I’ve been working with this dealership for about 2 years trying to find the perfect car for my family. I encountered a couple salesman along the way, but their was one salesman in particular name Shawn Landers, who took exceptional care of me and my family. He’s known I’ve been in pursuit of a vehicle for a while and he never pressured me to buy. He allowed me to take my time and purchase when I was ready! Wasnt expecting what I got for my first car got to say Mr Colby did an outstanding job with customers service he deserves a raise

The service department is a joke. I took my car because my window would get stuck rolled down sometimes and they told me they couldnt replicate the problem but then I showed the guy and he saw the problem. He took my car back again. He said they couldnt replicate the problem again. I asked them if they looked inside the door and calibrated the window. He said no they just checked the code. I was able to replicate the same problem at least 10 times ever since they gave my car back. Same problem happened with my other window and it was fixed in 45 minutes in OKC because they recalibrated it but I wasted a whole day here. I wont be returning back and you should avoid this place.

I have been a loyal customer of Milo Gordon and never had a problem with service until ownership changed to Legend Driven. I had a routine oil change performed recently and they also decided to rotate my tires and charge me $60.00. I was not happy about the cost - particularly given the fact that my tires were brand new and did not need to be rotated nor did I request it to be done. Because I voiced my displeasure....the general manager then decided to rescind a previous agreement to provide cost assistance to replace my Cue system - a deal that was previously agreed to by Milo Gordon management. I am powerless to change the GMs decision however, Lawton is a small community where goodwill and word of mouth goes a long way. I will take every opportunity I have to discuss my negative experience with Legend Driven with every lawyer, teacher, doctor, and professional person I know and I find it disappointing that this is how management choses to treat local, loyal customers.

During the initial setup of my oil change appointment with Eric, I had no issues as he has sold my wife and I our truck last year. However, when I arrived, a new Service rep greeted me and I informed him that I needed to travel back to the local military base and would need a courtesy vehicle or shuttle. The representative told me, Youre making it difficult on us. I was pissed, when he said this because, Im the customer who is bringing you business, it is not my responsibility to accommodate you. As Im waiting in the lobby, to my surprise Eric walks out from the back and says are you ready to roll. In short, fire the other service representative who has a hard time taking ownership of his part in the business and promote Eric.
