Today was my first experience at West Cache Discount Liquor. The staff was extremely welcoming and willing to help me find what I was looking for. First, the variety is quite broad and you can certainly find good things regardless of what you like. Second, the prices were excellent and fairly marked throughout the store. Third, they had some amazing bottles of liquor and I was extremely happy I stopped in. I found the one bottle I had been searching for (Balcones Texas Bock) and was beyond excited for the unique find. It is not some crazy expensive bottle, but it is absolutely delicious and I will cherish it. I have already opened it and absolutely love it.Overall, this store is my new favorite in Lawton and I will be back on a regular basis. The staff certainly set a high bar and excellent first experience of visiting Lawton.

This place has all the liquor your average person would want and a decent wine selection. The only thing area I think they could do better is their beer selection.

While advertising a military discount, they denied it for myself, an army veteran. I was surprised and asked if over two decades service warranted less value than the brave youngsters serving on active duty. The owner condescendingly said that she could raise her price then give me a discount. I told her I would pass. She said they were the only ones in town who offered a military discount and watched me walk out the door. I will say...she thanked me for my service as I walked away. It seemed forced at the least. I went down the road to Paradise liquor, told them what happened and they not only price matched but gave me the military discount as well. When they told me thanks for my service...it rang quite a bit more true. One establishment earned my business while the other seemed not to care if they had it or not.
