The doctor that I saw was very knowledgeable, caring, open-minded and patient! She took the time to help me get it right by going back and forth and gave me eye drops for free for my dry eye. The staff helping people to pick out frames helped me by finding the frames that I had before (I wanted the same ones and Id lost my glasses). While I was in with the Dr., she had found them and set them aside for me! The initial young lady that helped me with the tests that you do before the doctor sees you was super sweet. It was a good experiences. The prices did not go up from the last time I was there, so that was great too. The staff are following Covid recommendations, so it was very clean and I felt safe and taken care of! :)

The doctor I had was aggressive about my 2020 prescription because of the jump from -3 to -2.25, my current prescription. I told her I was very sure that my previous prescription was -3, but she proceeded to interrogate me anyway. Aside from being short with me, she was also rushing me around the office. Had to switch to a different doctor after I took my contacts out because she was not friendly or personable. Second doctor was much better, but couldn’t make up for the way the first one had treated me.

Went to get a contact exam and prescription the doctor said all I had to do was call back to finalize the prescription. When I called back to finalize it they said I had to come back for another appointment before they would release my prescription. I will never be back!

I recently visited this store to see if they could fix my glasses frame. Before arriving I called to get information on whether or not they could just bend the handle back in place. They said they wouldn’t know until they see them. Mind you I can not see anything without my glasses. Therefore I wasn’t driving there, I took an uber. Once I get there a lady tells me she can’t fix them and to go to a jewelry shop…what’s the point of being an eyeglass spot if you don’t have the tools necessary to make simple repairs to ANY type of glasses…..being agitated I just bent the hinges a little bit outside of their store while waiting on my uber to end up fixing them a little bit…still bent af but at least they can sit on my face…thanks for the help LENSCRAFTERS!!

Extremely bad service from doctor Dao Nguyen! She spent very little time trying to make sure my daughters prescription was correct. She rushed us out in about 5-10 min. Her attitude was horrible! We usually have good experiences with Lens Crafters, but not today. The other ladies were helpful (the reason for 2 stars instead of 1), but not the doctor.

I CAN SEE WELL AT NIGTH WHEN DRIVING. WHEN TO GET MY GLASSES AND THEY FORGET TO PUT NIGHT VISION ON THEN. THE GLASSES ARE GOOD FOR READING. THE GLASSES ARE NOT GOOD FOR DRIVING THE LED LIGHTS AND HIGH LIGHT COME TRUE AND REFLECT ON THE FRAME. I CANT EXCHANGE BECAUSE IS PASS THE DATE.

No Matter when I go into Lens Crafters I’m always treated like family! Everyone there is great and always welling to help make your eye appointment easy. Dr Cohen explained to me why I was having trouble with my contacts, and she gave me a new prescription. I’ve never had an optometrist take their time and make sure you understand your prescription. Very bad service, and over charge. We made appointment with 1 specific doctor 1 week prior, but they still let someone exam my child. Charge me $150 each kid, and all we get was prescription with glasses or contact lenses.

This was a very disappointing experience. I like to be told everything upfront on how much im going to pay . I was supposed to pay only 65$ for contacts due to me having insurance. Very disappointed doctor (asian) took my contacts hostage and told me i needed to get a exam that tells the health of eyes ( had a exam done 3 months ago ignore me and said it was a must and charged me a addition 39.99 that wasnt needed threatend me i wouldnt walk out with contacts if i didnt take exam . This place is a scam . Wouldnt recomend anyone comming here . 65$ turned into $104.00 and charged mt insurance $212.00 rip off if i payed cash it would of been cheaper . No thanks

The optometrist was great the first time I went in. The service side is soo slow and when I came in because my glasses protective coating bubbled up...they claimed it was my fault and I messed it all up. Thankfully I had the protection plan, but the person doing the paperwork almost messed it up and I had to catch her error. She was about to put sunglasses lenses in and not the regular one. That took over a hour just to get seen and corrected. The staff did not seem phased that people were asking for corporate phone number or asking for help and getting ignored. Once my glasses come in I will not be returning.

Thanks to the doctor in this office refusing to see me because I was 5 minutes late, I will be bringing my business elsewhere. As if we dont all know what Atlanta traffic is like. I left my own job in downtown Atlanta 2 hours early just to be turned away at the door of this practice. Why is that when Im on time, its fine for the doctor to keep me waiting as long as he wants, no apology necessary, but if Im 5 minutes late thats too bad for me? Your time is not more valuable than mine, and I will find a practice that agrees with me.

Walked into the store with my son to look for glasses, two people sitting behind desk...they didn’t ever look up and acknowledge that I was in the store. I walked out, looked back to see if anyone was going to say anything....nope, not a word!!! Very poor customer service! A simple “hello, and we’re here if you need any help”...This is very rude especially when I’m going into spend MY $$$ and I will never visit this store or LensCrafters again, customer service is very lacking. And if these people don’t want to work, they shouldn’t be there!!! This is ultimately why the company will go out of business. Check out another eye care company before ever visiting here.

If I could give this store fewer than one star, I would. I went in this afternoon to get a replacement pair of eyeglasses. I waited TWO HOURS before someone finally asked me if I needed help. When I sat down, the associate asked for my phone number, looked up my records, and asked for my number again, saying that they had a new system and couldnt find my information. When he finally did find it, he informed me that my prescription was expired by three weeks and that I would need another eye exam to replace the glasses I had broken. Had I known that up front, I couldve scheduled an exam at five oclock, but by this time it was seven and it was too late. When I told him how long I had been waiting, he really didnt seem too concerned, and even less concerned when I told him I would go somewhere else. There are way too many places to get your eyes checked to have to deal with an establishment that wont fill a prescription that is three weeks past a year. They have lost my business.

The optometrist at this location is great; both my wife and daughter have gotten contacts here with no problems. However, when I bought my glasses there it took over a month to get it right.I wear reading glasses and my old glasses were progressive so that I could leave them on most of the time; the doctor recommended getting a frame with taller lenses, so thats what I chose.They take about week - no one hour service on a special lens. When I picked them up the reading was just blurry. The associate basically told me I just needed to get accustomed to the new lenses. Went back a few days later - they were just not working. So they tweaked the nose piece and angle between lenses and so forth and asked me to try again. Back a few days later - Im sorry, but no matter how I positioned the lenses, I couldnt see close clearly.Finally they did some measurements and figured out their perfect system for measuring how to place the lenses failed, so they did it again. A week later, I picked up my new glasses and everything was all still blurry. I admit to getting irate (but did not yell or curse at anybody, just noticeably not happy), so they did it again. I waited a week and did not hear from them... then after another week I called and they said they sent a text to my phone. Great - thats my home number, I never told them they could send a text there, it doesnt get text messages.Finally went to pick them up and they are finally OK. Not happy at the whole experience - Lens Crafters are a premium chain for eye glasses, stuff like that is not supposed to happen.If you want contacts, youll have no problem there. If you want eye glasses, I suggest finding somewhere else - my last glasses came from a discount chain and were perfect the first time.

The doctor doing my exam spoke to me like a child by offering an explanation of how God chose my eyes and sometimes chooses eyes with incorrect vision for some people rather than an actual explanation for my diagnosis. When I asked her for a real explanation she told me that was it. She yelled at my 5 year old for trying to go in the exam room with me when he was there alone with me. And no one could seem to find the information for my insurance on which frames and lenses were covered. The staff were friendly but it was all too much of a hassle. Ive never had so many issues getting an exam or ordering glasses and will not be returning.

I made an appointment for my teenage daughter (who has special needs) with one optometrist a couple of weeks ago, however when we got there we were seen by another doctor. No explanation. Ok. The doctor was very nice and friendly. After the exams were concluded, we were told to look for frames and have a seat when we were finished. After we finished looking for frames, we sat back down in the waiting area seats. The young lady that did the initial computerized eye exams walked past my daughter and I about a dozen times, saw us with the frames and never said a word for about 30 minutes. As I was about to ask the front desk clerk why the opticians werent calling us over, she said in a snarky tone that we were supposed to sit in one of the optician chairs to wait for the next available (we were not told that). After we did that, the first young lady who did our exam was attending a male customer to get his information in the system to expedite his time with the optician, skipped over my daughter and I after we waited another almost 30 mins, and went to another make customer that had just sat down at another optician desk, to get his information in the computer to expedite his process. We were still sitting there not being attended to. Finally an optician came over to us after an hour of waiting. He apologized and was trying to rush our process and didnt even go over lens options with me and came up with a price of almost $300. All the while I heard the phones ringing non stop and nobody was answering the calls. I was wondering what kind of place is this?? My insurance covers the first $130 for frames, that was covered, they also cover basic lenses. How he came up with that amount was crazy. He seemed very incompetent and like he was just trying to make a sale. I asked him for a print out and I left to get another opinion elsewhere. I will not return to this location again. The level of customer service certainly doesnt match their location of business!

Horrible service!! I made an appt for one doctor and when I got there this doctor was out and the doctor on site had to see all patients. The staff DO NOT answer the phones as customers call. I sat for an hour after my appt time. Now I am trying to call to see if my glasses came in and NO answer as I thought since I personally saw them not answering the phone. Someone picked up and placed me on hold without saying anything. Worst customer service ever.

I have been a customer since 2015 and have had pleasant experiences until my most recent visit with a new doctor. Dr. Dau - Thanh Kim Dau I assume from their website which only lists Thanh Kim - but the receptionist tells me her name is Kim Dau - very dissapointed in her lack of tact and self awareness as she was extremely rude, with a smile (we call this nice nasty). Several times she Interrupted me when speaking and made a inappropriate comment about my daughters facial birthmark. I am not upset as I have an understanding of her personality type but wanted to share my unpleasant experience with hopes that if someone is considering this location, consider another more emotionally stable OD. Great job and great service from the other staff members.

The optometrist was great. Everyone else that works there, not so much.As many others have said, very poor customer service. I had an appointment on December 9th, and I still have not received my glasses (its now January 10th). I called several times in December and was always told you will receive a call when we get them. Turns out, someone canceled the order a few days after my appointment (or never put in correctly?) and if they had checked instead of quickly hanging up when I called, they would have seen that. When I finally went in and spoke with someone last week, they said they would re-do the order and make it a priority. It has been over a week and I still havent heard anything.During my appointment, the eye doctor was great, but I sat back in the room for over 30 minutes waiting (despite me being one of the first appointments of the day). She let me know that she was not meeting with another patient, but nobody let her know I was there waiting. Communication seems to be an issue.When I picked out my glasses after my appointment I was sure to pick some that my insurance would mostly cover. I usually have to pay $50-$100, so I expect to have to pay some. I was shocked when the woman helping me said the total would be nearly $300. Instead of asking which options for the type of lenses and additional features I would want, she added the most expensive options. I let her know I did not want those options and my total was around $80. Had I not known to say something, I would have had to pay an extra $200 that I did not need to pay. It only takes about 30 seconds to go through and ask which options the customer would like.Hopefully my glasses will come in soon!Update: my glasses came in 39 days after I ordered them. No apology when I picked them up. I asked why it took so long and she said there were 3 days they didn’t receive mail due to weather, as if 36 days would have been acceptable. An employee said I would be compensated, that did not happen. General manager was supposed to call me, they did not. Will not return to this location.

I took my Maui Jim sunglasses in because a lens was scratched and they were less than one year old. I was told that it would cost $200 so I might as well buy new glasses. I then called Maui Jims to learn that I can send them to Maui Jim and they will replace the lenses for $60 plus $10 fee. I called the manager of this Lens Crafters and he apologized for the employee who tried to sell me new glasses. The manager then told me that Maui Jim would replace the lenses for free since they were less than one year old. I then discovered that that is not true either. I suggest that one does not believe anything you hear from this store because they are either trying to scam you or just ignorant of their products and services.

I got a pair of sunglasses (original order 3/1/15), which they filled with regular lenses (after about 1 weeks wait). They apologized and said it would be a couple of days to get the right ones in. Almost 2 weeks later, I am still waiting. No one is in any rush to let me know where my lenses are. They took my money on 3/1/15.People are nice but no one seems to know what is going on or care if you dont get what you order. It is obvious that mistakes and delays are just accepted there.
