My wife and I did an all day bouncy house with water slide for my son’s birthday, and the birthday party lasted all day because the kids all loved it so much. Big ups to the crew at Operation Jump. Kids love the awesome water slide rental. Delivery was on-time and the rental was clearly cleaned and sanitized. Love this company and the people who run it are amazing!! We have used them twice, and have wanted to use them more often, but this rain has made many planned events impossible! When reaching out about it, they refunded our deposit, no questions asked. Simply phenomenal. The rentals are always clean, they are punctual, and non invasive. I had such a great experience with Operation Jump LLC! I contacted them the day prior to needing the service due to weather concerns. They were able to answer all of my questions and check the availability of my item. I was able to go to the website, which is super easy to navigate, and complete the reservation. I was contacted the morning of with an eta, which was a couple of hours before we needed it, allowing us morning time with the bounce house! The set up was quick and they were so professional. I was provided an eta of pick up time. I will definitely book with them again as well as recommend them! They get 5 stars hands down! This was a great experience for a last minute booking to make our little princesses 4th birthday magical!

Operation Jump provided great customer service. They had a large selection of slides to choose from. We got the 22’ waterslide and the kids loved it! The slide was delivered on time and set up by their team. They took care of everything. A lot of companies are hard to get ahold of, but Operation Jump was easy to contact and stayed in communication via phone, email, and text with updates and information. I highly recommend this company for your party needs.

This is the BEST company! They were so great throughout the entire process. They helped me with booking, answered all of our questions, and was a quick set up and take down. We scheduled a bounce house on a Saturday for my twins birthday but Texas weather was claiming there was gonna be crazy weather! So last minute I asked them if we could reschedule for Sunday and they didnt even hesitate to get it done! Very professional and efficient.
