This storage facility is wonderful, we love the accessibility of it. The security they offer is exactly what we were looking for! The office staff is wonderful and the place is clean and very well kept. Highly recommend!

Stopped in yesterday to see about renting a storage unit and met with LeTerra and Don. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions, showed me the unit before purchasing and helped finalize the paperwork. The facility is very well kept and maintained. The inside of the storage units are immaculate! The entirety of the location is protected by a wrought iron fence with gate entry access. There are cameras throughout the property with closed circuit monitoring in the leasing office. There is also a 24 hour onsite representative should you need emergency assistance. I would rent here again in the future simply based on the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond!

Today I booked and paid for my storage unit! Let’s just say this location made it so easy for me to choose them. I met with Don a couple of days prior to coming in we talked on the phone. He was extremely pleasant and welcoming that I had to come by to see the property. Once we arrived we can see that the property was well kept. Very neat and clean. Inside the office smelled wonderful! Literally a breathe of fresh air. Everything inside was placed neatly not cluttered. He offered us ice cold water. Don Chauffeured us on his comfy golf cart to us two different units to choose from. Inside the empty units there clean and ready for use. What a wonderful experience i had with this family owned and operated local business! They were extremely helpful and made the whole process fast and easy. Also prices that I couldnt find anywhere else! They have great security, and the family even lives on the property, ensuring even more that my belongings are safe! They dont like to have to do auctions and will work with their customers to do anything they can to prevent that from happening. They are a very nice family, and they even know who i am when I call! and its a one stop shop for anything you could possibly need to pack and move. I must say that Im impressed to say the least! The gentleman and groundskeeper that works on site offered us some cold water, this same gentleman has been just as polite and professional as he was the first time we met.We both HIGHLY recommend this company, especially this location! Don was a great help! His customer service was of superior rating and he was very knowledgeable about the property. This made it a very easy decision for my wife and I to do business with Compass.

I am a new customer and already know that Management is lacking in customer service. LaTerra Jackson does not care for the customer at all! She is rude and should not be in a manager position anywhere!. When I initially rented my unit I spoke to Don who was nice which was the reason I secured my unit, to begin with. But, LaTerra will continue to call, email, and text you no matter the circumstances. She refuses to help by calling corporate to aid in solving an issue I am having. I too tried calling them 4 times and left messages with no response back. Please DO NOT rent a unit from this location or you will be sorry that you did! I will be contacting the BBB as well about their poor business practices.

I Love this place! They are like family to me & I feel completely taken care of in so many ways. I transfered from a Cubesmart in Suwanee that had rat infestation & water leaks which ruined all my mattresses & sofas. I had an unsuccessful time recouping any money for damaged items & had to move out immediately. The manager, Don, took such good care of me when I moved in last year. Also, I just recently had to aquire another unit. They made sure to find something at the last minute for me. I want to give a special thanks & gratitude to LaTere Jackson. She has always been polite & understanding to me. She went above & beyond last week while helping me w/my payment arrangements of all 3 units which I thoroughly appreciated. Her patience & kindness has always been a consistant pleasure for me. I definitely reccomend this place to everyone!!

Great space, been using this storage company for a little over a year as my fiancé and I use them to store furniture from our previous houses and apartment, plus my fiancé is a huge hoarder and won’t throw her families old furniture away. Anyways I Can’t complain on the service cause the front desk staff is always friendly, attentive and nice when I’m there . I have a unit that is close to the front but not quite in the middle of the complex and I don’t really get messed with literally the only issue I have is this : I don’t know if this female works there, is a customer herself or is a family member to someone who works here but she seems to like to stand outside crying, yelling and arguing over the phone with her “baby daddy” drama so that everyone on the lot can hear her, that is what leads me to think she isnt an employee there cause the employees I have met are extremely professional and nice I just don’t see them doing that . Other than that this place is great !

Friendly, work with you as best they can, got a deal on several units and the big bonus was some large parking places to back in and out of with a trailer - something I couldn’t find at any other storage places.

A friends unit is here, so I met him at his unit, but the place looks to be fairly decent with good pricing on their units

I had a very pleasant experience today at Compass Storage in Lawrenceville! The nice man at the front desk Don, was very helpful, friendly and kind to me. He answered questions I had and made sure I had approval from the owner of the storage. He was very pleasant with my Mom as well. When I had issues with the keys and the lock, he assisted me as soon as he finished up with other customers. Along with an apology for the wait time. But I understood. He even offered to cut off the previous lock when the keys fit but didnt unlock and replaced it free of charge. I so very much appreciate that act of kindness and his offer to help me. If your looking for friendly, helpful people at a storage facility, I recommend Compass Storage in Lawrenceville, Ga!
