In September October of 2017 my wife scheduled for this water delivery service to deliver water to our small business. We have not received a water delivery since November of 2017. It is now April of 28th 18. When she set the service up she informed the sales person that our business was not open on Mondays and that deliveries could not be made on that day. We were not receiving our water so I called and they informed me that the deliveries were set up for Mondays. At that point my wife was redy to cancel our service. I said no lets go ahead and give him another shot, and I requested that they be delivered on Tuesday thruth the Friday. The person I spoke with on the phone noted it in the account, and assured me that we would begin to receive water deliveries. We did not receive any water for the next several weeks. I called again to cancel our service, and requested that we be re founded for the rental of the equipment that we could not utilize due to the fact that we never received any water after October of 2017. I was told that they could refund a portion of it at that time and that my service would be canceled. Both times than I called I requested to speak with a manager. Both times I was told that they could not provide me that information. When I called this morning for the 3rd time I requested the route managers name again, and they told me it was Jacob T. Jacob, the last 2 times I called I requested that I speak with you. Both times I was assured that you would receive an email with my request, and that I would receive an email or a phone call. That did not happen either time, and this morning when I spoke with somebody they told me they would send you an urgent email and that you would call me today on my lunch break if possible. Clearly that was not on your list of things to do, just like the 1st two times and I called and never received a response from you. I have placed a stop payment with my bank, see you will not be receiving any more rental charges from us, even though Ive already requested that the account be closed. I requested a full refund for the rental equipment that could not be used due to the fact that we didnt have any water to put in the machines. At this point you will not be receiving your equipment back until a full refund has been transacted. Your organization has now wasted at least 3 hours of my personal time, and I will not waste any more time on this issue. We are done with this company, and we highly recommend that no one use them. Your customer service is terrible, and I am dumfounded by the lack of support that your organization has provided us.

I have paid for two months service have not yet been serviced. January was my fault, I straightened out the payment, yet have not been serviced I dont will not use this service THANK YOU
