Ive been using this location for years for all of my vehicles. Wait times have varied greatly from 20 minutes to over an hour + and not just due to how busy they were. The last time I was in it took well over an hour for a oil change and tire rotation. I found out that the reason for this was that the technician who was doing the service spent twice as much time looking for possible repair needs on the rest of the vehicle and figuring out labor costs. The cost for the oil change/rotation was around $44, the cost for the recommended repairs was $1300.00. I want to believe that this was an isolated incident. The lady who runs the quicklane came to me and said that she was pretty sure that I didnt want to do these repairs. The only question that I have is would she say the same thing to someone who didnt know that these repairs werent needed. I really like the office people at this location and Ive known the owners of the dealership for 30 years. I understand that they are always trying to grow their business but unless someone asks for a complete diagnostic or theres something really obvious aka leaking fluids, the quicklane should be just that, a quick oil change.

Second time to use the service department and was there a long time to not have my issued resolved the first time they had my car for 5 days to replace a weather strip on sun roof. Love the sales department though

The changes made make the place undesired place because now you have to wait 2 or 3 hours only for an oil change and to service your vehicle you have to wait more the 2 weeks only for diagnostics.
