Local servicemember and amateur musician (guitar, trumpet, piano) here: Every time I have come here for a service, usually involving my acoustic or electric guitars, I have always walked away a happy customer. I fully trust their in house luthier/guitar technician and love their overall customer service. I also appreciate that this shop provides lessons to the youth in the Leavenworth area, keeping music performance alive in the next generation.

Nice place and people. Pretty limited selection, but the options are mostly the affordable lines of brands like Gretsch and Jackson. I would have liked to see some better acoustic guitar options - no Taylor, Martin, or Gibson.

Ive purchased a few guitars there and traded a couple there, sold one or two there. A couple of things Ive noticed... If you are trying sell them they will tell you its junk, everytime. The same selling points they sell you on, they tell you that those are the reasons they have to offer you bottom dollar. And then its says its gonna sit it in the store. Why do salesman say that? Isnt that the point of a store? To have the items they sell hanging in the store? They certainly dont give a discount because the guitar has sat in their store. I would suggest just driving passed this business, take the next left, and go up the street a couple of blocks.

Very friendly employees and usually have what we need in stock. Prices on things are pretty reasonable too!

This place has some really great teachers! Our boys both had Sarah Patterson for the past year teaching them piano and violin and they loved it! The inside is a bit cramped, but the quality of services is really great for a small town!

They really are super-nice here. My daughter just started violin, and have no doubt their high level of service will continue.

Went in for some violin maintenance, they were absolutely overly helpful. Kind and fun to talk to and went above and beyond to inform me how to continue maintenance on my fiddle. Fantastic overall.

Outstanding service. I take all four of my horns there for regular and unscheduled service and I buy all my supplies there as well.

They have a small selection of instruments for sale. They have a good instrument repair that has helped me keep my instruments playing many times.
