Good hardware store to find different items for the home interior and exterior no furniture accept limited outdoor furniture
Bought a couple of 35 gal totes online and made the mistake of not checking them out and they were both damaged. Of course i didnt notice until i got home an hour later.Bottom line i should have known betterCHECK YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE U LEAVE STORE
Many items in the store are not priced. There were also many items that were out of placed like the store wasnt recovered the night before.Young man at service needs more training. One piece of the order didnt even make it to the store. Cheryl at the service desk stayed after her shift to find the back wall of the shower we had ordered and is having it transferred. She is a great asset to your store.
I could not have had a better experience. I had a list of things that my husband had written down for me that we needed prices for. I went over to the Pro side and (forgive me for not remember her name) she was AWESOME! It took her no time to get me a price list for my multiple items. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to help! I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes (this would have taken me days!) You have an exceptional employee there and I know I am grateful she was! God bless

Most of the people who work t hff are could care less if you need help. We found we were looking far but no one to help get the item of the shelf. All restrooms were closed for the good of the people. Told we could use portable toilets out side.
I normally dont shop at Home Depot in Lawton because of the consistent poor customer service inside the store. But lately I have purchased a large number of items from the garden center and found the employees there to be very friendly and helpful. Having been so pleased with the customer service there, I decided to go inside the store to look for metal adhesive. After interrupting several employees in different departments (because no one offered assistance when it was obvious I was looking for something specifically), I was referred to the paint department. I looked for a few minutes to no avail, so I interrupted 2 paint department employees. It was obvious that they were working on something, but I simply needed a general direction to where the adhesive was, so I stopped them and inquired. They stopped what they were doing, smiled at me and walked away down another aisle. No one even acknowledged that I had asked both of them a question. I thought that was weird, but they surely would be right back. Wrong. They never did come back. I had cash in hand to buy a quick item, but they walked away to work on whatever that surely did not bring any cash into Home Depot at that moment. I finally stopped 2 more clerks down another aisle. They pointed to the general direction. I found my item and checked out through the garden center. That cashier was a pleasant as ever. She is a credit to HD. I have to believe that the others get away with being non-caring or rude as the paint department was today because of poor store management. The customer service problem I experienced inside the store happens most the time. So I assume management lets them get away with it or it would stop, I would think. Today the garden center got an A+. Inside the store got a F. Sad.
This particular store, is something. Else. Entirely. All shelves organized and filled with products... Clean floors in every direction you look. Bathrooms so tidy you might assume they hadnt been used all day(I think they gets a cleaning in between every guest). Fantastic variety of tools in nearly every category, an endless range of home improvement hardware and accessories to go along, and of course theres an app with a map of the layout and all cause the place is so gosh darn HUGE! Honestly didnt need a map, just thought it was cool that they went that far. Forget about any of your drama out there, this Home Depot genuinely makes you feel more confident in your search for the right stuff.
Not real busy and associates will help and show you where things are if you ask nice place to shop
Vast selection with helpful employees. As someone gets confused sometimes in home improvement stores, this Home Depot makes it fairly simple to find what you are needing. Nearly Everytime there a was an employee nearby that knew exactly where the item I was looking for. They would respond kindly and effectively making me feel less silly about some of the questions I was asking. I definitely will be returning for more items as I go through my DIY projects and casual house repair.
Clean, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and excellent customer service. Not to mention they had the item I needed, after I tried several different stores and couldnt locate it anywhere. I have always been a lowes girl, but I think I an gonna be a home depot girl now

My husband really likes this place. The staff are always willing to help you find exactly what you want and if they dont have it they will order it for you. Two 👍 👍up.
Best hardware store in lawton when it comes to tools and building supplies, but not as big as lowes which hinders there ability to stock near as many appliances as lowes, so be prepared to have to place an order and wait a few Days should you decide to purchase any appliances from them.

Asked a simple question and the worker couldnt stop walking for two seconds to answer me.There were also mouse nests in the garden area (that side of the store was in total chaos). I understand that theyre getting ready for spring, but at least take the 5 minutes to throw away the mouse nest 😅.The worker who checked me out was very nice so thats why they get an extra star.

Lowes is superior to this place. I had gone into home Depot trying to see if they had different mailboxes because we just bought a new house and I didnt like the selection over at Lowes and Ive been doing most of my shopping at Lowes. In the past month I purchased a whole kitchen suite including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and we also got a washer and dryer. The washer and dryer got was the newest GE and it ran me with the bulk discount $700 per appliance. When I went to home Depot I saw the exact same washer and dryer with a listed price of $998 per appliance. I freaked out because Id also gone to home Depot to try to get a quote and it just didnt sit right with me because they didnt have a bundling discount. In addition there was only two registers that took cash over at Home Depot versus many different registers over at Lowes. Im not saying anything about the employees because they were wonderful at both places it just seems as though home Depot is falling behind in association with keeping up with their competitor.
Whys it so hot. They didnt have any air conditioning on at all. I shouldnt be sweating while buying light bulbs.

The worst experience ever. Not to mention the poor quality of customer service. I made an online purchase of 3-in-1 Plant Bracket and picked up my order the next day. I open the bag and the items had water inside and everything was wet and rusted. All the paper was destroyed so was the instructions. Called the store to ask about return policy since many stores have a wait time. Lady in customer service was rude and not until I started being rude I was able to speak with manager. My money was refund. The sad part is that the employee who did the shopping at the store for my online purchase made poor choices. If one sees an item in bad condition don’t give it to the customer.
Would love to see a bigger indoor plants selection.
So around the 5th of July our dryer went out. Went into the store. Found what we wanted. Ask the clerk if it was in stock. Of course not. Because why have something in stocks. The clerk said we would have to order it. Ended up ordering. When the first one showed had a huge crack.Reordered and it did have the knows. Lowes here we come from now on. Home depot needs to look in the mirror and fix themselves
Went to buy sheetrock and self check out lady was very rude, $12 per sheet is not advertised on the sign above sheetrock, they come in packs of two, home Depot retarded
The store is neat and orderly but getting someone to help you find anything is another story. Still the help when you get it is courteous and knowledgeable.
Love Home depot! They always have everything I need and there is always someone asking if I need help when look perplexed 🤔. They either take me to what I need or find me the expert to help me. Nice to see good customer service still exists.
I ordered a mini 7.6 cu. Ft retro refrigerator on the 26ths of June and it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of July. 14th came and went and I called customer support. The first lady I talked to told me that I didnt pay for shipping when I did and it was on my recipe. After finally getting her to look she said that my mini fridge would be here on the 19th...nope. I called on the 19th and some one new said that the tracking info now says the 20th. Ok fine, I called during lunch on the 20th and now they are saying the 30th. When the last customer service rep tried to call the carrier it went to voice mail but she couldnt leave a message because the mailbox was full. Now I have to wait 72 hrs for their elevated support staff to contact me. Lowes now has our money for our house flipping projects.
Good luck actually finding what youre here for. Ive had many issues finding items in the past year and have been effectively been told to pound sand when something is missing or doesnt match online listed inventory. Ive lived here for four years now and havent seen any drastic changes up until recently, and since then tools and supplies Ive relied on have started to disappear from shelves and the best answer Ive seen so far is to find something similar when the item Im searching for is the only one of its kind.
Nice workers. The people are very helpful and most know their store very well. It is a nice place to shop and the selections are fabulous!
Husband is a contractor and goes here daily. He is always treated with respect and genuinely has a fun time with the employees.

I asked for assistance in the Lighting department. I was told by a female employee that was in the area she was on break but would be off in 5 minutes and could help me. I spoke with Gabrielle in the Pro department and she went above and beyond to assist me. She apologized to the customers in line and told them she would assist them as soon as she helped me. She helped me to get my order done and despite the issues that arose, she never got frustrated with me. She is truly an employee that should be recognized for her customer service.

The personnel was great. Had issues with the curbside pock up. How come there was no phone number to call if you didnt have internet? Ended up having to stand at the service desk anyway.
Why does Home Depot have the entry and exit at opposite ends of the building? If you park in the handicap parking, you have to walk all the way back to the other end of the parking lot to get to your car. Not very friendly for handicapped customers. Not cool.

I went in to Home Depot looking for plumbing parts, I knew what I was looking for. A young man was there looking also, he ask for help from a associates, this associates just walked right by, made a comment about he didnt have time to mess with a young kid that dont know what he is doing. I helped him to find what he needed. Put the parts I was buying down and walked out.
People are nice and prices are good. Ive had problems with home depot before and havent went back for a long time decided to go back its OK. I just dont buy appliances from them It always seemed like a hassle even before their the pandemic and everything!

Had everything we needed and the staff was very knowledgeable.
No lanes open with checkers. You had to use the commercial checkout. They checked out 1 person in about 15 minutes. The 2 customer service registers would not do check-out, neither would the registers by the east door, though none of them were helping customers. There were several employees around though. One even made us get out of line so he could move a large rolling ladder, resulting in loosing our place in line. A few other employees made time to point out the self checkout lanes while they were talking amongst themselves. We also went to Harbor freight and Lowes. They were both running much more efficiently.
Was a loyal customer of home depot after today I will no longer be using them. Horrible service from flooring to service desk.

Ordered a product for pickup, they took my $ instantly then they cancelled order because it wasnt in stock but said it was in stock and could be picked up. They stole my $ Home depot are thieves and making $ on interest from these cancelled transactions. Wont ever go bac . Thieves.

Kudos to Burt Montgomery, David “Shawn Stephens (Home Depot, Lawton OK) and Mike Minuto (Home Depot, Wichita Falls) They went above and beyond and coordinated with another store to make sure we received the correct items we needed. Unbeknownst to them this was after a long week of returning faulty items to Lowe’s and other pitfalls. To these men it was just another day in customer satisfaction. These men serve as role models to all men and us “Do it yourself types”, to go beyond the bare minimum. My hope is that someone in their supervisory chain will see this and recognize them for a job well done. In these trying times we need good men like these. Thank you!
Terrible rude service. I ordered gutters online. I gave them about four hours to get it ready. I went to pick it up it was not ready. They said come back in a little bit it’ll be ready. I come back an hour later they teld me I’m “sorry our pick up is closed.” Currently their pick up closes at six. They said I had to go to customer service. They weren’t nice about it. I go to customer service. My order is still not ready. They told me they didn’t have stuff in stock, so I wouldn’t got it off the shelf myself. Because their website said it wasn’t stock. And it was. It took them about 30 minutes to try to figure out what was going on. I had my two-year-old with me so I left. They said they would call me whenever it gets completed. They Let me know it was done. They said it will be at the pro desk. I go to the pro desk. They rudely tell me the pro desk is closed and I have to go to customer service. Back to Customer Service. I had to go find the order myself. It was in the back corner. Then half of the stuff they sat out for me was busted up gutters.
Could spend hours in this place, and spend too much money too if Im honest and not carful. Great place to find what you need.

There staple guns that are suppose to be easy to push, well they are, But easy to break also..staple kept getting stuck and the staple gun popped apart.../. Other than that it was great. Do have good prices..

Ive had really good experiences at this Home Depot. I usually go to Lowes but this Home Depot has a much better wood selection and its not junk. The customer service is always top notch. If you need anything related to tile and flooring talk to Lorie shes awesome! I would give it 5 stars if it was a little cleaner. Aisles are often blocked making it a challenge to navigate with large objects.

I live 2hrs away. I checked the stock on the item I wanted and it said 5 in stock. I drove there and they were out of stock. I guess I should have called. Fortunately Lowes had the item in stock so it wasnt a wasted trip.

I stood there waiting a while to get help while the workers were chatting about another worker. When I asked for someone to help me load the appliance in my car, I got deep breathing. The guy that came to help me didnt speak one time expect to say, you have to walk out first. I should state that I was pushing the cart with the appliance.

Super friendly staff who greeted me warmly at the entrance and offered me immediate assistance. I was impressed with their inventory. I was looking for some lumber and a member of the staff brought a cart over and even loaded it. I intend to make Home Depot my go-to hardware store. Many thanks for a great shopping experience.
I wasnt in the the door ten foot before an employee almost knocked my three year old granddaughter down didnt apologize then another one came thru with a dolly with shelving on it and bumped into my son and then hit me with it didnt say excuse me or anything. So as far as the customer is right those two employees were rude crude and socially unacceptable. I used my gift card and left I wont be going back. In a good note the one employee talked and joked with my granddaughter. The girl in appliances was very helpful. And the checker was helpful and friendly.

I’ve been a frequent shopper at Home Depot for several years, so I know where mostly everything is located in the store and very seldom require assistance. This particular day I was in the store walking up and down the isles trying to locate my list of desired products - I was approached by a new store associate named SJ who was insistent and explained how it’s his job to aid me in locating my items. This gentleman was young, professional and had an aura of positive energy.Thanks again SJ!
I would give it 5 stars but I dont really shop here much. My sister LOVES shopping here. She has an arsenal of hand tools now thanks to Home Depot
