Ordered a 70$ item from Amazon and the delivery driver obviously delivered it to the wrong address because I never got it, I called FedEx and they wanted me to call Amazon to make sure Amazon didnt give me the wrong tracking number. Of course Amazon gave me the right one. But they dont want to reimburse me or even offer proof they delivered it to my house. Worst service ever all the way around. Use the post office or ups. They seem to know how to read addresses

Sat at home all day on the front porch so I didnt miss my package. Driver said they attempted to deliver and nobody was home, this simply is not true.

Any time I come to this location, I have great service. Today the store front clerk was very impatient with the customer in front of me. She obviously did not want to be there or deal with the customer and it stressed the customer out. Not cool.

Never deliver on time. Paid for 2 day shipping and is now 7 days later and just now made the first attempt to deliver but didnt saying no one was home. But there is someone there and has been all day. Shouldnt have even paid extra to get it there. No refund cause of covid 19? Biggest excuse Ive ever heard. Fedex is officially a rip off.

I WENT FED OFFICE IN LAWTON..... I AM AN OLD GUY... I leaned against something in the office .... The FED lady said not to..... I said that I needed chair then.... She paid no attention to my request...... If I do. Not get better..... My daughter is taking me to the hospital... In the last three months, I spent about 15 days in ICU... thank you.... Please tell her to put customer service in a place where the “sun does not shine”

Normally I pick my own container(s) for shipping or have my package ready to be shipped. On this day, I was not 100% and although Ive shipped or received many times before I was a lost puppy. This location is horrible the service is horrible the drivers that deliver don’t care about your stuff at all. Literally I have never had a good experience with FedEx I wish more companies would use UPS or USPS or any other form of delivery because FedEx isn’t it. Why do you’re divers not care that they have people’s personal property in there position. You guys should be shut down

They refused to deliver my package on when it arrived at their location on Saturday it was there before 7 but did not get sent out that day.. today the driver would not let the office sign for it said he would be back since it is a business location never returned when he went to the office he was rude to the employees he also did not have the package I paid $7 in shipping to get this package Saturday now I am being told it wont be delivered until tomorrow for $7 I expect to get it on the day its supposed to be here i will never use fedex again I was here all day yesterday and today I tried to call fedex I was told that Monday they would deliver it 8 to 4... thats 3 days I have to wait all day at home. The office here should be able to sign for it they have before. I was also told I wouldnt be allowed to go pick it up from in this fedex office plus I kept catching more and more lies they were telling me on the phone and when I asked for a supervisor they refused

My husband and I had an important package showed as “delivered” to our house at 9:59am. We went immediately home to check for the package and couldn’t find it anywhere. I went to the FedEx location and heard a phone conversation happening when I walked in. It was between a lady at the center and a driver. The driver said “I know I delivered it to the right house. It’s not my fault they can’t find their package.” Turns out, he actually delivered it three roads over to a road that sounds nothing like our road. He deserves to be fired and never to have a delivery job again with the disrespect he showed to us not knowing we were listening.

Completely useless. Stated delivered to my address (front door) at 4:45pm, my wife was home all day and they never even came down our driveway. Called to find out where the package is and stated it could take 7 to 10 days to find it. I personally will never use FedEx and I hope major corporations will stop using them also. They never knock to see if anyone is home and cant trust them to deliver to the correct address. I know Amazon isnt using them this Christmas for this reason.

DRIVERS LIE!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Said nobody was home to deliver electronic device. ME MY HUSBAND MY MOM AND MY GRANDSON WAS HOME!!! THEY NEVER CAME TO THE DOOR!!! But they did drop a box that DIDNT belong to us 2 feet from 1 of the 2 doors they could of knocked on. Called to report package not belonging to us and that I want my package delivered when they pick up MISDELIVERED package. Nope well TRY DELIVERY TOMORROW. REALLY?? What about the people waiting for their package from Amazon????? How many complaints do you need to FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you find out who shipped a package? I have been home ALL day. I got NO knock on my apartment for this very important package that holds my car title in it and important information that was left on the ground soaking in the rain. The delivery driver could have talked to my land lord down at her office that’s literally two seconds from my door or better yet they could have knocked. Left a note like UPS does if no one answers the door. Instead the driver chose to leave my package soaking outside in the rain where it could have been stolen in my apartment complex. Thanks fedex.

This is directed at FedEx express not ground.... first complaint they left a 50 pnd box on the hood of my car.... second left package in middle of my driveway.... third left envelope on ground in middle of rainstorm document completely ruined.... now they cant find my house????? spend 30-40 min on hold each complaint and nothing is ever dont.... businesses please stop using fedex express its rediculous

Staff was excellent. They even allowed me to come get my package after hours because I told her how urgent it was. Highly recommend this company

2 weeks ago driver called me to meet me 2 miles from my house to receive my package so I did. He claimed his boss told him he’d get fired if he got stuck.So today my package was scheduled for delivery since it was one day express that I paid for. Tracking says delivery attempted ... we were home all day and no one attempted to deliver except the mailman.I get that it snowed but don’t say you attempted and didn’t because our security cameras can prove that you were never hereI paid for express shipping and want a refund since it wasn’t delivered on time

While Fed Ex is reliable in delivery, beware of the girl at the counter in this FedEx facility. Wow. Curt to say the least. I hate using FedEx in Lawton because of her.

Were not helpful at all, my package apparently had tried to be delivered twice and I was unaware, no tag or anything. Now I’m having to wait until Monday because they did not do their job. Would not even try to find where the driver was to see if I could meet him for my package or anything. Completely useless. Fire them all and rehire decent humans, please 😁

A driver named Preston delivered my daughter package to the wrong address. Stated that he couldn’t see the house. When my daughter finally got ahold of the manager she had the driver Preston go back to the house. He left a note at the house where he left the package. Preston the driver then went back to the manager and lied and told the manager that my daughter had received her package. My daughter had to go back to the manager and explain that she still hadn’t received her package. The manager said that this driver Preston does this all the time. How come he still has a job. My daughter still doesn’t have her package. She had to do is police report. And the shipper is investigating.

Two FedEx trucks parked at my field entrance for over 3 hours and left a bag of trash and water bottles.

I was promised a package to be delivered on Friday 12/24 and it won’t be here until 12/27 all I was told is that they picked it up late.
