We waited about a month for installation and it was worth every moment! Will and Dot are awesome. There was no hidden cost, estimates were professionally done and installation completed promptly. I had some other people do estimates and I felt that they were overpriced and didnt really take my concerns seriously. Will was very understanding of all the changes we requested and adjusted quickly. Thanks guys.

This has been the best experience I have had since I bought my first home in Lawton. This is not hyperbole! Let me explain. I recently bought my first home and have been remodeling. I tried the big box stores for a couple differnet installations. They serve a purpose.....I guess. The customer experience was terrible and the installers were even worse. I decided to go with local businesses from here on out. I have had better luck with this approach. I dont know how to explain the feeling I got when I walked into lawton flooring. The delighted smile/look I received when I walked in was something I thought was only in the movies. The owner Will came that night to work on a quote. This was unexpected because I went by the store at 3-4 pm. Within 24 hours I had a quote. It was significantly less than I thought it would be. Lastly comes the installation. Words will never explain how well Maurice does. So I will attach pictures. 10/10. That good.

I really do like this place a lot! We got carpet for a couple rooms about 5 years ago and are doing another two rooms this year. They have a good selection and are inexpensive. With the synchrony home credit card, you get 6 months no financing, which is super helpful. You really cant beat the customer service! Dot is fantastic! This is definitely our go to carpet place.

Horrible experience. We asked them to replace carpet that was taken up in renovations. They originally laid the carpet. We talked to them and told them exactly what we needed and they said, “oh this is bigger than we thought, we will have to reschedule”. They rescheduled 2 weeks later. At this point our house has been in disarray for a month already. They emailed with my wife 53 times! They came to the appointment finally and said “oh this is bigger than I thought“...again. Left to supposedly go get more supplies and never came back. We tried to call him...we called the store. Nothing. We’re done. They are fired. Utterly horrible experience.

My entire experience was incredible, beginning to end!! Dot, the office manager, helped me find a carpet VERY similar to what I was looking for, only it was 4 times the quality and half the cost of where I was previously looking. I absolutely LOVE it, and having several animals, it is just what I need, the other would have never stood up to it. The owner and the installer were also great, very friendly, professional, great work! VERY pleased!!

We shopped around a bit and they not only totally educated us on flooring but gave us a great price for carpet, referred us to some amazing installers who also had a good price, but continually followed up with us and got us in touch with contractors for another project. Excellent company. I am very picky. We needed pet friendly and easy care flooring so we had high grade Vinyl flooring installed. This seems to be the only company in this area that has all flooring types and does not try to push laminate which would not have worked at all for us. Installers were meticulous and did a wonderful job. If you need new flooring this is the company. Excellent customer service and know how! One of the few companies in Lawton that still takes pride in their service.

Not sure where to start. I unfortunately can notperform flooring work at my home due to thefact that I am a Disabled Veteran, so I decided togo with this company and I couldnt have made a bigger mistake. Pry marks left all over my home from removing baseboards. Damaged my bar, damaged my fireplace, and left mortar under the floors installed. Hollow spots, cracked flooring, low spots, high spots, short spots, long spots, the list goes on and on. Will the owner, came outand punched my friendly puppy for getting toclose to him. Not sure if he was having a terribleday but absolutely unaccetable. Buyer andshopper beware. Stated work would be completed in a week and months later stillincomplete. Please contact me should anyonewant pictures or additional information on all theissues we have encountered with this company. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

They were able to come by to measure after 5 pm when others wouldnt, then pushed the job forward so it was done only 9 days after measuring. Great work, clean, quick, 5 star service, no complaints.
