These guys have truly been great to work with. We loved the first furniture we got from them, so we have added other things on now and then. They’ve taken the time to go over our account to highlight the most economical ways to pay off each item or set. They have ordered items for me that weren’t in the store and offered smart incentives on purchases we were considering. Rent-to-Own contracts also have advantages that outright purchases don’t have, like product maintenance and free moving within the service area.
Its one things for you to not want to do business somewhere that is your choice! Oklahoma Poster!! dont set up an account and slam a business with lies. The prices you quoted are wrong so anyone that just checks the website can see that! Why you would take the time to write a negative post about something you have no understanding about and havent done business with is beyond me! Maybe your a competitor or a previous customer that didnt pay there bill? A lot more goes into the merchandise costs that you know obviously! We include free delivery, setup, service, loaners are provided if the item breaks, moving the merchandise to a new residence if the customer moves, no hassle returns if you no longer need the item so you have no long term debt with us! Why we are talking about washer and dryer sets at $17 a week. You would spend more than that at a laundry mat if you had to go there but I am sure you think they are a rip off as well? Dont show your ignorance by posting stuff about businesss you have no idea about! You cant buy a new washer & dryer set at any store for $500 so obviously you have never bought one before & just have no clue what your even talking about! GET A LIFE!
I was 4 days late on a $18 payment and was sent a text from their GM Mark telling me they were filing a police report on me!!!! Outrageous....definitely taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend them at all. They start calling your phone the day BEFORE your payment is due...and popped up at my job the day my payment was due to remind me...creeps.
Great place plus they have always worked with me. They know us very well will continue to furnish my house through them!!!!
Luv Easy Home good people good funiture, appliances, pricses. Also when you walk in there place of business it smells so lemony fresh. Also when you perches your item that on time deliver it to your house and not make any stories why they couldnt make it there.
These guys are awesome! Their customer service and prices are outstanding! Out of all the places I have been to in Lawton these guys eclipse them all. I would recommend them to anyone. If you cant afford 25 a week or 50 every two weeks for an item then this is not the place for you. When you are finished purchasing an item they report it to the credit bureau to boost your credit. I am sure other places like Aarons does the same but you just cant beat the deals and services at easyhome. If you are not convinced definitely go give them a try!
This company is garbage, their customer service is garbage. They are very disrespectful and they have bedbugs in their furniture. Definitely would not recommend anyone to this place.
I will never buy anything from this store again. Yes we all know that we are paying almost 2 xs thw cost for things yes. Bit when they are supposed to fix something and dont because you paid it off while they had it to fix it well lets just say it has not worked sense i got it back from them. The store will rip off everyone they can.

My wife and I have had nothing but the greatest experience with EasyHome! We have now purchased 8 items from them! If in the future need anything else they will be our first choice! The staff is always super helpful and bends over backwards for us to help us with our needs! I have tried the others and its just not the same as it is at EasyHome!
My experience with this bullshit of a company told me i was paid up till the 25th of february then turned around and said that if i pay on the 17th then i would be 3 weeks behind when ive been making bi-weekly payments this entire time then when i asked to speak to someone other than cory i spoke to brian who they say is a regional manager he then put words in my mouth by saying i see that you didnt want to cooperate with cory when hes trying to help you and he then continued to talk over me and use my other bills as scenerios then continued with saying your electricity people are obviously not working with you this company is by far THE #1 WORST company that i have ever went through never again will i EVER go through this bullshit excuse of a company again they have the worst customer service ever
This happened about a day ago. And I been thinking about it since. Decided you know what, I think they forget we can write reviews on their customer service. So time came to make my first payment. And I budgeted my check to make the $92 payment. At the time I was told that would be the bi-weekly rate. Well when it came to paying it, they said $186 and I was like wait what? Whyd it increase? he didnt say anything, then asked who I dealt with, I told him Cory. And then he put me on hold. Whoever picked up the phone I assumed was Cory. I started to explain I didnt understand why the furniture payment increased. I was trying to tell him what was told to me, and he began to talk over me. Thats all the call was, was me tryna talk and him pretty much not listening and talking over me and complaining to me that I need to make my payment and he needs to get off the phone with me. He was so disrepectful I was done dealing with him, so I asked for the manager. He then threw at me his big title of I am the store manager! I was over it by that time. Its ridiculous how he handled my situation. If he would of 1.CALMLY LISTENED 2.CALMLY REPLIED AND 3. PATIENTLY HANDLED THE INFORMATION. Then we would of concluded quicker that It was a miss understanding on my part. And in the process wouldnt of gotten to this review of disrespectful customer service. Maybe I would of went through with buying 2 more bed sets from them in which I was thinking of doing. But not anymore. Nope. Anyways I made my payment of $186 because wasnt the fact I couldnt afford it. It was just me wondering why I was told $92 before. After my items are purchased in full I will not do business with them again, nor will I refer them to anyone.
