Seldom, it seems these days, that a perfect experience happens or even more so goes by without recognition. I simply could not this day end without sharing the details such an event with Edible Arrangements on Sugarloaf.and extending my sincerest appreciation.After learning of the sudden passing of a very new neighbor who had moved into our neighborhood just a few weeks ago, our HOA approved the purchase of an Edible Arrangement for the family. What I didn’t expect was communication that was on par with the best in class concierge nor did I expect confirmation on delivery from click at less than one hour and thirty minutes.When you consider the circumstances of the day, the team at Edible Arrangements went above and beyond to make sure that a new neighbor in a new home knew that her new neighbors (many of which they don’t even know) care for them in their darkest hour.You, EA team, made that possible and I am forever grateful.

Placed my order late Wednesday afternoon for 10:30am pick on Thursday I was promise a 10:30 sharp pick up, wasn’t ready until 10:48am. That is not the issue, the problem was I ordered a thank you arrangement from the website the arrangement was in a thank you container. I called a place the order, gave the code for my arrangement, when my order was establish they understood which arrangement I was ordering.Get to the place the next day, they had a balloon attached to the arrangement saying they did not have that container. UNACCEPTABLE! If the person who took my order had been upfront I would’ve picked something else.
I order at least once a week and without fail they mess up my order but now i will never use this store again. First of all my order was scheduled to be ready for pick up at 1 PM they called me at 12:30 and ask if I can pick it up at 3 PM I come at 3 PM she asked me for five more minutes and I sat in the car until 345 for my order still not to be done Nor for it to be correct. They don’t apologize and they do not care about wasting your time. They don’t even offer a coupon for the inconvenience, i guess they feel we are lucky to get their fruit.
I had order a Mothers Day basket from this location, but when it was delivered to my mother, most if not all of the fruits looks like they are very old and not fresh. The fruits look like they have been sitting in the fridge for days, I would understand if it was just one or two pieces, but it looks like the most of the basket was the same, also the basket was delivered pretty early in the day around 10:00 - 10:30 AM, so the fruits was like that when it left the store and they still delivered it.
Placed an order 3days prior to delivery for the Anniversary arrangements to be sent to my boyfriends job. Although, the fruits were fresh, the delivery person had one job to do and get right. But upon delivering the fruits she forgot to deliver the anniversary balloon along with it! Everyone kept telling him happy birthday ..smh. Def ruined the moment
Ordered a work anniversary arrangement for my manager since we are all working from home these days. It arrived on time and created a great surprise for the whole family. They loved the arrangement and ate it all with smiles. Thank you.

My boyfriend bought Something from this store and the pictures they put on the card didn’t even fit on the card and he pay a lot off money for this u guys need to do better thank you have a wonderful day

Ordered 2 days prior to Valentines and the delivery never showed up. Called to ask what happened and get a refund. They made no apology, explanation, or offer to make it right, just a you wanna cancel. No I want you to deliver it to a closed business?! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I experienced the best customer service. I was called on Friday before my order was delivered, I was not home at the time and they said they would be able to deliver it on Monday for me. I thought I would have to go pick it up so it was a wonderful surprise. THANKS!! Also, the chocolate covered strawberries were divine!

I ordered an arrangement online last night and scheduled for an afternoon pickup at 1:30pm. I arrived at this establishment at 2:05. I was greeted nicely and was then told my order will be ready in another 15 minutes. I did not come to this place to sit and wait. I even showed up later just to make sure the arrangement would be ready since I ordered it last night. So Im giving this place 3 stars. The arrangement did come out 15 minutes later and it looked exactly like it was presented online.
I went to pick up my arrangement when I dropped it off for my mom unwrapped it and the fruit looked horrible and tasted bad. Really disappointed will not use them again!!!!

I dont understand why this place has such bad customer service reviews... I just left this facility with a smile on my face and my arms filled with chocolate covered strawberries. They were very friendly and very accommodating. I usually just go through the website to place orders for my family out of state... I will be returning to this location in the future!!

They texted a time frame for delivery to make sure we would be home. They delivered a beautiful arrangement during that time frame. The fruit was fresh and delicious !

Worst experience ever.. I went into the store the day before valentines to order an arrangement and the lady asked what arrangement I wanted.. I showed her the picture of the arrangement on my cellphone and I even gave her the code of the arrangement. When I came back the next day to pick up the arrangement it was not what I had ordered. I was very disappointed. I talked to the manager and she said come back tomorrow.. I said come back tomorrow for what Valentines will be over by then.. so she offered 10% off my next order. I looked at that woman like she was crazy and said next order. are you crazy I will never order anything from this place again.. im telling you this place has no people skills and no customer service skills.. THIS PLACE IS A BIG JOKE
I understand Mothers Day is hectic but I ordered an arrangement for my sister who lives 10 minutes away from this location the day before Mothers Day and asked if they please could deliver it before noon, if not before noon then at least before 2pm on Mothers Day. They didnt make any promises but I just feel like exceptional customer service includes accommodation and adding a personalized touch which this business clearly doesnt possess. I explained that no one maybe home to accept the package if they dont deliver before 2pm at the least and the customer service representative remained unfazed. The representative said she would have it delivered at the latest by 9pm on Mothers Day and that didnt happen either. When you do finally decide to deliver the arrangement, I hope its fresh or else I will be demanding my money back. Either way, Ill be filing a complaint with corporate. There is no excuse. Idc if you had 400 orders, I feel that if you cant deliver then dont accept the job. All you had to say is you dont have the staff to accept anymore orders and I would have taken my business elsewhere. This is bad business in my opinion. P.s. you suck. You need to get your act together.
I ordered a product to be delivered to my wifes place of work. I called them 2 whole days before the delivery date and asked if I they could get it to her before 12PM lunchtime to which they vehemently reassured me that they could. On the morning of the delivery I called to double check after reading their horrible reviews on countless websites and low and behold they acted as if they had no idea what I was even talking about and said they couldnt find my order. After respelling my name to them several times they finally found my order and said it would be delivered between 1PM - 3PM. What happend to my promises of before lunch? If it gets there at all Ill be surprised. Personally Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as it seems after my experience and reading all of these other reviews that customer service doesnt matter to them one bit.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I am actually livid with this store.I ordered an arrangement for my husband for Valentine’s Day. It was supposed to be delivered to his work. At 4:30 the driver calls me and tells me that he cannot find the address and his GPS is not working. He says he is on Main Street. I tell him, “ Well, you’re not even on the right road. The name of the road is ———— Pkwy. Let me pull up google maps and I will help you get there.” He then responds, “No ma’am. You don’t have to do that. I’ll figure it out. That’s what we do.” So I hang up and assume he will figure it out like he said. Google map it himself, call the business, whatever.Well, I decide to call the store a couple hours later just to make sure everything went okay. And low and behold, no it didn’t. She tells me that the delivery was unsuccessful because the driver couldn’t find the location. I was floored. I explained how I offered to help and he assured me he would figure it out because “that’s what they do”. He never even called me back. NOR did the store call me to inform me it wasn’t delivered. SO if I hadn’t have called and checked myself, my husband would have just been SOL on his gift I guess.The fact the driver didn’t call me back. And the store didn’t bother calling was mind blowing.I was trying to cook a Valentine’s Day dinner for my husband and asked for a refund. She said, “no, I can have him try again tomorrow.” Um, no. He couldn’t find it after “45 mins of looking” as she said, so why would he be able to the next day. And it’s a little less special saying “happy day AFTER Valentine’s Day husband”.But the woman on the phone was not budging and refused the refund. She offered me my delivery fee back like it was a favor. UM, YEAH. It WASN’T delivered SO it’s not a favor to give me back my $17 delivery fee.She asked if I could come pick it up now? Like I said, I am cooking dinner. But I live down the road and paid over a freaking $100 for this so I said fine. When I get there it’s packed. It’s Valentine’s Day, I get it. So I wait in the long ace line. When it’s finally my turn THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE MY ARRANGEMENT ready. She said it was rescheduled for delivery tomorrow after I had just said NO to that and that yes I will come pick it up now. The woman from the phone asks me if I can wait 15 minutes. I say no. I have to get home and finish dinner. I’ll come back tomorrow. She then says, “ma’am, can you wait 5 minutes. I will go back there and make it myself.” I reluctantly agree.I step to the side and wait. I look over literally seconds later and the woman who said she would go make it herself is on the register. And never goes back to the kitchen. So I end up waiting the 15 minutes plus. I’m floored honestly. I didn’t leave until after closing.To top it off, I realize on the way home that the chocolate pop that I paid an extra $10 for is missing in the arrangement. & I was still cooking when and after my husband got home.I honestly get holidays are crazy and things happen. But this was a nightmare through and through. These arrangements cost way too much money to be a head ache, waste of my time, and have zero customer service. I will NEVER buy from this store again and maybe not even Edible Arrangements as a whole.
I was in a hurry and needed something ASAP! I didnt preorder or anything, however they still helped me and the customer service was fantastic! They helped me pick the perfect arrangement for my occasion and I got it in a timely manner. As a person who works in customer service, I feel that a lot of the reviews on here are uncalled for. People make mistakes however it is no reason to degrade them. Things happen and people have every right to be upset but just like you want the the person answering the phone to be nice and respectful you should treat them the same way. You never know there could have been multiple orders in front of you or a system failure. Instead of jumping to the conclusion that everyone else is incompetent think about how you are not the only person/customer that they have. Patience is key.

Very deceitful and disorganized...just give people what they ordered, especially if theyve already paid for it. If you dont have it say that, instead of leading people to believe theyre getting what they paid for and once you get there to pick it up its not what you ordered...bad business!

I ordered on the first of the month for delivery today. Last update on website was at 7:52am. I havent heard anything from them at all. Its now 9:23pm and no gift. Very disappointing.
Ive used this place before, but here I am sitting out in front of the store, 20 mins before it states that it closes and yet its closed....not a fan guys.
Avoid this place at all cost! its not worth to spend your money at this place!!!!!!
