I love bath and body works but at this particular store I was watched like a hawk. I love candles and to find the best one I give them a quick smell. I was looking for a certain smell that just popped to me but I ended up not buying a candle because I felt uncomfortable and as if I wasnt wanted in the store. It was a very clean store and had some wonder candles and gift bags, the staff was just off.

Wife loves this place! The staff were very nice and they do have some good deals on soap.

My husband made the mistake and let me go in alone 🤣. I love the wallflowers and their candles. I keep a stick pile of these items at home.. Everything in here is awesome but I have to set limits.....🤭 my daughter enjoys getting different body sprays so she always has a new fragrance.

I absolutely love going to Bath and Body Works in the Lawton Oklahoma mall. The ladies are always extremely nice and helpful. Theyll help you find the best deals. One of my favorite stores

First time but not my last...I was shopping for women ut they have lots of stuff for men. The staff are extremely helpful. I enjoyed my first experience so it wont be my last.

Selection is wonderful and staff are attentive to customers needs. Loving my new smells and the new products for this season.

My experience at this Bath and Body Works was disappointing. We were stopped at the door and told to wait 10 min for store sanitation but for almost 10 min, there was no one sanitizeling anything while we stood waiting to be let in. Also there were still people inside while they were supposed to be sanitizing which is counter productive when it comes to that task.

I love Bath and Body, just not this store location!! Some of the employees are rude. I asked if they take online coupons inside the store!?!? The answer is yes, but the employee straight up lied and said, NO I called to verify, before I left this review, and was told they do accept them.. however there arent any coupons out at the moment. How are YOU gonna tell ME, that I dont have a coupon?? I do...and its not expired!! I know it might not matter cause Im only one person, but I wont be shopping at this particular location again. Ill most likely be returning what I purchased today. Im tired if giving rude people my money.

I get it yall want to remain sanitary, but trying to get people to use hand sanitizer with random scents in it. Not worth risking breaking out your skin just to shop here

I went in during the semi-annual sale and boy what deals they had. There where many sale items to chose from. I was offered assistance from a worker while I was looking around. The cashier who checked me out was very informative on a coupon that was online. The store was clean.

Had to wait 20 minutes before entering because they were disinfecting the store.....an hour before closing.

Horrible experience w/ the assistant manager tonight on 12/30/20 @5pm. To say she was rude would be a compliment for her. Received gifts from store for Christmas but wasnt pleased with the scent. Went to exchange them & she loudly made the comment that they were obviously gifts from years ago. They were received just 5 days ago. She watched me throughout the store as of I were going to steal something and made me exchange it for the exact item instead of the amount of purchase. She does not need to be in customer service. Bath and Body Works please do better in your hiring.

Smelled great and they have some great deals. We went to use our coupons and get the free gift. They are doing a really good job at providing sanitizer as you come in and they are only letting in so many at once to keep everyone safe.

On #happycandleday my friend and I were able to shop for the newest scents and even with the long line we were out in no time! The workers were helpful and cashiers were quick. That could also be seen as a downfall because my friend was overcharged for one of her 14-15 items. It was refunded and we were satisfied with the result.

Its was a first time for me and I cant stop talking about the deals that they have. Believe me I thought it was a lady store ! Boy was I wrong prefect holiday gifts an more.

I love this store and I dont mean just Bath & Body Works, but this location. Soon as you walk in you are greeted so its lets me know as a customer that I am noticed. Having a background in customer service, its important to let your customers know you see them. Also, I appreciate that they tell you about deals and coupons and everyone is so attentive and helpful.

Nice atmosphere and good management team.

I have one bone to pick with them. Every time I fall in love with the scent they take the perfume off the market. Other than that theyre always clean and have good smelling stuff for your body. But they need to get my warm vanilla sugar perfume on the shelves and keep it there.

I love this place dont get me wrong. I had a coupon for by 2 candles get 2 free. Never on the coupon did it say 1 day sale. So today went there to get it. They told me that I cannot get that deal. Was not in there computer anymore. Just very disappointed because I got excited about it to get the new fragrances. But got turned down.

They have the best sales and a huge variety of scents. My favorite item they carry are the 3 wick candles. They smell so good especially the black cherry merlot.

Amy was so helpful. Lived the fragrance that was being put out in their air vents. She told me exactly what it was and helped me find other things
