I know Lawton is terrible, but this place takes the cake for the very worst of Lawton. How does it always take HOURS for a prescription? Windowlicking does not do this place justice, as it insults windowlickers. You will likely get better service from a cable provider. Check that, you will.

I am so tired of waiting almost an hour every time I need to pick up my medications! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to run the drive thru more efficiently. Use BOTH lanes! Make one lane a pick up only lane!! Don’t fill scripts while people wait. Make them come back when it’s ready. I am so annoyed. Also if you want to run your pharmacy like it’s a physicians clinic and offer testing, don’t make people wait in the drive thru behind them!! Come on management, get it together!

The pharmacy is never open when they are supposed to be. If they are it’s only the drive through or the inside and you have to wait in line forever to pick up any type of prescription.

I was trying to get a prescription transferred from another pharmacy I was told it would be ready 3 different days never even called the other pharmacy so I had to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy poor customer service

This store is neatly arranged and fair prices! But most of all its one level and great parking especially for disability customers.

At pharmacy one person in front of me, had to wait 30 minutes just to be told that my meds will be done in over one hour. I will not be going back there again.

Every month for the last 6 months, they wont fill my prescription because they run a coupon code as insurance even though I do not have Insurance and always pay cash. So every month I have to go in and try to fix it so I will get my meds. Been waiting for almost an hour again. Pathetic.

I had 2 charges on my debit card from this Walgreens 2/12 . I tried to use My debit card 2 times and they Said my card was not working and the transaction didnt go through. BUT they both did and they did not credit back to my account. 2 debits charged and bought nothing. Watch these people!

Dont even try to call the pharmacy. They wont answer.

I initially gave them five stars a year ago because it was a very different place.Now I would not give them one star. They must have got rid of all the good people .They are worthless now they dont care about the customer and every time you go there you have to wait in line forever they make their own rules as they go. In my opinion this whole Walgreens store needs to be replaced with new professional personnel. I really dont think you can blame this on covid-19.

I repeatedly am impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of this pharmacy. People need to understand that if they want instant gratification they should be going to a establishment where they are asked if they want fries with that order.

Had been waiting in drive thru lane for 5-10 mins and I finally get to the window 5 mins before close and the pharmacy tech asks if I need it filled tonight. I replied yes and before I could say what it was for she said well you’re gonna have to go to Sheridan because we close in 5 mins and I won’t have time to fill it. My son had flu b. I get to the Sheridan location and line wrapped around the store, so I go in line to the center aisle. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been coming here for yrs and there is 1 person who consistently is pretty rude and unprofessional a pharmacy technician with reddish currly hair . Always has the nastiest look on her face. Dont think she has any job satisfaction. But seems to fail to remember people coming to Walgreens Pharmacy are probably upset over a medical diagnosis for themselves or a loved one. She wouldnt add to the stress.

I chose to delete my initial review after requesting a callback from a DM and actually recieving that call. She was very helpful and understanding of the situation. We discussed normal household usage, 24 hour store vs the store that closes at midnight, couponing, and staff. At the end of our call, I was offered points for the incident, which I was not expecting & since then have visited the store twice to coupon with no further issues. Thank you Walgreens & OK DM for taking responsibility and coming to a resultion to my issues.

Please... just go to Kens Pharmacy. (or any other pharmacy) local pharmacies seem to do any other footwork that needs to be done to get the prescriptions refilled/filled for customers, as opposed to Walgreens wants the customer to get the prior authorizations and deal with the insurance companies.

Very, very rude. Asked a question and man just kept walking past me, & shortly after asked a question to a black lady who worked there & she gave me a terrible attitude. Never going there again, would give no stars if i could.
