I ordered balloons a few months ago without the high float. When I picked up the balloons were already starting to deflate but was told nothing they could do and next time get high float.Tried them again this past weekend. Dropped off 30 balloons and ordered high float. I wanted 18 balloons (6 of each of the 3 different kinds I had) They popped all but 1 black and still had balloons deflating. Was told it was because they were third party.Workers are full of excuses, but wont take responsibility. Ill just buy a helium tank from walmart next time.

Bought some balloons that I needed for my daughters birthday party a few weeks ago. The girl never offered to keep them and have them ready for me on the specific day, was told “just bring them back”. Brought them back today and was told I had a three hour wait because I didn’t have an order and they were busy. I told them why I didn’t have an order and was told “and”! I have gone here for every party need and now will go to OKC for anything I need from this point forward. Please get workers that have a clue as to what they are doing! Literally would have taken less time to just blow them up versus getting a refund. So now I have a disappointed 4 year old! Thanks!

Store was clean the people were polite and had my balloons ready for me on the date we picked.

I highly recommend this Party City location! The lady at the front was very helpful and very nice, making the experience great. They have everything you need for a party and their prices arent bad. They do offer a 10% military discount for military members. Best place in Lawton to find balloons and any theme of party supplies with great service!

I love coming here for party supplies. Definitely not cheap. But its worth it.

They had some of what I was looking for but I was able to find the rest online at decent prices. I do think the prices are a little steep but everyone has to make money with this virus.

A mother and grown daughter was roaming the store without facemasksThey should not have been in the store. Why didnt the clerk say something? Will not visit again.

Ordered online for pickup. The website says it would be ready within 2 hours after ordering (ordered before 6:30pm). Ordered at noon and 4 hours later still not ready. Going to miss the party.
