I visited this store for the first time on Candle Day 2019 the staff was amazing. I got there a little b4 7am and the guy that greeted everyone was exceptional, he set the tone for the whole store. The staff was professional and helpful everything went smoothly. I will absolutely make this my go to store.

I visited this location to return some items I received in the mail. The manager, Elli, was polite and helpful. There was no nonsense. I brought my stuff, she gave me my money back.I took away one star for having to wait in line for a long time. However, another employee (I didnt catch his name) noticed that the line was getting out of control and shuffled people around to help things.

Bath & body works has such a great selection. There was one gentleman in there who helped me in my friend find everything that we were looking for and his name was Jason. THE BEST DEALS to suck you in & make you spend all your gift money but its so worth it!!! The products continue to improve and expand every time I visit!! My favorite scents are the moonlight path spray and beautiful day lotion/body wash/soap. Just purchased 4 white barn candles for my mom & she loves them! Hubbys mom loves the Japanese Cherry Blossom! Love that gift wrapping is quick and complimentary!

Updating hours online is a big deal for me, especially during this pandemic. Since they dont feel thats necessary and want to have people risk infection just to find out they arent open, not to mention refusing to update their hours on their automated phone system, Id give 1/2 star if I could.

I love this store and appreciate the sales they have. I love the wide selection of fragrances that they offer and their candle sales are worth standing in line for.

On 2 occasions, most recently May 14th 2018, the clerks and associates were very unfriendly. Both times, they were rude to me and CLEARLY ONLY due to my skin color as the people checking out in front of me and behind me with less pigmentation they spent more time with and were more friendly with.I will NOT be returning as this is UTTERLY less than what We The People deserve.

The staff will only talk to you if they think youre going to buy their items which isnt good... Because thats discrimination! Also, my sister wanted to exchange an item for an item and one if the employees said that she couldnt. I thought their policy was if youre not 100% satisfied with your item, then you could bring it back?

I went during day one of the summer semi annual sale so they were a little busy. I think his name was Derell, he was very helpful not only to me but other customers on the floor. The only bad thing and its not the staffs issue, the store is located right in the food court so you smell all the yummy food and it kind of messes up the BBW smell. :)
