Well I bout a pump, have warranty, it stops working and its going to take 2 weeks to get another one. Are u kidding me. I can get it of the website sooner and cheaper. Dont buy from the store buy online.

The staff is extremely helpful and they make it feel very matter of fact which removes all awkwardness. They have a vast selection of female products to choose from (for the ladies), a great selection of lube and oral gels, and even some dress up / role play lingerie... the biggest downside (in my male opinion) is despite having a large female selection, the selection for men is rather meager. The products they sell are great quality and their advice is always spot on though. I honestly think they need to expand to a slightly larger store front. I will continue going back here!

Very rude employees and kept saying that my friend stole something and when they confronted they were rude about it and told us that he needed to hand the product over and not to return to store. When told that he did not steal anything they said fine lets pull the cameras up and I said lets but they said we need to call out boss and they never did! The lady and I got in a argument cause she kept saying we still had her product but she didnt want to call her boss to pull the video up. So I went to my van and when I did that she said not to return and took a picture of my licence plate. They are very rude and disrespectful. Will not be returning and would advise no one to return there in the future!

Wish the employee would interact more with customers then hang out the counter like they hate their job. The other store in town from a different company rocks on that. You dont see them much at the counter they are rocking their sales floor.
