Staff - 4~5☆Service - 4~5☆I went in there today for an oil change and tire rotation you know The Works. They were busy and said theyd get to me in a minute. Cool. I stepped off to the side while they finished up with what they were doing. A few minutes later a guy walks in and they end up getting to him before myself.As a first come first serve service I bring it to their attention, You know I was here before dude was, and they were like, oh, OK. Guess what? They still did the other guys service before mine. It wouldnt have been an issue if the wait time wasnt over two hours. Luckily I had nothing going on for the weekend so I let it go.Ill probably revisit this review and change the 1☆ after Im no longer irritated with my previous visit.

It is part of Ford and have my rewards on my 2020 Fusion which was no problem with using. Callie is awesome and the process very easy!

Friendly staff, great customer service, and verry informative on what should be done to your vehicle with out pressure to get something that is not imperative to the safety and functionality of your vehicle.... I will be going back

Integrity is everything for a business. Without it the business and business owners can not be trusted. After having a “the works” completed the tire pressure was supposedly checked then written in at spec on the vehicle report. Actual air pressure was 5 pounds difference between high and low with none at actual spec. Second time this has happened to me at this dealership. Now I have to question was the oil and filter actually changed or not. The report and the bill both say it was but was it???? Billingsley may have made $50 pure profit from charging for service that was pencil whipped on paper but not actually completed. NO INTEGRITY can’t be trusted

Fast great service.

I’ve been there a couples times. The first time I got in right away. The second time I waited 2 hrs before my car was even drove in to the bay. There were only 4 of us inside waiting. I called today at 1409 hrs, and it’s 45 min to an hour. Please tell me why it’s taking so long. I dread even thinking about taking my vehicles there. My time is just as precious as yours! This is the only place I’ve ever been that takes 45 min or longer for an oil change and tire rotation. It was the same way at the dealer ship. We could make an appointment there and it still took 2 hrs or longer. What gives??? This is no way to run a “Quick Lube”!

Had my vehicle aligned and was very pleased with the service and price. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Very hardworking and fast team! open early and gets customers in and out with great service. also, definitely a plus that they work on ANY make/model car! they will price match tires too and make sure they are put on correctly! (I’ve had issues in the past with other businesses)the manager, Lora, is always on the move and always smiling! great person to work with!

Ive been multiple times waited on oil 2hrs the first time as they didnt have the oil i prefereddidnt get the oil i prefered.second time first in took another 1 1/2 hrs3rd time tool forever put the wrong oil in.they always smile and good attitude. if speed is your goal why why you start your sarurday off with two techs. i am trying them one last time so far not anything differentokay to be fair the two techs is due to covid 19 still that only account for on time

Was great got me in and out didnt put the sticker on my windshield this when my next Oil Change was due but they did reset my Dash computer

Went to the Quick Lane for an oil change for the second time and was told for the second time I would have a 2 hour wait. I left the first time. Called before I came out the second time and was told to come on out did I wouldnt have to wait but I get there and get the same smiling face I had the last time with a saying it will be two hours. I will not go back to the Quick Lane Oil Change at Billingsly Ford. There is something desperately wrong there. Sounds like they need to change the name to slow change. Dont take me wrong, I still like Billingsley Ford but their contract oil change company leaves a lot to be desired.

Technician stripped the threads on my drain during an oil change. Shop charged me for a new one and said this happens with multiple oil changes and they didn’t strip it. Truck has 29,000 miles and never leaked a drop of oil. Very disappointed for a Ford dealershipUpdate. Talked to the manager Rob and he was very professional on fixing this issue. Very thankful for the help.

I had a oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Mustang and when I got the car back there was a dent/scratch on my rim. They damaged my rim during a simple tire rotation. This is unacceptable.

Was able to get both vehicles oil changed in 2 hours even driving home for the 2nd vehicle. Fast service

I took my Husband Truck into get a oil change yesterday around 10:15, and it didn’t get done close to 1:00 which I kinda understand it was Saturday but, for the price that you have to pay kinda high, got home & later that evening my daughter went to work & on her way home from work called me & said mom the truck says low oil pressure & she was almost home thank goodness because it was smoking & I pulled the oil dip stick and it was almost dry & then this morning go outside & there is oil ALL over my driveway and under the truck just waiting for 7:00am tomorrow to have them tow it & get this handled so now down a car for today very upset 😡 and disappointing

While we were waiting there were 2 vehicles that pulled up after us. No big deal we are before them but they were allowed to jump in front of us. 2 hours later we were done.

It took 5 hours to get a oil change. I noticed 4-5 people who came after me left before me. Terrible and disappointed!

They are so slow. I was told 30-40 minutes just for an oil change and tire rotation and it ended up taking over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation! That shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes.

MY GO TO PLACE FOR SERVICE ON MY F150 !
