Used to work for this company years in the 10s. I was physically attacked by a subordinate of mine. The company 100% admitted the incident took place. Instead of firing the individual the company gave them a talking to on appropriate touching at work and no further disciplinary actions. I told them it was unacceptable to expect me to continue to manage somebody, work every day hand in hand with, etc. who had physically attacked me in the workplace. I offered to transfer within the company or work in a different department and was told no - keep working at a desk 3 feet away from the attacker. Potential customers, take your money somewhere else. Support companies that treat their employees right. This company rewards physical violence in the workplace. This is not the only instance I am aware of of physical confrontations between employees on their company grounds. None were ever fired for any of these instances. I was management and have seen the personnel files to back this up. The parent company is great but this division is underserving of anybodys money.

Use to come in here and get unloaded in no time. But now, takes forever. Get here at 3 AM guys walking around doing nothing, smoking cigarettes. Walk toward building everyone disappeared. Got other loads to deliver, this place has gotten so bad, night crew just dont care or wants to work. Have a good day. Get good help
