Definitely a sham. I personally never signed ANY form of contract with this company but am being told that my debit card info can not be removed from an account and that they have the right to process it as they see fit. I escalated the case to a so-called manager(Melanie) who haphazardly calls back days later and never looked into the data of the account. Once I begin explaining to her that I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING she rudely cut me off to reiterate their policy. There is no legal policy that authorizes a company to process transactions without the cardholder’s consent, period.

A normally great place, I bought my first bass guitar here years ago and haven’t had a single issue with it. I recently payed and scheduled for a month of vocal lessons. I got my 15 minute trial with the teacher and everything went wonderfully, I loved the teacher. They scheduled someone else in my extract same time, I am unable to come in for any other time and I have yet to even get one full lesson in. This is the first time I have ever been this unsatisfied with this place. I’m highly disappointed and don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this location again.

They were very very nice and extremely honest. I even had a nice educational lesson on changing strings on a floating bridge from Aaron. They are also one of the few places that dont make you buy their strings. Amazing honest service.Go give them your business!

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff! Manager seems to truly care about her customers and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome! The atmosphere was super welcoming for a first time instrument buyer and we left feeling confident in our purchase! Store was clean and they are taking sanitization and safety seriously. 10/10 would recommend Music & Arts. I know well be back!

This place is a sham. They partner with the schools to force you into paying outrageous prices for instruments and accessories that your kid will never use. They charged for 2 day shipping and weeks later I still dont have my kids stuff. They do not communicate any backorders and fail to keep promises. I assume the school insist on this company because they give kickbacks or something. Overall just a shady business.

My second visit to this place and the customer service is top notch 👌🏿. I certainly plan on returning here for my musical needs. Kudos to Greg for the advice he gave me regarding the online music writing app.

Terrible service. Manager dodges phone calls, has rude employees screening calls. I tried to call the corporate number to get a district manager and got the same, customer service says they dont know who the district manager is after telling me the district manager would have to handle the problem. Then the customer sdrevice agent even refuses to give her name so I can complain. I had to find Sean Taylor the GA area manager on Linkedin well see if he bothers to respond

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. When I ask question they always give good informative answers. Going here is always a pleasure, and I would love to continue going here. Customer service is top notch and Whitney is awesome.

The staff is always really kind and helpful at the one inside of Walmart on Hwy 92 in Woodstock, Ga. I brought in my daughter’s guitar today to get new strings and the gentleman Josh who helped us was wonderful. He helped me select strings within my budget and restrung her guitar promptly. He was also professional and knowledgeable with an inquiry I made about a future purchase. I will continue to shop here and am so glad they are in town. They also teach lessons and have beautiful instruments and very good prices as well.

The atmosphere is fun and friendly! Staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. The manager, Oriana, is perfectly willing to go the extra mile to help customers! The rest of the staff are also super friendly and eager to assist. Hands down great customer service

The store manager here has restored my faith in people. The customer service for this company over the phone, wherever it is handled, is not handled by people like Whitney the store manager here in Lawrenceville. This woman deserves to be paid way more than she is given no matter what that is! She cares about her job and her customers and it shows through and through. I just cant say thank you enough for how much better she made my day. 10 out of 10 would go here simply for the manager ALONE!

Hands-down absolute BEST customer service in Gwinnett!!! I visited two other shops before going to Music & Arts, but I wish I would have come here first. No gimmicks, no hassle, no problems at all. They treat customers with respect and offer fast, friendly, professional service. I called before visiting after nightmarish service from another music store, and they assured me theyd take great care of me, and they did. I am one happy mom with a very happy new trumpet player. They do not comply with their commitment. I took my sons instrument to get repaired they informed it would take a week and when I called so I can pick it up they stated it sometimes can take up to two weeks to repair and provide maintenance. I expressed when I dropped it off I needed it back within a week.

They were super relaxed and helpful for me! I needed my guitar intonated and they did it for me really quickly. Thanks!

My son started playing the saxophone in his schools band this year. I just wanted to take a moment to thank both Oriana (hope i spelled her name right haha) and Alex for being so very patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge as this is our first year. They helped my son find the exact instrument his band director asked for and all of the accessories to go with it. When my other children make it to middle school theres only one store well be coming back to.
