I bought 2 packs of cigarettes MARLBORO SIL5 SHORTS the shock was they were not sealed I dainty pay attention at the casher when I bought them . Imagine what could be in those packs what kind of smoke .. 711 rouned my night I was tipsy when I discovered that so I found it hard to go back to the store and doesnt worth to risk explaining that to the casher ( if he would believe) hes definitely gonna deny so thats why I didnt escalate it . Please pay more attention to the smallest details of your purchase before leaving thier store .

I was in the new store a few days after it opened. I was going to get some wings & mini tacos. Both of gentlemen working were helping run the registers. When they got the line down one of came over to help me on his way over to the kitchen area he stopped at the hand wash sink. He then proceeded to remove his ball cap & stick his face under the running water & stopped himself some water after that he wiped his face with his arm from elbow to the back of his hand. He NEVER washed his hands & asked what I wanted to order needless to say I didnt order anything.

I like the location, close to my house, pricing is very competitive and were the first to resume refills.

Excited to see the new 7-Eleven coming together but extremely disappointed that they do not have charging stations available for Tesla and regular EVs. We do not have any public high speed charging in Leavenworth. Please call Electrify America and get some installed

This is probably the best 7-eleven I have ever been to. The store was immaculately clean.The employee working when I was there; Donnie, showed the most upstanding customer service. He was extraordinarily polite, and helpful, and it was like he genuinely cared about the customers experience and not like he was annoyed to be there. I am one satisfied customer and will absolutely continue to come to this store!

11:41 p.m. on Feb 13, 2021 Saturday. I just called you guys and got a very rude response. I asked if you guys had any Benadryl and the man that answered said i didnt hear a damn word you just said. I asked if i could speak to the manager and all he said was im the closest to a manager youre going to get right now. Whoever is working right now needs to be fired or get in trouble. There is no reason to have an attitude or be disrespectful to somebody cuz thwyre asking for Benadryl. Straight up rude.

This is your typical well-run convenience store. The employees are nice and the store is clean. The parking lot is very popular for doing Craigs list transactions and the like.

Id rate higher if the manager didnt cop a attitude with me she will bad talk about other co-workers she doesnt like when they are not working behind there back in front of customers disrespectful and arrogant.

Lots of very clear fire hazards. Lets say codes did not make it to them...

The clerks are racist and very rude. I will say that the racist is gone but the rude ones are not.

The 7 11 in Leavenworth Kansas is the best!I have always received great customer service.1 guy in particular (longer grey beard with vest that has pins on it) is stupendous!He talks to each customer and makes everyone feel welcome.I never thought I would receive such top notch service at a convenience store.Great job!

Open 24/7, great drink selections, lots of snacks, and convenient quick grab around the house items. The smartphone app saves a lot of money as well.

Nasty store food roller for hotdogs and other food products looks like its not been clean in weeks fountain had some stringy gooey cap on it and the floor was Hella dirty and the people behind the counter are rude an getto as hell dont go there you might get rob in the parking lot hardly any lighting plus theres no gas pumps amd GPS says you can get gas there lol went down the road to FT Fav Trip awesome store cheep fountain drinks plus cheep gas if you pay cash they knock 4 cents off and knock 8 cents off on Fridays and there now 24-7 well lit and the people there are very friendly and the store is very clean plus the have discounts on cigs and just about every drink in house has some sort of discount plus you can pay all your local bills there too they get new stuff all the time its a neat store. Check it out!!!
