I hit a board on the highway and got a hole in my tire. It was leaking air fast and I was far from home. After calling many places who couldn’t look at my car, I saw this Midas and stopped. Jeremy was extremely nice and although they were very busy, he worked me in and had it fixed. The technician, Robert, did a great and quick job.

Jeremy, Will, Steven, and Robert all worked on my car to get a bunch of things fixed. They all jumped on and and pitched in working on it. I waited about 4 hours but I got the car back the same day. I am very impressed with the work that they did and I will definitely bring it back again for all service needed. Thanks guys :)

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is and continues to be my go to with my car needs. The manager, William, has amazing customer service. As a woman, it can be scary getting work done on your car because I know absolutely nothing about cars! But with William, I trust him to give it to me straight with no bs. Come in with an appointment they are a busy repair shop, but if your willing to wait they have great techs that know what theyre doing and warranty the work.Good people in front and back willing to explained what needs to be done, and shows you the repair.

Midas just over charges. We all know this yet we still return and give them our hard earned money. I am no exception. I know Midas over charges yet, I went to them for my brake job. They told me I needed front brake pads along with back calipers and roters and a missing part for my brake. Everything was going to cost around $1200. I wasnt going to pay that. I went to another recommended shop and was only charged $300. I only needed my back brakes replaced. Not my fronts. So needless to say, I wont be returning. Yes they are pleasant and friendly but offering me services that I didnt need and over charging is not right.

William and the technician there figured out what was wrong with a vehicle I brought in, even without the check engine light on. They delivered on what I brought the car in for and saved me tons of money. They gave me great customer service. I would definitely come back and tell others about their awesome service.

That was undoubtedly the BEST customer service ever. I have never been so completely satisfied with any other establishment that I have ever been to in my life. These guys were clearly professional about every aspect of their job. I witnessed an elderly lady walk in and hand the manager, Keenan, a thank you card. Even in their casual conversation, it was clear that they presented themselves as professional workers that care about the work they do. If I had the choice, Id go there for lunch, but they dont serve food, unfortunately.

Came to Midas for last minute work on my truck, after an unexpected break down. I received great customer service and excellent service from the mechanic. The shop was organized and the work was done in a very professional manor. They scheduled me quickly and had me out sooner then expected.

A Great shop. Courteous and honest. Even if initial assessment shows some work to be done (and $$s), when they go to do it and find it was not needed, they dont just charge you unnecessarily. Office manager and Technicians very friendly and capable. Finally a shop I can take my old car with confidence.

I absolutely loved my experience bringing my car in. Initially I just brought my car in for an oil change with my brother. It never fails that places try to sell you things you dont need or take advantage of the fact you are a female which is why I brought my brother. Luckily, I was treated with respect and dignity! The technician, Charles Bauer, brought my brother and I over to look at my car and tell me of other issues he found while doing a regular check.Now, Ive brought my car to other locations, including dealerships, and they could never tell me the accurate problems with my car. Charles took me under the car and walked through all issues with complete honesty and Im forever thankful. Keenan, the manager, talked through more of the issues and talked price honestly. I was only home for a visit, and with living in MN, Keenan was amazing at helping get my car prepared for the drive back and to keep it running smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend this Midas location for anyone in the KC/Stateline area. I will be back the next time I need any repairs on my car when Im home.

We received excellent customer service from Keenan and this Midas location. He even helped us figure out that the alternator that needed replacing was under a recall notice from Jeep. This shop is efficient, honest and communicates well with customers. Highly recommend based on our recent experience.

Outstanding experience. Got my brakes fixed and a courtesy check that revealed I had a bulb out on my tag. Got additional advice on my other vehicle from the very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Great place to get your car looked at. Awesome service and they give you honest and straight up information. I respect their judgement and think that they make sure to explain exactly whats going on with your car and give you enough information to make an educated decision.

I made the appointment online and took the car in as scheduled. The work was completed and the issues were addressed. The cost was reasonable. Everyone was courteous and honest to make a smooth transaction.

I noticed I was losing pressure in my brakes on my way to Kansas City from Topeka so I called them up and they told me they could help me out. The mechanic noticed that I had all new brakes and calipers, etc. and found out that I had replaced them at the Topeka Midas. He found the problem very quickly which was a bent hose that was leaking fluid rapidly and fixed it for me. It was covered by warranty and they got me in and out quickly. The customer service was also excellent. Thank you so much. I will always go to Midas for tires and auto servicing.

Free estimates, and fair dealings. Theyve inspected our car on three occasions after we left it there expecting repairs only to find the car wasnt in need of fixing. Didnt charge a thing for their time spent. With that kind of service we keep coming back.

Great experience, thank you! I went into Midas for a flat tire repair after visiting two other businesses that were not able to get me in. I was in and out of Midas in less than (30) minutes.

I took my car to this Midas location because it failed a MO state inspection due to a rusted exhaust hanger on my muffler. I brought it in on a Saturday with minimal notice, and could clearly tell that they were incredibly swamped. But that didn’t stop Keenan, the manager, from making sure that I was taken care of in a timely, and cost-effective manner with extremely personable customer service.I can’t recommend this location or their staff enough, and will be sure to take my car back here when necessary.

I was very happy with Keenan the shop manager and the service I received. I did pay a small shop fee (less than $20) that was not included in the online quote or mentioned to me when I called to verify the appointment though. I also did not see any disclosure with the online quote that would lead me to believe the cost would be any different than what was displayed.

Great got right in, Oil lubes filter work up done in less then 45 minutes. Very polite staff !! Never felt pressured to spend more then what I came in for . The waiting area was very clean. Ill be back .

Excellent service when a Kansas City, Missouri pothole caused a blow-out on an almost new (only 798 miles on it) tire. They quickly got me back on the road.

Ryan got my wifes car in on a busy Saturday afternoon to check what I thought were potentially sticking and malfunctioning brakes. Even though they were too backlogged to look at them Saturday, they were able to get to them Monday morning. They called promptly and let us know that although our brakes looked fine aside from some debris, we needed new tires. This did not surprise me one bit. They got the tires ordered and installed that day! Ryan was very informative and laid out all our options for us, never assuming anything and making a decision without our consent. When the tires he originally recommended were out of stock, he called us and recommended some nicer tires, but told us he would keep them at the same price as the originals. Not gonna argue with that! We would be happy to take either of our cars back here :)

I arrived a little bit before my appointment time and they got my car in a little early as well. They said it would be around 30 minutes and it was just a little bit longer than that estimate. The service was terrific and they answered my questions as well.

I dropped my car off here due to hearing a squeaking noise/clicking noise when turning coming from my front driver side. I left my car the entire day to get an oil change and the noise checked out. After picking my car up I was advised they heard no noise and if it happens again to bring it back up. After leaving I noticed the same noise but by that time this store was closed.I brought it back the next morning and they called the mechanic out that looked at it the day before. He stated there was no noise when he looked so we got in the car to test drive and even while driving around in the parking lot I could hear it and the mechanic “ older gentleman “ still couldn’t. I had to have him get out the car and stand by the drivers side and “viola “ he Hears it.He told me everything on the car looked tight I asked about if axles, cv joints, ball joints had been inspected and he said yes and that the noise is probably normal he didn’t know where it was coming from could be axel or something.After bringing my car to the dealership they advised the noise was coming from the front driving wheel bearing and went ahead and replaced it. The reason I gave this rating is the the front desk guy was very friendly and they did change my oil which i had no issues with however the mechanic acted as if I was making up a noise he couldn’t hear.For me to have to go to another shop for an issue and being advised things were fine was unacceptable. I’m not saying this is a bad shop by any means but please have someone else check to see if they could hear the sound you can’t hear and not tell a customer a noise okay or act as if It’s bother in your day if you have to look at a customers car again to diagnose a what ended up being a valid problem.

After asking what it would cost to repair our exhaust we got a sky high quote. Walked away and came to this Midas. They repaired our exhaust for just $130. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The work was completed quickly as well. Will be returning if we need auto repairs.

They got is in for 3 flat tires and out the door in less than an hour! We had picked up nails. We would definitely recommend to anyone and Keenan is on it!

Attempted to have service done on my car at the Midas near my house. Checked their website for hours of operation and saw that they had a handy online appointment scheduler, so I scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 8am-10:00am (2 days later). The Website said that a manager would call within 2 hours to confirm my appointment, but no one ever called. Still, I went ahead and came in on Saturday at 8am, only to be told that the manager hadnt showed up for work yet, and the technicians in the shop were working on cars, but couldnt check anyone else in yet. About 15 minutes later the manager showed, and when I went to check in, he told me that I would have to leave the car all day because they were all backed up and only had 2 techs working. (Hello? Need to schedule more staff on Saturday, or hire more?). I kind of pushed back asking why they bothered to do online scheduling if they didnt follow it and was told that it was just to give them an idea how much business they were going to have that day (yet they were understaffed). Finally, the manager at least put my car on the lift to see what they problem was and found that it was a flex flange that was broken... A fairly common part to fail. He told me that they would have to order the part and it would be a couple of days to get it in and they would call me. So, if I had left the car for the whole day, they wouldnt have been able to fix it anyway, and I would have had to come back again. I was told the repair would be about $450 plus tax. I never received a call Monday about the part coming in, and that night there was heavy rain and flooding in the area. I called Wednesday about the part, and was told that it had come in on Monday but the shop flooded that night, and the part was ruined (sitting on the floor?) and they had to send it back. They said they could have another one in for me on Friday, but I was going out of town so I told them to forget it. If the part had been there Monday, I could have had the work done then and missed the problems with the flood, or they could have not left it on the floor where it could have been damaged. Regardless, No one ever called me to let me know what was going on. Eventually, I went to Seeburg Muffler up in North Kansas City based on a recommendation from a friend, and they had the part in stock, had me in and out in 55 minutes, gave very courteous service, and only charged me $213 including tax. Doubt I will be going back to Midas for anything. I wasted enough of my time with them.

An honest mechanic wouldnt have a credit card program because its a conflict of interest.It actually might be a legal conflict of interest. Any lawyers out there? How can I expect a company to fix my car correctly the first time when they have a vested interest in doing shoddy work and up-selling me in every way that they can?The answer to that question: I cant.P.S. If I die in an unexpected car accident in the near future, its because someone at Midas fixed my brakes.
