Super clean adjustments for Covid-19, including no indoor dining. I actually eat less since I cant pick and choose for myself but I consider that a good thing! Toppings and fudge and yogurt were delicious, and they have a lot options if youre looking no sugar added, gluten free, and the like. Was greeted when I entered, offered napkins as I left, and cup was relatively cheap for froyo. Will come back again with family!

Yes! This place is great! Extremely clean, tasty flavors, lots of topping options, friendly staff and the list goes on. I dont live extremely close to this location, but whenever I want frozen yogurt I make the trip past other frozen yogurt options. This place is more than valid. Only negative is that I wish it was cheaper, but they have coupons every now and then (I havent used it yet personally) that they text you.

Really rude customer service. Its obviously from the the repeative feedback from customers. Its also proven by the rude and unpleasant feedback from management.

This is a very nice option for the whole family! There are a variety of flavors but only 2 I liked, I only wish they had maybe like a flavor of the week or something. There are so many toppings you’ll be able to find something for even the pickiest eaters. My nephew enjoyed being able to experiment and we all left satisfied. The prices are reasonable as well, they charge by weight. Staff is friendly and I love that they have taken safety precautions seriously. There’s also a little seating area outside or you can take a stroll around the plaza to walk off the yogurt. We took ours to the park it was a nice treat.

The yogurt is always delicious, there is usually at least one sugar free option. The toppings are always fresh. One of my favorite places to go to.

This is a pretty good Yogurt place and conveniently right next to Target and Marshalls. My fiancé and I always looked from the outside and I know how much she loves frozen Yogurt. I wish there were more options when it comes to flavors of yogurt but I cant really complain since my girl only gets chocolate anyways. But it wouldnt be bad to have more creative flavors out there. I feel that the flavors of yogurt are mostly just fruit options, one cheesecake, and then your classic Neapolitan trio. But its not so bad considering you can customize the toppings like crazy. They are loaded with toppings from fruit, Boba, nuts, candy. Its a free for all. The staff is very nice and everyone practices Covid safety here so thats also a plus. We all just want to safely eat our frozen Yogurt. All in all I like this place a lot. Wish they had more flavors. I did try the Cheesecake flavor and barely found a difference from that and Vanilla flavor.

The yogurt is extremely good and if you add the toppings it is the best with a hood price. It is 1 in a 100 times that anything is out of order. I definitely recommend this place.

My first SweetFroggie Frog experience was in Richmond, VA. We went alot there and also to the one in Norfolk VA. When we discovered this one after being back in Atlanta area for over 3 years, we were so excited!! The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the variety is always great with good quality topping!! Yes, there are other Fro-yo places, but none of them have such cute froggies on it!! And topping quality is better at SweetFrog IMO.

As always the fro-yo tasted amazing. So many flavors to choose from. That along with the large variety on toppings- the combinations are endless! The shoppe was very clean. The lady working, however, was not very customer friendly. Made us feel as if we were a nuisance to her. That was a bit disappointing but we will definitely continue to go. The store is always clean and well stocked. So far, I have enjoyed all of the frozen yogurt that I have tried there.One day I asked them about the possibility of having a peanut butter flavor. The very next time I was there, they had the peanut butter flavor. I dont know if they did it in response to my request, but I still feel like I was heard.

We love this location!!! The staff are always kind and friendly. Tina the store manager is amazing and supports local rec teams! We always feel welcomed here and love stopping by Sunday’s after church or after shopping nearby. This Sweet Frog is definitely a part of our regular family routine!

I have never seen a place so pack in my life for some Yogurt. There two workers at the time I went and the place was jam pack on Sunday. The team was able to maintain a professional outlook and was able to take care of each customer. I really like sampling different yogurts for taste.

I’m not entirely sure about the reviews stating rude service, as the manager on-duty was very courteous about pointing out our little one’s “repeat offender” behavior on the toppings bar. I was quick to scoop out (and pay for) any items that came in contact with hands, but the manager was pretty friendly about the whole thing. I say try it for yourself. There is enough variety here to keep you trying new things for a while, and the majority of positive reviews can’t be all wrong, right?

Just delicious and an incredible value for families! You pay by the ounce so no more ordering quantities that go to waste. You can get a few tablespoons instead of trying to cram 2 cups into a childs tummy. Its also a great dieting option so you can just get a taste of sweet instead of a full blown treat. Staff is awesome and so kind!!!

Was out for lunch and noticed the lights were on. The owner, Donna, was outside waiting to open at 12, It was 11:30am and said I could come in. She was super sweet! Gave information about Thursdays special and we talked about my favorite, Mango, which she said they would always have based on the popularity. Ive been here many times and she always has great employees, its always clean and the frozen yogurt is amazing!Sorry no Pictures.Youll just have to stop by and see why.

Went a little later in the evening. The store was nice and clean. The majority of their machines were down which was a bummer. They offer you tasting cups if it is your first but thats a bit useless if the majority of your product is not available 😕

Took the kids here today (70 degrees! Yay!) the yogurt was delicious and they had a tons of awesome toppings. BUT....here’s the real kicker, IT’S CLEAN!!!!!! Finally, an ice cream (yogurt, whatever) joint that I’m not grossed out by! Thanks for caring about us customers Mr & Mrs Frog!! We’ll be back!

HORRIBLE customer service! We walked in just before closing and the Open sign was still on. By the time we walked to the yogurt machines, it was closing time but there was one person paying for their yogurt (so the register was still on) and the yogurt machines were all still on. Just as I start to pour my yogurt, the two young ladies that work there start giggling and saying ‘sorry but we are closed now.’ They would not let us get our yogurt even though we walking in before closing, I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant and all of their machines and registers were still on. Bad customer service!! This isn’t the only time I’ve had bad customer service at this location, they always have young, immature employees, who have no customer service skills. The owner clearly doesn’t train them or care at all.

Kids love it because there are lots of flavors and toppings, but since its pay per weight, the cost adds up quickly. Even being careful, my sons cost $6.

Love love this place! I come in almost every Friday evening and am greeted by the same young lady almost every time, I believe she told me her name was Sabrina. She always has a smile on her face, I honestly look forward to visiting because of the customer service!

This is a great little place that my kids love. However, I went there to use a free ice cream that I had stored up from their loyalty program and the cashier informed me that, we no longer accept those. I get it if you want to discontinue the program, but it is crazy not to honor the ones that people already have.

My sister, I and her children came here to have frozen yogurt because this is one of my favorite places to have frozen yogurt. Ive always had excellent customer service at this location but today was different. My nephew who is African American proceeded to get gummy worms to put on his frozen yogurt. The employee was so rude about the situation and asking whose child was this and said other rude things. She pointed to a sign saying that we would have to pay for it, and that wasnt an issue. My second issue is that she was not wearing gloves nor washed her hands and was handling food. Moreover, she was so worried about an African American child touching gummy worms but failed to follow proper food handling practices. Please note there were children of other races who were touching the toppings but NOTHING was said to them. I will never come to this location again!!!

They changed the Thursday special from All you can fit in the cup for $5 to Some of what you can fit in the cup, as long as its not over $10 for $5. Took the fun right out of our weekly trips. We havent been back.

I too had a similar experience as Cory Williams I had passed by store Monday June 11th 2018 I usually get my normal vanilla yogurt with waffle cones and hot fudge. but when I passed by first time a young man seem to be taking up the fudge and it looked empty so I thought they might be closed then after my trip to marshalls I stopped by because you guys were still open got my yogurt and when I got to fudge it was an empty fudge machine he said they were out when actually it appeared to be tooken up early great service and yogurt I just dont like being lied to probably wont come back

Took my family there memorial day...got there around 8:20 pm...they were what appeared to be pre-closing (they closed at 9pm that night)..all the chairs were up on the tables and they had already removed several items (sprinkles, chocolate/caramel sauces). I made a comment to the girl behind the counter about the missing items that we wanted, and she really had no comment (might have said we are out). It was obvious to me and my family they were probably slow and they were trying to get everything ready so they could leave right at 9pm. My family and I were very disappointed...we wanted to have several of the items that were missing in our yogurt, and took our yogurt to go based on the lack of the seating. Will not be returning.

Best yogurt shop in a 15 mile radius. I worked in a yogurt shop for over 3 years and find it hard to compare it to my home location but after trying all the yogurt shops in Suwanee, Dacula and Grayson I found that this is by far the best. Always fresh fruit. Yogurt crisp and staff friendly. While in gwinnett this will continue to be my shop!

Friendly staff, the one girl who working, was so patient and helpful amongst the crowd. I love their original tart yogurt with walnuts in syrup, sprinkles and strawberries.

Waste of my money. They threw a coat of paint on the walls and called it a day. The place smelled funny and the yogurt tasted even worse. The topings were probably sitting there for weeks. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Manager is very rude. She talked very nasty to my brother and son. My brother barley touched a spoon to his ice cream when he was getting gummy bears and she was very nasty to him about it. And my son accidentally touched m&ms with his hand and she was extremely nasty to him and my son is only 4. Will not go back.
