Friendly staff, huge variety of shoes and clean store!

CARLTON looked directly at me while walking with another customer, two other employees were at the register no one said welcome to Footlocker/Hi/Hello nothing. I waited to see what CARLTON would do when he walked by me again as I looked in his face and he finally said hello can I help you? I advised him not anymore because he should have greeted me when he first saw me. He replied I was with a customer. I finally told him even with having a customer you can simply say hello I’ll be with you when I’m done then I proceeded out to purchase footwear from ZUMIES.

Horrible management. Doesn’t care about herself or her garbage store, if you try to return anything she will try everything to not let it happen. Its pathetic. Definitely never shopping here anymore lol

I wish I could give this Foot Locker a zero. I went into this location back in May to get my daughter a pair of sneakers. When I walked in, no one greeted me. There were 2 people at the counter and a gentlemen on the floor. He looked right at me and did not say a word. I looked around for a few and no one said anything to us. I left the store and went somewhere else to purchase what I needed. Now in few weeks ago my daughter and I went to the mall again to do some back to school shopping. My daughter wanted to go back into this Foot Locker to get a pair of converse. We experience the same mess again. This time the gentlemen did not greeted the family that walked in behind me. I always come to footlocker and shop for my daughter and I ALWAYS get good service. But this location need to be trained on customer service.

Nice sales

Been calling for the last 15 minutes. Even if youre busy, you hear the phone ringing. Acknowledge someone is calling and put them on hold at least.

My mother and I came here and the customer service was amazing. The employees were so nice and were a huge help. Great place to go to. I recommend going here.

Terrible customer service

There was multiple issues.. Starting with, Footlocker at Sugarloaf was too lazy to promote customer service. The employee that allows customers in the store to practice social distance, completely ignored his position because he was too busy on his phone. I I literally had to tell him three people walked out, and he didnt let anyone in. He apologized... The other issue, out of many.. The manager then failed to price match their sister store, I drove 30 minutes there, because the other store said they would. The cashier was rude, she had an attitude because I asked for a printed receipt. Respect your position and title or stay home!

The sales staff was over in one spot talking. Didnt aknowage I had come in just kept on talking. Took almost 10 minutes for someone to come over and ask if I needed help. He answered one question and went back to talking.
