The staff at Phillips Music Company was fantastic. We were in town to visit my son, who had recently graduated Basic Training. The generous staff allowed my son to go into a private piano room and play just as long as as he wanted. We mustve been there an hour, and the whole time, the staff was so patient as all 6 of us browsed around the store and waited for my son to play till his hearts content. We are so grateful!!

Was in the store a few days ago asking guitar questions and looking for a new one. We got to talking about the cheap one I had and couldnt get it playing very well. I had already had it set up by someone else but just wasnt cutting it. Thanks to David Wilson and Philips for getting it working much better then I could have hoped and teaching me some things about guitars in general. Highly recommend going here!!

We drove from Wichita Falls; we love this place so much! They have a great selection and can probably order what you need if its not in stock. The staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Kenneth helped us today and he was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Both of my teenagers want to start weekly lessons now.

This is one of my favorite places to go. The staff is friendly, but more importantly their selection is diverse. Whether youre a rocker, a classical instrumentalist, or want a chance at finding something niche or scholastic Phillips may have what you need.Ive found that just wandering the store looking at the instruments, cables, monitors and cabinets, etc has led me to learn something new every time I visit. So if youre looking for something new or are stuck in a rut and need something to help give Phillips a visit. Im sure youll find what you need.

I took my guitar in for a “spa” treatment and to have the pick guard replaced, and while the guitar does sound better now the “spa” treatment was subpar at best. My pick guard wasn’t replaced, and I was told they don’t make my “cheap” guitars pick guard replacement. I’ve found hundreds online in stock. I also wait four days before I called back to find out when my guitar would be ready. The clerk at the front wrote the incorrect information down on my ticket, and I had to clarify when I called what I wanted. The job seemed rushed. When I think “spa” I think of having everything external taken off and cleaned nuts tightened and things cleaned. That wasn’t the case here. My second tone knob nut was loose. I also asked to have the rust removed from the output cover and it wasn’t. I will never take another instrument there again nor will I allow anyone in my family to do business with them again.

I have been using Phillips Music Co. to expand my music for years now. From equipment, to recording, or just advice and knowledge, Phillips has been my outlet. And DAVID has never let me down. My husband and I had an awesome time shopping here for an electric piano. We felt so welcomed to just browse what we liked and received much needed help without feeling any pressure to buy. We ended up buying a beautiful Yamaha electric piano and stand for a great price. For us, personally, they definitely beat any online shopping or department store with their convenience, prices, and service. We can’t wait to be back in town to shop here again!

Phillips Music went out of their way to make sure my son’s flute was repaired quickly. A younger sibling got to the flute and bent keys just before my son’s shortgrass band audition. The man who I assume was the manager, drove the flute to the repair guy when the roads were snowy and slick and returned it to me within just a couple days. They have earned my business and gratitude!

My experience with Phillips was amazing! My son found what he was searching for and the Phillips team was on there way to help and they are now my top music store around.

Even through COVID-19 my guitar was repaired, cleaned, and met with great service. Thank you all!

This place is incredible! They are very professional and good at what they do. Had my guitar in countless times for repairs and regular maintenance and they always go above and beyond to return my guitars in top shape! Best music store in town!

Outside the store, its terrible. Just looks like no one does any kind of maintenance. Inside the store is so unorganized. They dont have top brands or a wide selection of instruments. If you go to their website, its terrible. Its 2019 guys...Get a functioning website thats mobile friendly. Lastly, I think the managers name was David, and he was pretty rude. I know people have long days or get busy, but take the time to answer questions from potential customers. Just like you want to make money, we like to have easy shopping and friendly interactions. If not, we dont mind giving our money to your competitors.

I took my banjo here for a string change and was impressed by the friendly service, quality of work (my banjo looked shiny and pretty!) and easy to find location. I appreciate their willingness to change the strings as banjos arent as popular as guitars and are a little harder to find service for.

Was looking for a sound monitor for my studio equipment, very professional, was able to point me to every item I was in need of and went home and used the sound monitor which not only exceeded my needs but also will definitely come back for the other monitor in the future and further studio needs!

I visited this store a number if times while I was TDY to Ft. Sill before I moved here a number of months ago, and just jammed on all sorts of stuff: the staff was awesome about it. I chatted with the guitar/all instruments instructor and he is awesome! After a few visits I decided I should buy something decent while my household goods were in storage instead of jamming here every 3 or 4 days. I spoke with a sales guy (might have been the sales manager) and was able to haggle down a great deal on an amp, squier strat (mid range model), a gig bag, cable, and picks. I mean a GREAT deal. Now that I live here there is no question where Ill be going for any future purchases!
