closets and will be using Elizabeth and California Closets soon for other projects.

We enjoyed everyone we worked with at the California Closets Lawrenceville office, from the designer to the installers. The install was recently completed, and were totally pleased with the outcome!

Installers came to our brand new house before we even moved in and they left several scratch marks on our stair case walls as well as the closet walls. So already I wasn’t happy.. the installers also installed brackets crooked and a hole was on the edge rail.When we looked at the quality of the work, material of the product they use, it seems different from the ones in the actual showroom. I believe they use cheap material to fit into your “budget” (still spent close to five grand!) what I mean by that is that the material is thin, poorly cut and while I was hanging all my clothes the rail kept falling off until I had to make an adjustment.We’ve hired their competitor to do our garage storage and all I gotta say is there are better options out there

Very happy with my finished closet! Minor hitch on install day, however the installer made it right and our job was completed as planned. Everyone was a pleasure to work with - from design consultant to installer to billing personnel. A staffer also followed up a few weeks later to see if everything was good. California Closets redid the shelves in our pantry (2 more shelves than we had!) And installed shelves in a large closet in basement for husbands golf equipment.

This is our third closet design with Lynn Kercher and third install. Lynn is nothing less than professional, thorough and considers situations we would not have thought to consider. Her dedication up front makes the install process go as smooth as it could possibly go. Jeff and Cameron were very professional as well and even pointed out a small broken acrylic piece that I might not have initially noticed. The next afternoon they dropped back a new replacement piece as they said they would. The install was perfect to the design specifications and we couldnt be happier with the end result. In a customer service industry it is hard to find professional people who follow through and pay attention to every detail. Even though the prices seem to have increased noticeably, I will always give California Closets an opportunity to bid on future work because I know the result will be nothing less than exceptional. Thank you for sending great people to our home and providing great service! Do what you can to keep Lynn, Jeff and Cameron on your team...they are worth it.

13 years ago, California Closets installed a number of cabinets in a house we built. They were beautiful and served us well. When we recently downsized, we called on California Closets again to maximize our storage and closet spaces while providing a nice aesthetic. The professionalism of everybody involved from the Lawrenceville, GA, office made the project a real pleasure. They were all reliable, they communicated effectively and sufficiently (and if you have engaged in such projects you know how important these qualities are), they were courteous, and they were problem solvers. When one of the specs I approved changed before installation, the installer solved the problem without complaint, without having to make another trip and without additional charge for the change. Thank you to everybody at California Closets - my designer, the scheduler, and the installation teams - for a positive experience.

Showroom experience was fantastic, Eunika Branicz knew her product(s), knew the software, was able to quickly provide a solution to our closet issues. Installation was schedule quickly.
