I love going in and seeing what new tools and wear they have in the store. The employees are very helpful. The customer service is top notch. I recommend this store if you are looking for good tools with a great price. I love the coupons that send out monthly to the members of their club.

There were plenty of people working or standing around while I was standing in line. Finally a employee came and opened another register after I had been standing at least 10 min to pay for my purchase. If I hadnt have to have these items and live 40 miles away I would have not bought the items.

I live this chain of tool stores. They have come a long way in the last decade. Just dont go in here if youre in a hurry.

It is usually hit or miss with customer service however it isnt to horrible as long as you have time to waste because certain employees are never in a hurry. People do not shop here for quality tools however somethings are okay all right you too

Staff very helpful. Prices are competitive with online. Lots of hidden treasure here. Place is fun to just walk around and seeing everything they have. I have yet to walk in this store and not walk oit with something cool.

Website baited me out. A Palm nailer for $1697 clearance in store only. I drive 34 miles to Lawton ok harbor freight, they dont have it. They have one just like it, different model number, not as good a nailer but for twice as much. Actually $34.97. Wont sell me one of those. Drove 68 miles for nothing. Piss on harbor freight

Im always looking for replacement blades for my tools, tie downs, ramps or something. I have the member card so I get special deals and certain days they have great sales. I enjoy this kind of shopping. Man Shopping. The service there is always very helpful. If you need need any kind of tool, they will usually have it.

Good selection of hand tools and power tools. Value for your money. Some tools have been great quality, some not so much. Do your homework before buying big ticket items. I have had great success with standing toolboxes and the large tile saw. Impact sockets have also held up well.

Great place they want your business but wont take credit cards for three years. When i go there i spend $100.to $300. Most times.Today was the last time Ill do any business with them I can go to Lowes or Builders Depot cost a little more but the will accept credit cards. The workers Are friendly and helpful.

Amazing and helpful staff. Helped me find the awl I needed and even ensured I was signed up for their newsletter program and got a free flashlight! Only got 4 stars as the awl had crude instructions and had to YouTube how to.

I should not have given that but I had to put something They dont have anything that you ever need any more theyre always out and you stand there for 20 minutes waiting on somebody to come by and talk to you or see if you need help and you dont get nothing but they walk past you to go help somebody else that just got there

In addition to all the great tools they have, they also have wheelchairs and walkers. They also have blood pressure cuffs and several other medical supplies. They also carry a few gardening supplies. I bought a three-quarter inch 100 foot garden hose

Good for items that you know will break, but the same tools are cheap and easy to replace for the average homeowners

Harbor Freight is tool heaven, plus they also have a variety of other useful things like dog beds to yard items, generators, its always fun to see what they will have and the prices are awesome. I love how when you go to get something,the store is so well organized you have no trouble finding it. If you arent sure what tool you need to fix something, they will do their best to show you what you need to get the job done. The staff are very patient, even when you are looking for that thing of a magig.

Harbor freight tools are very reliable good quality and affordable. Ive been using their tools for well over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them.

They compare their tools to Snap On and Milwaukee. Ive been a professional mechanic for 45 years and They cant touch the professional brands or even Craftsman.But! For occasional use or something you are gonna use a few times you cant beat them.Never trust Chinese brands for heavy or dangerous work. Theyll land you in the emergency room

Bought all the garden items that my Mom needed at half the price of Lowes and Home Depot.

Look for coupons before you get anything in the store. Some have a pretty good deals. Got me latex gloves and air hose. Long line at cash register made me drop a star.

Harbor Freight always has pretty decent tools for a price that wont break the bank. The quality is always better than the price you pay, and the staff is normally quite pleasant.

Harbor Freight is closing at 7 PM instead of 8 PM. Their sign on door indicates 8 PM.
