I have been a customer for almost 20 yrs & am horrified @ what they have become. Went in Friday 10/15 to upgrade my wifes phone that would no longer charge. I was told that the wait would be 2 hrs. A text was received 1.5 hrs later stating I was next. Having gone to Hereford House, my arrival was within 5 min. They told me how lucky it was as my arrival was before others & would get me right in. The wait was almost 30 min in their lounge to be seen by an agent. She was very nice & friendly. I was informed that the cover & screen protectors were 25% off with the model that we were getting. Of course neither were in stock. I was told that I could travel to another store to get them. Nothing about being able to ship them to me. I was also told that all my information was transferred to the new phone. Upon arrival @ home & giving the phone to my wife, it was discovered that all the information was not transferred over. Since the store was now closed, I called customer service, was transferred to a tech who later disconnected the call. The tech never made an attempt to call back.The next day I made another call to customer service. ( It is noted that these calls are now shipped to the Philippines & some of the agents are difficult to understand) I remember when they had folks in KC answer calls made from this area. The agent was pleasant but after almost another hr on the phone, was unable to resolve the issue & recommended that I return to the store. My wife took it in the next day and after waiting another 20 minutes, was able to get the issue resolved.It seems as if these folks seem to think they are doing me a favor. T Mobile had great service when it was in the little place around the corner. When they were a small fish, it seemed that a customer was appreciated. If you are in the market for a phone, consider other options.

Every employee at this store is friendly, but in particular, I cannot say enough good things about Enrique, the retail sales manager. My phone was stolen and he helped me every step of the way to get the insurance claim filed after way too many wasted hours of me trying to do it alone. He patiently listened to me vent and immediately stepped in to help solve the problem. Ive worked in customer service and I know how it is to deal with customers like I was yesterday. He is a true professional and excellent at his job.

Not sure what T-Mobile plan is but in-store customer service does not seem to be a priority. As an old Sprint customer I was able to make an appointment to visit the store. With T-mobile its walk in and when someone finally gets to you to ask what you need they then tell you how long the wait is and if you want to leave your number to be called when it is your turn, if you are lucky. In my case I wasnt given that option. I was told someone will be with me shortly. After about 90 minutes I left without being attended to. While I was there I notice a lot of the staff just milling around or just walking back to the office. My 1st visit 2 T-mobile was anything but satisfactory! Hopefully other stores are not the same!

Please, fire Enrique and then fire the store manager--twice. From the moment Enrique introduced himself, he responded to every comment with a negative directed at why he couldnt help us. The final comment was him telling his buddy who walked in with a bag of food, just set it on the counter. Ill be right there. That was a clear indication that he had no intent in helping us. My wife gave me the look, so we stood to leave. Enrique in all his wisdom proclaimed, I know where this is going.We visited this store 2x on recommendation of T-Mobile/Sprint customer support. After an hour on the phone with support, this corporate Sprint store was recommended to help resolve issues with our account, which included credit for 2 new phones.On our first visit, the manager took our information and asked us to wait for a technician. We waited 45 minutes only to be told by the tech that he wouldnt switch our account to magenta because it was past 6:00 PM. (This tech was very professional and took time to explain how T-Mobile would cure Sprints contract debacle. His friendly demeanor almost wiped out the frustration of being turned away. But, alas; 1 right cant cure this stores problems.) We checked in at 6:08...why didnt the manager tell us it was too late to start the process upon hearing the purpose of our visit rather than wasting an hour of our time?We returned today, only to be confronted by Enriques strong desire to not help us. I introduced our problem by sharing my call with support, including the 2 personal offer codes I was given. Enrique dismissed everything by stating that he could only do whats recorded on the account (while spinning in his chair to peak out the window, probably to see if his dinner was there yet). It was a very unprofessional way to marginalize a customer.If you are a Sprint customer, I highly recommend you avoid the switch to magenta offer. Its an impossible burden to complete (according to Enrique) and not worth the hassle as best I can tell. And, I should add, our account is still jacked up (thanks Sprint)...guess I get to waste another hour speaking to support.

I wondered around waiting to see if anyone wanted to help me & make a sale/help me switch to t-mobile & get advice about fixing my work phone.After 20 minutes, someone asked & promptly told me they couldnt help me & I needed to go to 95th & quivira.Ill give the other location my business, just thought they might at least try to help or see if there was anything else I was interested in. Felt rather unimportant, like they just wanted me out of the building.Skip this location & just go to 95th & Quivira.Much better customer service!

I guess there is a pandemic on customer service now, I remember when you came to get assistance and yes added your name to a list they had and you could see your name added and in what order you were in.I have had a manager act like my name and number was being put in and came back in the time they said it would take to do a follow up and to find out my name was never put on. Wasted time and very angryToday I step in to see that I have 5 people in front of me but yet I see 5 employees in a corner laughing around 1 customer, I even asked was that a board meeting cause those folks could be helping the people that were not in the building obviously. I had to see with my own eyes that I was actually put on a list to be contacted in order to get help with my phone. I sat and waited and noticed nothing but disappointment - I’m so ready for this to be over with, will we ever get back getting immediate help on the spot?

Horrible Customer Service! My sister and I visited this location yesterday evening. The greater asked what we needed, but didn’t ask which GB iPhone my sister wanted, she assumed it was the 128GB, but she wanted the 256G. We were then told that that location didn’t get any of those in and we would have to either go to Apple or order it online. They didn’t offer to order the phone for her, they just brushed us off like moldy cheese. We went to another location and they were fantastic. Disappointed with the level of service. They acted liked they wanted nothing to do with us.

I had to return to this store multiple times over a two week period for various issues with two phones of mine. The entire experience was absolutely fabulous. The staff and the management went out of their way to accommodate and did everything they can to make the experience as smooth and wonderful as they can. Not only did they repair my phones, they also took the time to make sure that everything was backed up, restored and set up in the best way. Everything was done with a smile and a genuine desire to help and I will always make the effort to visit this store in the future!

This location provided good customer service during my initial visit. It was all downhill from there. I took a phone in for a screen repair on 09/25. I was told it would have to be sent off for repairs. They told me it would take 10 to 14 days. I asked for a loaner phone which they provided. Although, its 1 step away from the slowest flip phone ever made. The biggest issue Im having is no communication. I called this location at least 25 times during business hours and have only been answered once. At that time a grumpy sounding guy bluntly said, If you havent received a call its probably not ready. Duh! I just want my phone back so my business with this store can be done. 😡

After having a terrible experience at another T.Mobile store, my husband told me to go to this location. From the moment I went into the store to the time I left, every single employee I came across was absolutely professional. I loved their impressive customer service, pleasant attitude, attention to details and great recommendations. My customer service rep Zach P. was absolutely remarkable, I got out of there with my new phone, screen protector and case, all set up.I really hope they keep the same level of customer service excellence. 🙏🏽

Someone on my account went in as a legacy Sprint customer as I was family of a Sprint employee and got him a deal. Had lots of people on my account. I had asked him to do a change of ownership to his own account. He went into the store bc only a few months left on his Sprint lease to just look at phones. Explained to store rep and they agreed to help him. Issue is, instead of a change of ownership, they did a PORT OVER from Sprint to T-mob even though they are supposed to be the SAME COMPANY. Two differences, the phone agreement wont transfer to his account via a port, only a change of ownership (so I have to end up paying for the phone) and b the rep gets commission on the latter. Right after the merger I can already tell t-mobile is trash. Congrats.

Need to change your operating hours on your website. I planned my trip there based on it being open until 7pm like the website says. Locked up when I arrived at 5:05. Signage out front does say they close at 5.... but too late to learn that when I’m parked out front. Also, I have called this store at least 4 times ( in the middle of the day) and never get an answer. No wonder you have bad ratings.

I had bought an iPhone SE online and was switching from Android and was unable to receive text from Android. I had been on the phone with customer care and Apple care, and was unable to get it fixed. I went to this store on a friend’s recommendation. They were kind, courteous, patient, gracious, diligent, competent, and did not get flustered even though the issue was difficult. They took great care of me, and they resolved the issue.

She was with both Sales Consultants assisting with transactions. Both Sales Consultants were friendly and welcoming. Mo took care of my son and I. This was absolutely a great experience, after going to two different sprint stores beforehand we made it to the right one that could help with the advantage plan. As soon as we got through the door we were greeted by Dennis, who was just a super delight! He was kind, funny and helpful. Crystal C was hard at work and just gave off a super loveable vibe. Honestly, everyone in the store did. We worked with Steven K, who is very knowledgeable not only about Sprint plans and devices. He was super friendly, explained everything clearly and got us taken care of super quick. I highly recommend this location staff and consultants. They also handle hard to deal with customers with ease and kindness. We will do all future business at this location.

I wish I could give Sprint a better rating. I have been a customer for years. My daughters I-phone stopped working. Apparently it is a known issue which was the focus of a recall. However, it was claimed that it was damaged because there was a nearly imperceptible bend to the phone. The phone works but would not connect to the network. Since Apple refused to honor their recall, I brought it to Sprint where we had insurance on the phone. After paying a $15 monthly insurance premium for the past 32 months to the tune of $480, we were told to replace the phone would require a $225 deductible. So in total I would have paid insurance $705 to replace a phone with a cash value of about $320. This is a complete scam. If you have phone insurance through Sprint I would seriously rethink those payments. The only reason this review is a 2 instead of a 1 is that Gerrick was polite and helpful in helping us pay cash to replace the phone with a slightly newer model. Paying cash was intentional because I will likely be switching carriers soon.

Today marks my third Sprint store in two days. My phone isn’t holding a charge, so I requested a new port under warranty. The tech at this location changed the battery. Guess what, still not holding a charge! I brought my chargers to see if that was the culprit. When I brought it up, he told me that his charger worked just fine. I should have asked for his charger. LOL No shortage of employees shooting the breeze and drinking coffee. It’s like they focused on the least meaningful part of an Apple store experience. Oh, and they tried to sell me a new phone instead of fixing the old one. I’m all for capitalism, but we pay extra for insurance. Seriously, after waiting an hour, and listening to other disgruntled customers, this experience was easily the worst part of my day. Save yourself some heartache, go with AT&T.

I would give it zero stars. Liars and frauds. Horrible customer service. THE worst! Lies lies lies and nonsense. I have spent hours trying to correct my bill. Im told every month it will be fixed. And that a ticket was escalated to deal with the issue. And every month the bill is wrong. Ive been told someone will call me to make sure it is handled. No one has called. Ive been told to speak with an escalation manager. And they wont transfer me. No supervisor is available. If you dont have sprint, DO NOT sign a contract. DO NOT! You will be so sorry. Horrible service, condescending and rude.When I arrived it didnt take long to get in to talk to tech, but he didnt listen to the problem I had and immediately said he would check for my apple insurance. I didnt have an iPhone (which he wouldve known it was a Pixel 3 if he had listened). I told him again and he said in a very condescending tone that he couldnt help me since I didnt have an iPhone, and I should either buy a brand new phone or take it to an expensive third party repair store.I took it to a different Sprint Store 15 minutes away and although they couldnt fix it, they gave me the resources for getting a replacement in a kind manner.Never going back to this specific store location.

This store is understaffed to handle appointments in a timely manner.I have been to this store several times and although I made an appointment online I still had to wait over 30 minutes to be helped. My most recent experience was to have an old phone unlocked to be used by someone else on a different service provider. Once I was finally helped it was very quick and was told it would be all set in 24-48 hours. 50 hours later when I called the number they gave me at the store (which was incorrect, but I figured it out) they said they did not do anything while I was in the store so they re started the process.

This the only Sprint store that I use. The techs themselves try to remedy problems rather than pitch buying a new phone. The floor staff can advise on or fix small issues without pushing to upgrade, also. I gave four stars because the wait times can be long sometimes. But after that, all levels of service are good

I had to wait for 2 hours to upgrade my old IPhone to new one. Sprint needs to realize that customer do have a number of choice but they chose you for many reasons, so be considerate of customers time. After 2 hours of wait, the agent wouldnt help copy data from my old phone to new, gave me a reason that WIFI is not working well. So, I had to spent about 1 additional hour before I could use the phone.

Sprint customer for 10 years and I have always used this location. This location was one of the best ones until I had a problem with a promotion deal that was supposed to be on my account. It wasn’t so much about the deal that I was told I would receive but the horrible customer service from a assistant floor supervisor Sam. I went in to talk to someone and ended up talking to him and he was more into creating a problem instead of fixing the problem. After our exchange of words I told him I don’t even want to talk to you anymore and I want to talk to your supervisor. I also told him I will report to corporate as well. As he walks off he mumbles something about “go right ahead” and some other things as well but I couldn’t make out the rest. I have since filed an incident report. This employee needs some serious customer service training. Very unprofessional to be any kind of supervisor. If you treat your own employees/employee sponsors this way, I can’t imagine how you treat your regular customers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would put a 0 if I could. I went into the store to work with them on how to lower our family wireless bill. When I got my next bill it was $75 MORE than when I went in after they switched me to a MORE economical plan for our family. I have tried working with management, but there is lots of talking in circles and all they say is that my bill is correct. FRUSTRATED!!!!

Tired of the lousy customer service and never sayIng Anything about it. Got a new Apple tablet from Sprint . Its not connecting to the Internet probably something simple. When I arrived at the store expecting a wait, but I was told there was no wait and I was next in line. After sitting there for 45 minutes and watching a bunch Sprint employees just walk around I got frustrated and left . I have been a loyal Sprint customer . Went in with my S/O not needing anything myself but mentioned I’d like to switch to Sprint at a later date, the rep who assisted us completely switched up from helping the person I was with who had an actual issue that needed resolving at the slightest idea that he could get a sale off me. After I repeatedly said I’d like to wait and my S/O said he’d also like to wait, another rep joined in and gave us mixed up, unclear answers and statements on new product and processes and tried to bully us into agreeing on new phones for both of us even though our objections were clear and it was repeated multiple times that we would not be purchasing today. We had to then ASK if our original issue was resolved before leaving.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. So I come in at 7pm and notice the employees cleaning to get out at 8 when they close, no big deal, first encounter with an employee is fine, I tell him I’m here to upgrade my phone and tell him the specific phone I’m wanting to upgrade to. I get set with employee #2 who is beyond thrilled to have to help me...(not)... tell her what I want. She says I can’t do the upgrade because your glass is broken go talk to the repair techs and hands me my phone back to deal with it myself. I ask the techs if they have time to fix it tonight, if not no big deal. They said they had the parts and that they could do it no problem, so 5 stars to them. I then ask employee #2 if while they are fixing my phone if she can help me get the upgrade process started, she says no and continues to walk away, the techs jump in and say that she should be able too and that it wouldn’t be a problem. Employee 2 then replies well I was told to do something else now and walks away. At this point I’m ready to walk out, but I have to wait to get my phone repaired so I’m screwed, employee #2 comes back 5 min later with a slight attitude and asks what phone I was wanting. I told her I would just come back tomorrow she pressed on so I told her. The next 20 minutes are awkward silence between us which was fine considering the situation, she then hands me a bag with new phone and says “here you go”, not explaining anything of the next steps I had to take, didn’t offer to help get the new phone set up, and didn’t even offer to get me a case/screen protector (which I was going to get from your store but will get from amazon). An employee near by looked at the situation clearly shocked. And I just walk out. I left pretty confused on why I didn’t have to pay for any “service” I had gotten, is it going to my bill my account? Why I was rushed out when the store still had 15 minutes left to close. And also now that we switched from android to apple it would of been nice to have some insight on transferring contacts or anything like that

Made my 5th visit to Sprint store for the same problem. A problem they created about 3 weeks ago when they updated their Network. The update is not compatible with my Essential phone (a Sprint brand)!? I had absolutely no problems until Sprint updated their Network. But, their solution is to upgrade phones. Always a loooooong wait. Appears that technicians are too busy to work with in store customers and go from computer to computer while we are sitting waiting for help. They do try their best to have great customer service once they get to you. Maybe thats why it takes so long because they are taking their time with each customer. The amount of live display products are more than most stores. I continue to come because they seem to be the most honest in what products they have on hand and what other stores have. Other stores have told elaborate stories just to get a sale.

Arrived at this location in the evening after a different Sprint Store refused to repair my phone. My SIM card was replaced promptly, and without charge, and my iPhone works again. Beware of non authorized franchise stores, they only sell products and services, no repairs are provided.

Had dinner and needed to upgrade my phone walked over with my partner since it was 10 till 8 which I knew they closed at 8 doors open propped open I should say walking up a lady was trying to walk in and the manager was walking up to before because word propped open doors and she was asking him how are you closed he said were fixing to and I walked in and he was standing in the middle of the doorway telling Kerr well its close to APM so Im standing there something I just wanna glance at phones just to get an idea and he still stinging there I said well its not 8:00 p.m. yet and walk through and I said well sir its not a your right and then started to really talk trap so I decided to just forget it and turn around never been treated like that I get it theyre closing in 10 minutes but it doesnt hurt to let someone look around until 8:00 p.m. will never go to this location again while that manager is managing this location

Ive been here multiple times. The customer service does need work. Some days Ill talk with a nice person willing to help and be understanding. Then other days Ill talk with someone who will be rude and not willing to help me out.This store is very busy most days which results in a long wait. The store also has a lot of demos in store.This store is better than some of the others around town. If I do have to go to a sprint store I do come here.

Been Sprint customer forever(since 90s) & have received excellent service in the past at this location. NOT today...Manager VERY RUDE. Her name is Desha. The store is not operating as it has in the past. After todays experience Im seriously considering going to a new provider. Your team there needs intensive training in customer service. Never got an answer to my simple question.

Dissapointed with the service at this location compared to others. 1. Self checkin kiosk did not detect my appointment that I made online. Same thing happened to few others as well. 2. I got manually checked in and waited 30+mins without any assistance. All this delay for a simple pickup of prepaid order was unexpected. I had to mention about my appointment again to an associate and receive my order.

While youll probably have to wait when you come to this store, the staff has always been very polite, very helpful, and VERY knowledgeable. If you dont want to wait, then just set-up an appointment in advanced. Problem solved! Im hesitant to go to any other Sprint Store because this seems to be one of the best.

It was a really fancy place but the wait was forever and what really annoyed me was that there were what seemed to be a lot of people standing around, also the music was a little too loud. I did not like this store in particular but Sprint as a company is pretty good.

Had a great experience here. There was a little bit of a wait but its like the only store Sprint employees can go for their phones and stuff. Had a chat with the manager and he seemed like a nice dude. I will not go to any other Sprint store.

I checked in 15 minutes early for my 2:00 p.m. appointment, but they did call my name until 2:45 p.m. It took an additional 45 minutes to get a new phone upgraded, activated, and information from old phone transferred. Employees are all very nice, but the service is terrible. Having an appointment was meaningless.

Was having an issue with my phone so I stopped in to have them check it out! Sprint fixed the issue, swapped out my battery in my phone plus answered all my questions! All while I waited. Tip: Did you know you can cut down your wait to be serviced times by scheduling an appointment? Im gonna try it on my next visit! Thanks, Sprint!

These employees are lazy, rude, and all liars. Do not go to them for any help on fixing or replacing your phone. They do not know anything about the technology that they talk about or are trying to sell you. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! Sprint is great but reps in this store are not!!

The WORST Sprint experience I have ever had. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They do nothing, just play on their phones and joke around with each other. They bring their animals into the store and let them roam/bark. They are unclear about policies and deals. We asked for apple care which we were told was not sold there and we would have to make a trip to apple. Thats funny because the people right next to us were buying apple care, how ironic. One employee was yelling at customers when they couldnt hear the price or understand what he was saying. Ive told you multiple times, what are you not understanding!!! were his words. AND the staff supported him in his rage. Theres no way youd be able to hear regardless due to blaring music from large speakers around the store. Their main goal should to be satisfy customers, but youre only burdening them with your presence. DO NOT give them your business.

Went to the physical store, spent an hour there. 45 minutes of it, was talking to a guy in India, whos tech support solution for my poorly performing phone, was to buy a new phone. So now I get to go home, can you text message every 30 seconds. Because they cant fix your network issues. But hey I get a deal on a new phone right?

Worst Sprint store in the Metro Area. Went to upgrade my device and the employee that was helping me along with his coworker told me I didn’t qualify for the promo. Went online and placed the order myself in minutes. Spent more than an hour in the store to get bad info. The employees need more training. I was very disappointed in the service I received.

Its always terrible. Even if you make an appointment, you might still wait when you get there. While you are waitng, employees are just chilling in the breakroom or on the floor being unproductive. Also, if you were treated poorly there is really no point in complaining to the manager because this is tipically the level of customer service you will get there. I have been attending this store for many years, however within the last couple of years passed their service has been nothing short of awful.

This place has a lot of negative reviews I believe it must have changed management recently because it is much better than before. I went in there to get an iphone charging port fixed. I had to wait maybe 15 minutes while the 2 repair people helped people who had arrived before me. At busy times this store will be busy you cant really get around that.
