It was actually a great place good prices... EMPLOYEES tend to be a lil to helpful.. sure just lost prevention efforts but some of us work hard to buy are things and shouldnt get labled as theifs instantly Employee needs to use better judge of character!!!!!!

Employees always greet us when we come through the door. If we ever seem to be having a hard time finding shoes they are happy to help.

My military son only wears one brand of civilian shoes. The other locations in LAWTON that claimed to carry this brand, only carried an awkward style... Shoe Carnival, however, had classics and my son left happy. The costs are a little high unless you are there just for the sale items.

This store has went downhill since I had reviewed it. Customer service is null and void. Go elsewhere save time and money. Could not find shoes to fit so we had to shop elsewhere. Might have found something if we could find someone that really wanted to help us, but they seemed to be scared of my daughters wheelchair.

Prices average. Not that great of a selection of styles. Wide width shoes arent kept together so they are hard to find. Couldnt find any size 8 shoes at all.

I had wonderful experience, when you walk in your greeted with a hello and welcome, and if you need any help everyone is so helpful. The prices are great also.

Excellent customer service when I go. Great coupons for members in store and online. I work a a local hospital and needed a new pair of really comfy shoes I can stand and walk in all day. I just bought a pair of FILA Slip-Resistant womens work shoes with memory flux that were $69.99 and with a 30% off instore coupon that was good for Sunday March 11th only and with a $10.00 off coupon that was added to my member account already, I just got them for $39.00!! Great deals, easy parking, very helpful employees, great shoes!

Alot to look at. Do not sell Herachi or krochis. All the shoe places are within a few dallors of each other. Shoe Carnival a few dallors less. Can beat going to the Mall though.

Enjoyed our experience here, shoe shopping worth the wife and son, parking was easy with handicapped stalls also available, and was flag a sale wad on that they usually have is buy one pair and the second (which ever is less expensive) pair is 50% off enabling us to get shoes for our son and myself and their selection was fairly descent and lower prices compared to other shoe stores in the area!!!
