We are new to the area and were at this location today 5/5:30pm. I would like to leave a helpful review after having read some of the other reviews shared here. The two staff working this evening were quick, very nice, and the ice cream was delicious! It was very clean as well. Knowing businesses may often close earlier than posted hours if the traffic just isnt there, that businesses have a right to not require staff to wear masks just like customers have the right to wear a mask if they choose, and simply expecting a tasty treat and not royal treatment, we didn’t take those earlier reviews we saw into consideration when deciding whether or not to visit this Marble Slab location because they are irrelevant. Glad we decided to go, the service provided was fantastic! 👏🏻

Weak ice cream spot. Bought an ice cream cake and it was a bit lack luster with some simple piping of just cool whip on the outside. Was expecting the Oreos to be a bit more spread out in the cake but there werent many to be found. Id advise finding some place better as they seem to still be finding their feet at this new location.

After reading the other reviews I was worried a little bit decided to give it a try. We got there about 7:45pm and there were 2 staff, neither were lively or upbeat but being at work later on a Sunday I didnt expected too much. Only one table inside, I guess due to rona still, so we had to eat outside on a bench. No big deal.The trash can outside was overflowing with ice cream cups and a couple were on ground. My son went to take out trash in so we didnt add to the mess outside and the door was locked (8:05pm). I purposely checked (because of the reviews regarding closing early) Google before we went and it shows 9pm. It should probably be a 3 star but I bumped it to 4 due to good ice cream which is what we went there for. If they didnt close early and a little more chipper staff it would have been a 5 star. Hey, at least the staff was actually working unlike a bunch of other people out there.

Took my son there this afternoon. Upon arriving, I was informed that we were allowed one sample of the ice cream per customer, and that killed the deal for me. I dont regularly go out for ice cream, and have never been to this location, but Im certainly not going back. The decision was a cheap business move and it lost my business because they saved 10 cents on a sample or two, but it also meant I decided not to risk getting something I wouldnt like.So a customer walks in and they had a chance to double their average sales price (because I let my son get ice cream still), didnt happen because they wanted to save a quarter, and Ill not be returning.Also, in a time of Covid, no employees were wearing masks as well which I found surprising in a food establishment.Every response from the owner is copied and pasted from one review to the next, with no acknowledgement of what is said. Thats the way it goes.(PS the gummy bears were stale and not fit as a mix-in. So off to Amys I go.)

Walked in at 6:40pm on a sunday when they had a large We are open signNo one at the counter, no ding that a customer walked in. Came in, waited 5 minutes, and left. Truly felt like they were hoping no one walked in

I tried to ignore the other reviews about this location consistently closing early, and went by there on Tuesday at 8pm and the door was already locked. The girl working was cleaning the kitchen area with her head down to ignore the multiple people (I wasn’t the only one that arrived at that time) trying to spend money at the door. I don’t understand why the hours aren’t just changed to reflect an earlier closing time if they are going to close at 8pm, but constantly closing prior to posted hours is just poor management and a very poor business practice that shows this location just doesn’t care about their clientele. I won’t be returning.

I want to support this place so badly but they have made it virtually impossible. My husband and I have tried to go here multiple times and only found it open twice. One of those times, they were sold out of almost everything.We usually try to go between 7:30 and 8:30 which seem like a reasonable time to get ice cream. Tonight, I checked online and it said open until 8:30. We went around 7:45 and the whole store was dark.If you have posted hours, it would be helpful to be open during those hours. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Never open when they say theyre open. Website says open until 9, arrived at 8:15, doors locked sign off and employees cleaning up. Happens every weekend. Maybe update your hours?

Good ice cream and cookies no complaints.

I just showed up at 8:47 to get my wife, who is 8-months pregnant, a cup of the ice cream she was craving and apparently this location decided to “close early”. The guy, who pretended to not see us, was already almost completely done with cleaning the store. If y’all aren’t open until 9... then don’t advertise being open until 9!

Hours posted to close at 9pm but they lock up early. You may want to call to see if they are open today before going. Seems like this is a recurring issue with this location.
