The worst shopping experience! I sent them email to report the defect/flaw product I received, it’s been two days and I still don’t hear anything back. The call reps and supervisor couldn’t even do anything and just pretended they were doing the job and asked you to verify your info and said they would leave a note to the team! What a waste of time! Think about going through this same frustrating matter when your luggage has issue every time you need it to be fixed right away so you can travel, are you still going to buy it???
I brought in my damaged Samsonite suitcase, the associate shipped it to the repair center, and I got it back in less than a week, good as new and no charge. It was still under warranty even though I purchased it almost five years ago.
