I love this place. My first time here was 8 years ago. I brought my wife in for our 1st anniversary. We have been regular customers since. I havent always been able to join my wife on her ventures but the customer service is absolute perfection. Today, I had the ability to join my wife on her shopping experience. The lovely owner, Lu, still calls us by our first names and the smiles and joy is mutual. We socialize and catch up on missed experiences before the shopping adventure. You almost always have a personal assistant while you shop. They give 150% to go above and beyond to make sure your experience is pleasurable, memorable, and rememberable. Since the first time I walked in the door, i have considered Lu and her amazing staff friends. I love them all.

This store has very lovely product. Cute clothes, great jewelry, and unique gifts. But, I have never bought anything here and neither have my friends. We go downtown often, walk around, and shop the local stores. This store has one issue that we have now experienced for a 3rd time. The saleswoman follows us around like we are thieves. I dont know if this is a sales tactic or an actual attempt at discouraging theft but, its so irritating. She follows us and pretends to straighten up an area nearby. It makes us paranoid and frankly, afraid to touch anything. So we just rush out of there without buying anything. The first 2 trips, I thought I was alone. At the end of the second trip my friend says umm, did yall feel like common criminals while we were in there? Anyways, really stinks because I want to purchase things from this store lol. Oh and the patchouli smell, kinda strong. Sticks with ya.

I was provided the most wonderful assistance. They were extremely attentive and helpful. The clothing is exactly what I like, it was difficult to choose. They are a little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend this shop to others. It was beautiful.

I can’t say enough about this marvelous store!!! I have never stepped foot into Artistic Works by Lu because of the drive/Covid-19, but because of the incredible customer service, I’ve had Lu herself, her husband Tracy, or Jen, “my” personal shopper, assist and advise me. I LOVE watching “Live With Lu” and seeing how beautifully Lu presents her fashions and jewelry. I love everything I have bought, and I’m having fun mixing and matching. My orders come really fast, looking like gifts, smelling divine, with messages of inspiration. I’d like to keep Lu’s treasures a secret, but that wouldn’t be very nice of me!

I Love Lus....this is my all time favorite store and has something for everyone. The clothes are awesome.. one of a kind lovely detail, sassy, and the jewelry oh my! Lu is an incredible designer and we are so lucky to have her in Leavenworth.

If you want to surprise your wife and look like a fashion hero, look no further. Treat her to a gift card and she will be gone for hours! The ladies working there are always very friendly and helpful. It is the only womens clothing store I have been to that really acknowledge the guys and make them feel welcome.

Visited your booth at the Holiday Mart at Battle Hall and bought an awesome necklace. Cant wait to come see your store. The ladies at your booth were very nice and helped me coordinate a necklace and pendant- which I cant wait to wear. Nice quality at a good price. Thanks for the experience!!

Wonderful boutique with unique items and wonderful helpful staff. Lu is great!

It is a gem in the city of Leavenworth. Great staff and the owner, Lu, is often in the store helping you find that special something for yourself or a gift. The clothing is stylish, lots of sizes and colors. The jewelry is hand made by Lu..complementing the colors in the clothes she has in the store or favorite items the customer already has...a must to visit, shop and enjoy.

My French wife and I were just in your store this past weekend. Lu introduced herself & was extremely helpful to my wife, to put together a unique birthday gift for her daughter. We love this shop, with such a welcoming ambience about it! We will continue to patronize this fabulous shop & will refer it to everyone who is in the mood for something unique,specific to their taste & not priced in the stratosphere!! GRET STORE !!!!!

This is a very nice and clean store it has kind of a vintage-y feel. They have very cute outfits on manequins, and sell jewelry pieces. The staff is very pleasant and I love the look of the place. Theyre jewelry is around $25 and theyre outfit pieces are as low as $12 and as high as $80. All in all Artistic Works by Lu is very nice to shop at and I will be coming back
