Dont waste your time ordering for a pickup online; you still have to go in, give your info, wait till they ring up your order, and sign the receipt. It wouldve taken LESS time to go in and just grab the items myself. Lesson learned. Id rather pay shipping. Theyre ALWAYS out of at least one of the items I need when I actually do go in and when I called earlier, I was corrected in a very condescending tone even though the female knew exactly what I was talking about. Sorry my migraine got in the way of using the exact words on the packaging. Im done with this store.

Ive been a loyal Sallys shopper for decades and have never had a negative experience until I visited their Cache Rd. Location. Non existent Customer Service Skills! Thats all I have to say.

My experiences at other locations have been so different from this one. Customer service was awkward. I did come in not knowing exactly what I want, but I felt the man working was irritated by me asking questions. Great selection of products though!

Thought it wouldve been better since they got new management but its the same, Rude employees, always having an attitude, never know what theyre talking about, and NEVER stocked. If youre looking for a specific brand or color or item youre better off ordering it online because this place never has the shelves stocked.

Never been treated the way that I was just treated at the Sally’s beauty supply in Lawton I was browsing when two ladies/employees walked behind me and started to have a conversation. I turn around and politely asked about what colors they had in a certain type of dye. I explained what I was going for and some details about my hair now and the lady with purple hair (apparently the store manager from her name tag) says “I bet you didn’t use a protein filler. “ I said “actually yes ma’am I did” she then proceeded to snicker and tell me that my hair was” going to turn green”I said “no maam my hair is not gonna turn green, I am confident and have been coloring my own hair for many years” and she says””oh, cause you know, I’m the licensed cosmetologist here I know what’s going to happen to you”I told her I said “you are very rude, can you please walk away from me thank you” and she insists on saying “I don’t have to walk away this is MY store” I said don’t speak to me like that and she insisted on continuing to argue with me while the other woman/employee stood there and laughed. I felt like they were tag teaming me, there were no other customers in the store and felt extremely uncomfortable and targeted. this is the STORE MANAGER how can you make somebody feel so self-conscious and be so hateful is unbelievable. she then proceeded to kick me out of the store, I put my items down calmly and told her it was a shame the way she treats people. I’ve been shopping there for YEARS and will NEVER go back.Update - my MIL called to get the number for me and she told her “let me stop you right there Ive already banned her from My store” and gave her the number. This lady needs to be fired, period.

Extremely rude, trashy staff. Plenty of other beauty supply stores to go to in this town. Manager thinks she owns the place, lets see what corporate thinks.

Not impressed with the customer service nor the curb side pickup. Tried to call several times for service and the two ladies would just look at us. Did not act like they cared if anyone ever shopped there. No problem with that ever happening. I noticed that most of the lower reviews are for poor customer service. i completely understand.

Brags about being a licensed cosmetologist but works at a beauty supply store hahahahaha. Rude, trashy manager. Go anywhere else.

The girls were super nice. However have to remember you dont have to know anything about hair to work there. I was told to use a 30 when I should have used a 10 in activator. Ruined my hair, was told by a professional that my hair will never be the same again because of it. They tried to help me... And sweet as can be... Really thought they knew what I needed... Just know going into any store like this... Exactly what you need.

HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL. NO LUCJ WENT ONE TIME OVER THERE SAW A LADY SITTING IN THE BACK DIDNT EVEN TRY TO COME AND TALJ TO ME .SFE WAS REALLY RUDE.

Not only was the clerk helpful and courteous She also stayed past the time of closing to help me out. So I would have a good day tomorrow.

One star because they have a good selection. The ladies that work in this location are the absolute worst. Poor customer service, seems to be a thing in Lawton. They dont know diddly squat about what they are selling you, please for the sake of your beautiful mane, do not ask them what do you recommend? Lol

Poor customer service...felt like I was an inconvenience. I give two stars because they have good products but need to train the employees more on how to be polite to customers.

DONT GO HERE ! There is a worker here who keeps trying to take my card information. This is the second time I have shopped here and my card was used by the worker who attempted to purchase products on several websites. Luckily I froze my card right after the transaction to test my suspicions and I was right. I woke up today to a declined transaction.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. For one u walk in the place and the workers dont greet u. They just keep talking to each other and for two they dont know anything about there products the lady after I had to but into there conversation to get help she sold me a color extractor that made my hair fall out and I had to shave it. So screw that place the workers should be fired.
